New thread! Have to admit that I thought up this title at the weekend and have been itching to post it - how sad is that!!

GMM congratulations
Thanks for all the chart tests - looks as though it manages to be LESS than 50% accurate so far - think I'll toss a coin to work out the sex of my bump

Hello

Congratulations to GMM on blue bean. Beans just look so cute on the scans

Hope that those who were feeling low and poorly are feeling better. to pelvic floors.

A little Gem from my DD for you ladies. We told them about the bean last night and they were thrilled. Just as I was leaving the room I overheard one DD say to other " do you think that the fairies magiced it in there?" to sp! Will have to start calling DH a fairy!!
Oh the joy of innonence.

Hope that you are all well and having a good day. Off to do more from the Christmas to do list - does anyone else feel like their life is one big to do list at the moment or I am just showing my age?????

Have a good weekend all! I'm with you on the Christmas to do list Holly - I have this mega-list at work because my last day is next Wed (arggghhhh), mega list of Christmas presents / bits and pieces, and that's on top of my usual to do list of boring stuff like tax the car! DD's birthday is early Jan and I've been trying to sort that too so I can get the invitations out before the end of term. Thank God the morning sickness has gone, and I'm not yet too exhausted, is all I can say!! I could not have functioned at this pace in Aug or Sept when I was throwing up!

Lots of commiserations therefore to those who are throwing up this week - Pesha, Eca and anyone else. How rotten for you!

Captain Dippy - good luck with the move. You must have the longest to do list of us all in that case - you poor love! We moved last year, and I'm still scarred by the experience!!

How many pinks & blues have we got now?? I must check the stats thread. Can't believe I'll be 23 weeks on Sunday.

I'm new!! Hello to all ,

Just looked at the chart, was right for dd and says this one will be ds. That's what I think but dh would like another girl.

Due date is 2nd April, hope it doesn't come on 1st.

Had my 2nd scan last week and all normal so really pleased. With dd had a high risk for downs test (1:240), this one was low (1:50,000), so think all is well in there, can't wait to meet them.

Anyone thought of names yet? Really must start thinking about it as have absolutly no idea yet and actually not that long to go.

Welcoms Eddas - could be GoodKingWencleddaslastlookedout

I have some wine chilling in fridge for my friday night ration and crispy aromotic duck for dinner yuuuuuummmmmyyyyyyyyy

Went to physio this morning and they gave me a support belt to go round pelvis rather than bump - have had it on all day at work and seems to do the job. Don't need to go back to physio unless gets worse.

hmmmm - wonder if wine is cold yet....!

WOO HOO!!
nearly time to quit for the weekend - hurray!!
nothing at all planned for this weekend, which unlike when I'm not pregnant is rather nice! Am looking forward to relaxing in my most comfortable clothes and not tidying the house as no one is expected.

I have sore legs today though - do you think that's pregnancy related, or just general achyness from wearing boots with heels yesterday? (silly me)

anyway, will switch this fella off, and get in the car ready to battle the traffic home to my boys, bye for now!!

You can get £60 worth of sainsburys vouchers if you send an email to 10 friends and copy [email protected] - apparently it works! I am now waiting for my vouchers!

Hi all

Congrats on scan GMM

Welcome Eddas.

SSK - Ooh....crispy duck.....wish you hadn't mentioned that...now I want chinese and I really mustn't. We've hd to buy food for the last few days with having our kitchen floor done and it's a bit pricey!!! btw email addresses are not case sensitive (contrary to popular belief!) so it doesn't matter whether you put j or J.

CD - hope all goes well with the house move. Meant to ask you about those bags for nappies you mentioned - I saw one online for about £6 but could only find plain old white ones....does the shop you work in do fancier ones (or do you know anywhere that does?).

Well folks, I've finally got my living room sorted out and am nearly there with the kitchen cleaning. I even put the xmas decorations up last night so feeling much more festive here!!!

Sorry some of you aren't feeling too good, hope it gets better soon.

SparklySnowflakeKid · 08/12/2006 18:09

CD - do you work in a nappy shop ? Nappy bags generally cost about £5-£7 but you can get them in different colours for this price. White could look a bit yukky after a while...

Watching Willy Wonka with the kids - it is such a weird film (the original) - but they are mesmerised and not fighting!

Report
SparklySnowflakeKid · 08/12/2006 18:11

and that probably means the whole £60 thing is a scam and someone now has 10 of my friends email addresses! bugger
