started a new thread as the old one was getting full up. Thought I would post the link to stats here too so people can update if they want!

I haven't done any maintenance down below for weeks as DH and I are going through a bit of a dry spell, my sex drive has just disappeared since getting my bfp! We've just had a holiday though so I have at least been doing legs!

Misskat we're planning to find out. Neither DH nor I like surprises! In my circle of friends though it seems not to be the done thing, every single one of our friends who has already had one or is also expecting has not found out.

BeautifulLiar · 10/09/2015 10:28

Haha thanks guys! I couldn't believe it at first but I just laugh when I look at the pictures now. It's like "Erm yeah I'm sat here and what are you gonna do about it?!"

Oh god I shaving legs is a thing of the past for me, although I did get my hair done at 10 weeks and I love it. Forced myself to have the appointment as last pregnancy I really let myself go and my self esteem took a massive hit. Determined not to let that happen this time!

I'm already dying to know the sex of the baby, but we're not going to find out. If I had a preference I would find out, but I don't so I won't :)

Like most of you I'm still not 100% but gradually getting back to my old self. I actually walked around Morrisons today carefully selecting different foods for DS' pack up... big improvement! And the house is getting back in order, yay!

BeautifulLiar · 10/09/2015 10:29

Me - i hate surprises, like to be organised and am the most impatient person ever. So god knows why I'm not finding out!

maybebabybee · 10/09/2015 10:33

sher I've not been on properly for a few days but I'm disgusted by what happened to you, how awful. Flowers to you and your little ones.

ginger great news, so pleased for you :)

Sure I've missed loads - hope everyone is doing well. Really annoyed my 'bump' is so bloody squishy, it just looks like an enormous spare tyre at the moment!

BeautifulLiar · 10/09/2015 10:40

Maybe - I'm sure its not as "bad" as you think! I feel like Kim Kardashian the rate my arse is growing. Which DH thinks is great. I'm glad he works away sometimes!! Haha.

Me624 · 10/09/2015 11:10

maybe I am so squishy too! Definitely not a proper bump yet. Weirdly though despite feeling huge I weighed myself this morning and I've only put on 0.4kg in the last 8 weeks since I had my booking appointment! Which is a pleasant surprise.

QforCucumber · 10/09/2015 11:18

does anyone know if there are any rules on working alone when pregnant?
I've been on my own in the office this week and last, but today keep going really dizzy and am wondering what would happen if I fainted or something?

Haven't had any kind of risk assessment done either, even though I told my line manager about 5 weeks ago?

Rosieblossom123 · 10/09/2015 11:20

Me at my 12 weeks scan they weighed me and I barely put anything on that was 2 weeks ago, they said its normal not to put any weight on in the first trimester because of all the sickness, etc. I'm sure I've put weight on now tho I feel huge today!

hayleycookie · 10/09/2015 11:21

Hi everyone! Can I step onboard? Baby number 2 is due on March 10th! Sickness has passed (touch wood), boobs are growing, belly is squashy, trousers are tight and things are progressing wonderfully :) Would love to be able to speak to some mummy's due around the same time! I promise to bring cake often

QforCucumber · 10/09/2015 11:25

hi hayley another due date buddy, hospitals are going to be busy busy busy in March.

and I'm sure i speak on behalf of us all when I say cake is more than welcome on a regular basis!

maybebabybee · 10/09/2015 11:34

welcome hayley thanks for the Cake :)

maybebabybee · 10/09/2015 11:35

Glad other people have squashy tummies rather than lovely smooth hard baby bumps!

Also this is a bit gross but is anyone growing extra hair on their bellies...I seem to resemble a yeti...

Rosieblossom123 · 10/09/2015 11:42

maybe I wanted to ask but was so embarrassed :( I never had so much hair on my belly I hope it's normal! haha

welcome hayley :)

Hospitals are DEFINITELY going to busy in March haha

hayleycookie · 10/09/2015 12:10

Maybe haha I'm so glad you said something! I do have more hair than usual on my squashy belly! Not quite at yeti level yet....more like a drunk man's beer belly atm lol Pregnancy is SO sexy!

Rosieblossom123 · 10/09/2015 12:53

ahaha drunk man's beer belly!!! this made me chuckle! Grin

docmcstuffins1 · 10/09/2015 13:59

Hahaha maybe and Rosie, that made me chuckle. No extra hair here, but I do have a squishy (fat) belly and mahooosive bum! Had to give in and purchase a pair of maternity work trousers today as I don't think mine are going to do up for much longer!

