Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Ooh I'm 3rd!!! We can all await baby mountain now!!!!

honeysucklejasmine · 08/09/2015 22:22

Well, highlights of my catch up reading include...

  1. Don't keep Jeremy in the Moses basket
  2. Ga's piss

I think I have problems.

gaggiagirl · 08/09/2015 22:38

My piss was most spectacular!

batfish · 09/09/2015 06:35

Ha ga that did make me laugh!

I'm not looking at the list anymore. Total denial. I do think you will have your baby before me though ga!

mountaingirl01 · 09/09/2015 07:02

I think someone needs to inform my baby that we're supposed to be next... she's made herself quite comfortable! No sign of engaging, midwife has booked me in for sweep next week which I have no faith in working

Woke up having had horrible nightmare and now can't stop thinking about it :(

honeysucklejasmine · 09/09/2015 07:13

Ditto on the nightmare front.

ThursdayLastWeek · 09/09/2015 07:14

Oh mountain nightmares are horrid at the best of times - pregnancy just makes them so much more vivid IME.

That's a lovely looking top three we have there! That list is going to move quite quickly again soon I suspect.

Scan later -not til this arvo so I predict the longest morning in the whole wide world

gaggiagirl · 09/09/2015 07:23

Thursday ill be thinking of you today, lots of luck with the scan!
mountain I think I'm going to decline sweeps. Sounds like they rarely work.
bat I'll race you!

SecondCupOfTea · 09/09/2015 07:29

Enjoy your scan Thursday

DP has been having vivid nightmares - I've told him it's meant to be me having them!

Ga please don't race Bat, she hasn't got her bag ready yet Grin

oneyorkshirepud · 09/09/2015 07:48

Looking forward to the FB pics later Thursday!

Sorry for the nightmares ladies that's pants. I got up in the night to do yoga as my back was so sore. It had got better with the dream geni but is worse again now. MW is at my surgery tomorrow so will call her and ask for an obstetric physio referral.

Ga I think I'll be declining sweepage until 41 and a bit weeks. Would quite like to make it through the whole birth without getting poked in the foof at all if possible. Realises that this may be an unrealistic ambition.

jellypi3 · 09/09/2015 08:13

Morning viroids. thursday good luck today. Enjoy seeing your beanie!!!

So this morning on the train I grabbed my phone from my bag and didn't realise a panty liner was stuck to the back of it...

ThursdayLastWeek · 09/09/2015 08:18

I say decline all sweeps! Based on my own, very limited, experience they don't work. So y'know if that doesn't convince you I don't know what will Wink

So you know what's sad? DS is being looked after by his GP this arvo so we can go to the hospital - but we're also going to go into town after. I can go into shops with steps! I won't have to do a running commentary! I won't have to stop for saffron buns every bloody half an hour!no kids section of the library for me today, no sireeee!

SecondCupOfTea · 09/09/2015 08:24

Jelly Pleeeeeease say it was an unused one! Shock

gaggiagirl · 09/09/2015 08:29

Saffron bun you say?......tell me more.

Day 2 of operation tile scrub for me. Yesterday I swept, vacced and mopped them. Then I scrubbed them with bleach then I wiped them with floor wipes. Todays action plan is to repeat that process until they are clean!

ThursdayLastWeek · 09/09/2015 08:39

Cornish saffron bun

Can you use something like bicarb and vinegar on tiles and grout?

CarrotPuff · 09/09/2015 08:43

Thursday good luck with the scan today!

I dreamt that something wrong was picked up at the anomaly scan... Confused

FeatheredTail · 09/09/2015 08:46

(Sent you a PM Pud - only just saw your offer Tea! I went to bed super early and just catching up)

FeatheredTail · 09/09/2015 08:54

Whoo! Thanks Tea!

jellypi3 · 09/09/2015 09:05

yeah unused tea thankfully!!

carrot i've been getting those sorts of dreams too :( scan is on monday, i want it to hurry up already!

batfish · 09/09/2015 10:27

gaggia I've never won a race in my life and don't intend to start now so go for it - please be first! I did just buy some deodorant for my hospital bag though and bought a nightie yesterday, at this rate my bag will be ready by Christmas Shock

Thursday enjoy your scan!!

I have a docs appt later too so get to see how fat baby bat has got! Hoping to have an estimate today of no bigger than 6lb!

gaggiagirl · 09/09/2015 10:52

bat good call on the deodorant! I haven't packed that.
I think toast might beat us all, even you mountain her consultant is talking about getting baby out today (again).

5hell · 09/09/2015 11:24

morning viroids
feelling rough today, but had a fairly nice dream last night...we had a baby boy, but then he grew up within minutes....one sec i was changing the nappy of a ~6month old, next sec he was walking around aged about 3!!! (like that weird advert!)

enjoy your scan thurs not jealous much!!

have you got a good old-fashionned scrubbing brush ga ? - that should do the trick (with a range of cleaning fluids)

OP posts:
mountaingirl01 · 09/09/2015 11:45

Oh poor toast! How scary for her :(

I was going to go swimming today, but been having a few cramps....probably just the spd, but definitely an excuse not to swim right?!

gaggia scrubbing the floor is the age old technique for engaging a baby...

SecondCupOfTea · 09/09/2015 12:15

Viroids, important question...

Is it too early to start making casseroles and stews? Would that be conceding that summer is over?

I've a beef joint in the freezer (which I won't roast cos I only like my roast beef very rare), and am thinking about making a nice steaming dish of beef bourguignon.

Also, I've been craving chicken casserole for weeks but DP says it's not the season for it yet Sad

mountaingirl01 · 09/09/2015 12:25

Rubbish, every season is casserole season! I love a good stew!
