Whilst the rest of us chowed down on runny eggs and shellfish, deeply sneezed out a baby!...It's superb scans all around and only the occasional nose-vom on JS Grads 38!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Thanks pickle Smile

jelly'your fella would despair of me - I've got a pushchair on the way before I even had my scan!

I just cancelled my phone with O2 who were lovely and helpful, then tried to speak to Virgin who either really didn't speak English at all, or are just plain ignorant...y'know when you feel like you've made a bad call...

jellypi3 · 08/09/2015 09:50

Yeah I might buy some small bits. It's things like all these deals on nappies etc that I want to take advantage of but can't! Bloody men.

thursday I have massive issues with Virgin. Never had good service from them. It's the one thing I'm dreading about moving. Having to change all the TV and phone things.

gaggiagirl · 08/09/2015 09:59

tea jelly cat is a brand name. They do small soft/beanie toys.
mountain my fanjo isn't playing the game, day one 6.5, day two it would not stay in at all, day three 6cm Sad my fanjo is quite swollen at the moment though. I have no idea why. What number were you doing to cause a graze?

SecondCupOfTea · 08/09/2015 10:24

Oh I see (just one of my many child-related ignorances)!

I see the point about the prices, but now wishing I hadn't spotted this Hmm

mountaingirl01 · 08/09/2015 10:33

8cm gaggia but I did at 6 as well and had to take a break then. Didn't feel like I was pushing it either :( really worried this means I just tear easily! Have definitely had benefit from it though as it's taught me not to panic when crowning (I was at first and it was making me tense which was infinitely more painful!) Think I'm going to leave it now I don't want to go into birth with a tear!

Should I be making the most of nappy offers Blush I have 2 packs currently.. jelly I was really frustrated at the beginning because there was the asda baby event on and I felt I couldn't take advantage of it... fast forward 15 weeks and it's on again... there will always be offers on but then denial sets in and you don't want to take advantage
purple will be a mummy now!!

mountaingirl01 · 08/09/2015 10:34

Haha tea sorry for introducing you to jelly cat! Are they not just the cutest?! What you can't tell online as well is that they are soooo soft!

batfish · 08/09/2015 10:45

Does anyone have any ideas what we can buy our niece for her first birthday? Want to get her something special ideally rather than something she will only use for a couple of months - one thought was a Steiff bear as it would be something that would be a keepsake but I don't know if my SIL would know Steiff to know it is a special one and may be like oh thanks a teddy bear, really generous!! Any suggestions gratefully welcomed, I'm useless at child gifts!

CarrotPuff · 08/09/2015 11:03

Bat I've just bought this for my nephew. It will probably drive my sister mad but I don't care Grin

mountain when DS was crowning it was stinging/burning so badly I was sure I tore. But I didn't. So pain doesn't always = tearing.

Tea that puppy is adorable. Buy it

honeysucklejasmine · 08/09/2015 11:34

Do you suppose Purple has done her baby yet?

batfish · 08/09/2015 11:43

Ooh maybe honey - she did say she should be first in!! I'm much more excited about other people having their babies than I am about me having mine, I'm just scared about that!

Ha carrot love it - I'm regretting all the noisy toys I've bought my friends kids over the years as they will get to pay me back soon!!

honeysucklejasmine · 08/09/2015 13:39

Come on, Purple waves pom poms

Munching on mini cheddars post hair cut. Yum yum, fucking yum!

LaLaLaaaa · 08/09/2015 13:44

Good luck today purple!!!! waves pom poms madly

Indigoblue2 · 08/09/2015 13:58

Thinking of you purple!! Wonder what's happening right now?

jellypi3 · 08/09/2015 14:13

woo go purple go!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 08/09/2015 14:32

bat this website is fabulous it breaks down gifts by age and sends a personalised note.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 08/09/2015 14:33

The firefly nightlight is a good one. DD has something similar she uses every night still (at age 5)

CarrotPuff · 08/09/2015 15:40

I cannot. stop. farting. My poor DS, I don't think this house filled with toxic fumes from my arse is safe anymore!

honeysucklejasmine · 08/09/2015 16:34

Purple baby in Facebook!

WouldRatherHaveCake · 08/09/2015 16:51

Hello hello! I've not been on in aaaaages! I spotted some beautiful babies on Facebook but have I missed any decent dark juicy gossip on here? too lazy to catch up on far too many pages

Nothing much exciting here. Unless you count vomiting mid teeth brushing

jellypi3 · 08/09/2015 17:06

yayyyyy purple baby!!! so cute!

hey would :) teeth brushing vom's the best eh!

MollyBloomYes · 08/09/2015 18:06

bat my db got ds a beautiful edition of Grimms fairy tales for his first birthday with an inscription inside. He spelt his name wrong with I found amusing but also lovely thoughtful gift. Ds' godmother got him photo frame with a photo of every month of his first year, I think the company was called 'Posh totty' and strongly suspect from notontheighstreet, also a fab website for stuff like this.

So happy for purple!

Viroids I'm having a bit of a vbac wobble (in fact I started a thread in childbirth but obviously want your opinions and hooyahs too!) Basically I can't push for two hours after fully dilated so have been strongly advised to have epidural so I'm not exhausted from fighting the need to push (what happened last time). BT if epidural carries more risk of intervention I could ended in emcs territory anyway! Starting to think should just cut out the middle man and go for elcs to avoid the trauma of last time but will I always wonder what if...? WHY CANT ANYTING MEDICAL FOR ME BE SIMPLE?!

oneyorkshirepud · 08/09/2015 18:37

Evening Viroids.

Molly I'm a first timer so not much advice really other than keep talking it through on here/with your mw/with DH until you are comfortable with your decision.

Hi Would!

Well ladies, this morning I gave birth to the most epic poo baby. Seriously, I was in mild shock for about an hour afterwards. To be fair poo baby quite possibly weighs more than actual baby at the mo. Called the poo baby Jeremy, think it could be a prophetic name. Definitely need to get on the prune juice. And considering using the epi-no to train my bum.

ThursdayLastWeek · 08/09/2015 19:19

Molly I had an emcs with DS after induction that all just took too long - did you have an emcs first time?

I did lose some blood and had a stay in hospital but honestly, as soon as I was home my recovery was swift, and i was quite a worse-case-scenario.
I don't blame you for the wobble AT ALL.
My SIL had an emcs with her first, then laboured with her second until it was starting to get traumatic and then demanded a section. So it was an em/el hybrid IYSWIM?! Perhaps something like that could work for you?

ThursdayLastWeek · 08/09/2015 19:21

To the best of my knowledge (MN) you can refuse forceps/ventouse and go straight to a section - but you'd obviously wanna check this out with your actual health care team!

ThursdayLastWeek · 08/09/2015 19:22

Dodged a bullet with Virgin contract - I filled out the wrong form so they cancelled it as it was suspected identity fraud Grin I'm delighted!
Got my new phine coming from EE tomorrow, pram coming tomorrow and guess what? We're both out tomorrow. Typical.
