140 BPM I said ooh boy MW thinks girl....who knows? We'll find out in about 20 weeks.

DH has the biggest smile on his face.

Just had 16 week appt, no heartbeat listening here - I asked and she said they don't have the equipment. Sad now.
Ooo I can't wait until you've all had your 20 week scans - knowing what you're all having will make it so much more real!

3 weeks today can't wait now.
Can't believe we are all almost half way through, seems to be flying by.

Ooh yes we're scan buddies! I can't wait to find out what I'm having it's weird because I was so anxious before the last scan, terrified there would be something wrong, and this time I'm just excited even though there still might be a problem. I think I've started to relax!

I can't wait to find out, I think girl as well. I'll be shocked if it's a boy.

suz I'm not sure really. I remember readin a bit back that over 150 BPM meant girl, under meant boy. She did ask if we'd find out at the scan and we said no we wanted a surprise. She is so lovely. She asked about our wedding wanted to see pics, remembered about the prosecco blah blah blah - I just felt really comfortable with her. It was like meeting a friend for a natter.

I heard that too paper, my baby's heartbeat was 150 exactly so I'm none the wiser!

My midwife is really nice too, she did call me hun a few times....
