Hi just got my bfp! I'm early, 3 days before AF was due so not sure if I'm the only one with an August due date?

I'm due August 3rd

No more appts til mw in Jan! Will prob give my lovely doc a ring on Monday, then I can see how things go over the next couple of days. It sounds awful but this is MC number 4, at this point I feel like an old hand. And without getting too cliche, I really am tough as old boots. I was talking to DH about it earlier, strangely enough, and was saying that it would take more than another MC to really get to me at this point. Whatever happens, I'll be fine. Obviously I hope it isn't but if it is, we'll cope.

You don't need an appointment for the EPU you can just turn up!

I'm feeling much better now I'm on the tablets. Haven't been sick since being in hospital on Thursday night. I have to set my alarm to take a tablet in the night though as has to be every 4 hours which is a little annoying.

I had a reassurance scan earlier and saw heart beating away. Dates correct too at 8+2. You can kind of see the arm and leg buds. Feel confident to tell family at Xmas now.

Was saying, I think my EPU are GP referral only and tbh I'd rather just be at home with DD and DH. This is definitely not going to end well, there's nothing I can do to stop it, and I'd rather not know if it still has a heartbeat anyway.

Sorry to all the ladies having a bad time. Haven't been around in a few days and a few situations have changed . Congratulations on new bfps and scans to others.
I have Christmas do tonight and currently sitting in bed drinking ginger tea wondering what to do now I can't get into my spanx! Only 7 weeks today but bloating is awful. Way worse then with first pregnancy. Also I'm driving so their all going to be suspicious tonight. Will be leaving as soon as I can get away!

I have extreme fatigue, my house is a tip. I'm barely holding it together. I'm massively bloated and sick too. The 2nd trimester I so much easier!

christine I seem to have developed intractable vomiting and a cough/cold at the same time. Got sent home from work on Thursday, also had Friday off. Meant to be back in this week but can't move from bed without vomiting at the moment. Managed some Ribena and a bag of hulahoops not too long ago though :) finger crossed on the mend!

Think work are going to be pretty annoyed if I can't muster the strength for this week. Getting cover over Christmas is almost impossible!

Sick here too.. DD has a tummy bug and was vomiting Thursday/Friday, think I might have caught it. Either that or this is morning sickness, ugh.

Hello all, I'd like to join in please. Complete surprise BFP today and quick calculations give me a due date of 22nd August. We have one DD who is 20 months. I'm not going to go back and catch up on all of the past 86 pages but I'll try to join in regularly from now.

I got my BFP a couple of days ago and due on 31st August fx this will be my first although I do have two step children part time.

Hi everyone, can I join in too? Got my bpf on Monday last week and I'm due Aug at some point (my cycles have been a bit all over the place for past few months and last period was 4th Nov although tested at 1-2 weeks on Monday!). I already have one child, a boy who will be 3 in February. Looking forward to sharing this journey with you ladies!

She is 11 months on Monday Buffalo, didn't intend to have a second so soon but it was meant to be I guess I'm happy nonetheless although a bit nervous about having two under two!

I still haven't gotten round to calling the GP, not sure why I'm so chilled! Also I don't remember what they recommend you take regarding supplements... Is it the pregnacare tablet and additional vitD? Need to go out and buy pregnacare. Just taking folic acid at the mo.

I haven't sorted gp appointment yet either. We're in the process of changing gps as we moved house last Friday (eventful few days!) so I need to properly register at the new gp first!
