Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 45th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 44th grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 58th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Please can you all remind me how normal period like pain is in early pregnancy? I am having a bit of a worry even though I know I had this with the baby who is currently bouncing on my lap!

corgi88 · 26/02/2016 19:16

fuzzy I have it too! Keep expecting to see AF every time I go to the loo :s it is normal though I'm sure....

corgi88 · 26/02/2016 19:19

Thanks for my lovely welcome viroids :) and Scottish you'll be back on here before long, yay for twins!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 26/02/2016 19:29

fuzzy I have had it all through pregnancy and keep forgetting and thinking AF is coming until I get kicked and remember...

Ohemgee mer can you believe those Biscuit's on AIBU? That poor pregnant woman! I hope she takes my advice and heads this way...

Mermaid36 · 26/02/2016 19:40

sky bloody awful, isn't it!! I feel so awful for her...

Discofairypants · 26/02/2016 19:58

Congratulations Corgi, Fuzzy and Ill! Fingers crossed for sticky beans.

Hell of a fortnight here, after being in hospital with DD for 3 days, finally got her feeling bit better after a week ... Only for chicken pox to then rear their ugly heads! Fed. Up. 2 weeks of medicine, temperatures and creams ... And juggling work to care for her (not that we mind at all, just feel shit that we can't be in two places at once). Roll on bloody summer.

Anyhow! Needless to say I've been totally shit at keeping up with anything at all.

Tea would you mind adding me to the stats pls? I'm due 13th May (11 weeks today!) we don't know the sex but we reckon it's a boybee! Nothing scientific at all behind this, just a feeling.

I can't believe how quickly March has come around, so excited for you all!

FuzzyOwl · 26/02/2016 19:58

Thank you. I am just on constant knicker watch now. I had forgotten how worrying pregnancy is.

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/02/2016 20:01

Thanks sock I'm feeling so much happier today after seeing three competent women who left me feeling well informed.

Fuzzy period style pains fairly normal throughout I'd say, but especially at the beginning and end IME. I found them quite reassuring after the BFP, like something was deffo going on down there.

just awarding myself a Star for cutting my toenails this evening - no small achievement at 37+6 Grin

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 26/02/2016 20:10

StarStarStar thursday I dont even try anymore... which reminds me that I need to enlist DP to give me a 'special haircut' soon. Giving birth is undignified enough with out them having to bust out the ole hedge trimmers... Blush

mer I just can't even believe some of those posters!

SecondCupOfTea · 26/02/2016 20:20

Disco I will certainly add you once I can rock myself off the sofa (which will be after the Chinese takeaway has arrived and been consumed).

Thursday you could have done mine while you were at it. Loads of BH today, and crampy stomach ache, and a certain wee fella punching me in the cervix. I'm not suggesting anything is happening, but I've read the instructions for the tens machine!

Whoever it was that asked, yes, I also had loads of period style pains early on, and strange stretchy pains.

FuzzyOwl · 26/02/2016 20:33

Thanks Thursday and well done with your toe nails.

Tea, please can you also add me? Because of a late ovulation, I think my date will be 5 November. Thank you.

Discofairypants · 26/02/2016 20:36

Special haircut sky haha! I remember being in labour last time and having a bath before going to hospital so that I could have a trim to be neat and tidy. Couldn't have cared less when I was naked and rearing up on all fours a few hours later haha! (Making mooing noises apparently).

Thanks Tea!

Period pains are totally normal ... I remember them getting quite stabby at some point.

Baby is currently breech so my cervix feels like it's being stood on sometimes ... Really takes my breath away!

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/02/2016 20:42

The literature I was given today says no special hair cut for me -they'll do me with the clippers on the day.

I have been saving my toenails so that I'd only have to do it one more time. Oh the glamour.

CountryGal4 · 26/02/2016 20:52

Anything else I shouldn't be doing thurs. My hosp seems to have neglected to tell me bloody anything!!?!

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/02/2016 20:58

Do you think it'd be worth getting in touch with your MW country??? I mean I get that different hospitals ms trusts have different guidelines, but I really think you need to chat to someone!

Do you know where and what time you have to go?

CountryGal4 · 26/02/2016 21:01

I'm booked in at hosp at 8 30 don't know what time section will be as they decide on the day. All I know is light breakfast. Then post section I'll be in recovery for an hour then ward. Spoke to mw on wed and she wasn't concerned about no pre op

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/02/2016 21:05

Oh ok Confused
Maybe you need to hit sock up for info!

CarrotPuff · 26/02/2016 21:09

Wow you lot have been chatty tonight!

Sky enjoy your rest and brownies!

Sorry you've not had the results yet mermaid, waiting must be so difficult.

Poor you disco, you really had it over the last few weeks. You deserve some rest and TLC BrewCake

I really hope I pop before EDD Thursday. Woke up feeling s bit crampy but it went away. Been feeling random niggles for a few weeks now, I wish something finally happened.

I think baby moved down a bit as I can actually lean forward, but my ribs still hurt, especially on my right Hmm

lildottie · 26/02/2016 21:11

Thanks 5hell, bump definitely higher today so I think it's definitely a different position. Did feel a party in there at 6am much higher than usual lying on my back so I think it's OK. Weirdly dh has just been watching my bump and reckons he can see kicks I don't feel?!

feathered the Doppler I bought measures BPM or ave bpm. Lilbean sits between 135-145 mostly.

merm sorry you didn't get results before the weekend.

Thurs glad hospital was more productive today!

Congrats to corgi and gx for a sticky one.

Serious baby brain today so can't remember who else said what. Hi to everyone though.

Oh disco sorry about the pox. Hope it passes quickly and DD gets a break soon!

pee yay for placenta moving up and extra scan!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 26/02/2016 21:16

Oh disco you've really been through it! Poor you. Flowers

Mermaid36 · 26/02/2016 22:52

I had a little frustrated cry tonight, so DH took me to see Deadpool... Ryan Reynolds cheered me up, as did the mountain of popcorn (banged grains in this house)....shame I appear to have a bra-ful of popcorn bits....

Anyone finding cinema seats very uncomfortable? Going to have to take a cushion next time!

SecondCupOfTea · 27/02/2016 02:42

Disco and Fuzzy added to the stats took me slightly longer than anticipated to get off the sofa

I contemplated making up some info, but decided against it (altho I took some from the undergrads stats sheet). It was very tempting to make one or both of you older than me though...

I'm now off to bed, where I can toss and turn and wish I could get to bloody sleep!

SecondCupOfTea · 27/02/2016 03:05

Mermaid let's look on the bright side...if there's room for popcorn then you don't need to buy new bras for a while Smile

5hell · 27/02/2016 07:43

Morning all!

Morning all,

Sorry you're feeling so blue Mermaid, must be hard with test results hanging over you. I'm glad you were able to make the best of it - popcorn helps me out too. DH & I were thinking of squeezing in a cinema trip to see Deadpool too, but I'm not sure it's going to work out, I feel like we're the only people in the world who haven't seen it!

Huzzah for sleep 5hell! My baby does a good wake up routine too I love waking up to feeling it inside me Smile

Did you sleep Tea? Happy 38 weeks to you BrewBrew