Rosieblossom123 · 10/09/2015 14:16

doc Where did you buy your work trousers from?

That's my belly today my friend recons it's a boy because my belly is low but I'm 14+4 isn't it normal to be low? I'm so confused!! Confused

JoannaZZ · 10/09/2015 14:59

Another one here with a squishy bump! Not sure what a real bump feels like, never felt one. When I wear maternity jeans (comfiest thing ever!) my belly relaxes and looks huge! But I am not putting on any weight even though I eat like a pig at the moment.

Still a bit worried about my dating scan showing 2 weeks behind - what if the baby is growing too slowly? My scan was 8 days ago and I have another appointment this evening, not sure if it's a scan or just a chat but I hope it's a scan and that the baby is bigger now.

Even though I am 14+6 (or two weeks less according to last scan) I feel uncomfortable telling people I'm pregnant because of the size issue, don't want to have to tell them all if it goes wrong...

Gingerlady123 · 10/09/2015 15:24

I can't wait to find out the sex. Doesn't bother me if a boy or a girl but I think if I could choose I would go for a girl. I'm to impatient to wait until March. My dp would want to wait to know though - his not fussed on the sex.

I have loads of hair on my belly at the moment. Completely neglected my legs in the last six weeks or so but wish I did them last night so I could of worn shorts this morning because it's baking here today.
I've got a squishy fat belly to. 12+5 today. 2nd trimester Saturday ! Woohoo.

JoannaZZ · 10/09/2015 15:32

ginger, glad your tests were fine in the end, I know how easy it is to start worrying when things don't seem to be quite right. I never worried so much before, I bet these maternal worries will be with us for a long time. My mum still worries about me!

Even though I (and dp) have no sex preference we want to find out as soon as we can. Giving birth will be exciting/scary enough even without the surprise at the end!

TriJo · 10/09/2015 15:45

A bit smaller because I'm only 12+2, but my little bump looks very similar to Rosie's one. I'm up around 1kg so far in total, which surprises me considering the fact that there has been quite a bit of snacking to beat nausea.

We don't have a sex preference, but we'll find out at 20 weeks anyway. We're absolutely crap at names so if we only have names for one gender to consider it makes life easier!

Went running last night and it was by far the worst one since I've been upduffed. No energy and no zip in my legs at all, plus my boobs felt like cannonballs. 4km was quite enough, and that concerns me a little considering I was hoping to run until 20 weeks.

vroc81 · 10/09/2015 16:38

Ginger glad the test results went well in the end. beautiful that's a brilliant pic!

I have no bump.. Well maybe but everything's squidgy at the moment.. I'm not a small person but it's never been on my stomach, always my bum and thighs so I'm probably just turning into a square... I lost a little weight and a little has returned but still lighter than I was at the start at the moment...

Hmm haven't started the yeti look yet, no one told me this was such a glamourous experience!

We're going to find out the sex, I'm far too impatient to not know something if I can know something... Confused

Crispylicious · 10/09/2015 16:39

Am very jealous of those of you who haven't put on weight - I've put on 3kg already! I put on 3 stone last pregnancy, so expect I'll be ginormous again.

beaut I love the scan pic. It's so cute!! Cheeky baby.

We'll find out the sex. I'd like to get a name locked down and also find out if it can wear DD's pink babygrows! I also found last time it made it all feel so much more real.

I was awake for the day at 4.30 today

Crispylicious · 10/09/2015 16:43

Ps this sounds weird, but I'm pleased to hear of your hairy bellies Grin I have one too and had thought that means it might be a boy?!

MyNameIsSuz · 10/09/2015 17:13

It's Egyptian Missi but we do some tribal sessions too. I went til 36/37 weeks last time and it always sent him to sleep!

I'll also be finding out, I've always figured it's the same surprise whether you get it at 20 or 40 weeks. It made him more real for me last time and I hope this time it will make it easier for the boy to understand - he's having a baby brother rather than an abstract baby.

I'm fairly certain this is another boy. I heard the only reliable way to tell is how much your boobs grow - lots if it's a girl, less if it's a boy. Mine have hardly grown at all, maybe half a cup size (which is lucky because they were on the large side to start with). This method has proved to be accurate for all my baby-having friends!

Also no real bump here too, it's still soft but hard underneath if I have a good feel. I wasn't showing until 20 weeks or so last time but I thought I'd show earlier this time being my second (and I am a hell of a lot softer this time in the old abs!).

Welcome hayley, I'm the 10th too.

Aaaaaand.... I think I'm caught up Smile
