Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 37th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 36th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 52nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Ooh good luck to the scanners!
That's not great about nasal vomming jelly!
mountain care to predict a birthday for your girl?

The cross gingers first day at school was no fairytale unfortunately. Just urgh. No. I'm home schooling this baby, I'm not going through that ever again. Needless to say she was not on her best behaviour!

jellypi3 · 03/09/2015 10:22

oh no ga :( what happened? was she upset?

pretzelpieces · 03/09/2015 10:50

deeply!!! Congrats on your sneezebirth!

Oh jelly, poor you. Sad

Looking forward to more March madness scan pics!

jellypi3 · 03/09/2015 11:20

yeah loads of scans coming up!!!

19 weeks today, half way!!!

MollyBloomYes · 03/09/2015 11:40

Wowzers deeply! You snuck in a baby! Congratulations!

Gx to all having scans.

JC glad somebody got to daisy last night. I didn't. DS fell, whacked the back of his head and then did not stop vomiting so I had a super fun night in a&e instead! He's fine now if a bit clingy ut oh my goodness the stench of sick on his carpet and bedroom carpet. Bicarbonate of soda has had some effect, but it still lingers. ga or anyone else bleach inclined what else can I use? Oh and hope cross ginger enjoys herself after her initial upset, bet all tears were forgotten ten minutes after you left, tis usually the way!

picklethistle · 03/09/2015 12:21

Hooray for double scans today. Smile

Finally got my booking in appointment which is three days before my scan. Getting excited now.

Eek jelly you poor love, through the nose is harsh.

Aww molly you poor thing. I hope you and DS are having a snuggle rest day today, what a fright for you.

honeysucklejasmine · 03/09/2015 12:33

Oh no Molly! Perhaps if the carpet is saturated you might need repeated applications of bicarb. Sad

Good luck to all with scans happening.

MollyBloomYes · 03/09/2015 13:55

Second lot of bicarb done. So bloody gross, carpet not so bad but why do car seats have so many crevices?! Quiet day for me and ds for sure, just feel bad for DH, he's a teacher and had so much to do last night to prep for first lot of students in today. Wouldn't countenance leaving us at the hospital though, he is a good egg Smile

Pickle it's super exciting!

gaggiagirl · 03/09/2015 14:10

Oh molly poor kid, how is he now?. Zoflora is the answer to disinfect and remove odour, you can sprinkly shake n vac on it overnight too. That's what we did when DD vommed last.

5hell · 03/09/2015 14:15

gosh it's a busy day today isn't it?!!

carrot, tea hope your scans were good and no bladders were strained in the holding of wee/warm drinks

jelly, molly sorry your days are not busy with fun things. I find 1001 good for dog vomit on our poor downstairs carpet, and/or maybe that vanish carpet powder stuff - a bit more fragrance than bicarb to diguise the vom?

MW booking in was good, despite the fact she was runnning 45 mins late, had pc problems and generally it took ages!...i have no known health issues/complications (blood and urine results pending), so goodness knows how long it takes if you have a 'history'! Apart form that she was nice and reassuring and scan is on 18th Grin ...she did say no dippy eggs and no shellfish, but i didn't correct her ;)

picklethistle · 03/09/2015 14:25

That is all I want, a dippy egg. It's so ridiculous. Yum with toastie soldiers.

Glad it went well with the midwife 5hell, not long till your scan!

honeysucklejasmine · 03/09/2015 14:29

I have had dippy egg every day this week. Lion stamped. Yummy.

CarrotPuff · 03/09/2015 14:52

I'm having a baby! Grin

Measuring 6 days ahead, it was waving arms around and moving a lot in general. It took ages to get all measurements, as it was lying in awkward position for NT. had to get up and walk around and eat chocolate twice while they scanned someone else. Finally they got it on third attempt. Will post a pic on FB later today.

picklethistle · 03/09/2015 14:55

Hooray for baby carrot!!!

So if it's lion stamped I can have it honey???

MollyBloomYes · 03/09/2015 14:58

Thanks guys he's a bit up and down, more knackered than anything else I think. Heartbreaking seeing him in those weird hospital cots but he's a trooper! I thought zoflora might be involved somehow ga and 5hell I'd forgotten about 1001, we used to use that for wee accidents when I worked with tinies. To the shops!

I looooooove dippy egg but all about my jacket potatoes with tuna mayo tonight. Mix in a bit of balsamic vinegar, lurvely

MollyBloomYes · 03/09/2015 14:58

Ah cross posted carrot, excellent scan news!

Indigoblue2 · 03/09/2015 15:13

deeply GET IN!!!! Well done!! Can't wait to hear all xxxx

Indigoblue2 · 03/09/2015 15:15

Congrats carrot! Looking forward to seeing pic. Bet you're delighted. Lots of lovely Fred news just now Smile

honeysucklejasmine · 03/09/2015 15:15

Good news Carrot! And moved forward, well done! Wink

Pickle it's up to you but the logic is it might cause food poisoning due to salmonella but lion stamped ones are salmonella free. But yes, its up to your judgement really. Smile

jellypi3 · 03/09/2015 16:01

yayyyyyyyyyyyyy Carrot looking forward to pics :) :)

molly glad to hear DS is ok!

pickle accordnig to the NHS website, all eggs should be cooked thoroughly. Lion stamped eggs are bred to be salmonella free, and in a study in 2011 or something they tested thousands of lion stamped eggs and found none with salmonella. It's ultimately up to you and the "risks" you are happy taking. It's the same with shellfish, undercooked meat, etc. For me, i'm avoiding all these things because at the end of the day i'm only pregnant for another 20ish weeks, after that I can indulge all I want. That being said, if you do have dippy eggs and shellfish etc. nobody is going to think badly of you because the risk is very very very small. It's hardly the same and drinking a G&T or smoking a 10 pack!

I just fucked up and told my colleagues the baby's gender by accident. I'm an idiot.

mountaingirl01 · 03/09/2015 16:26

Excellent scan news carrot :)

gaggia bless her cross little face! Did she have a good day in the end? Birthday wise... I have no idea. I used to think she was going to be early but she seems pretty cosy in there at the moment maybe she knows mummy has some work to do with the epi no first apart from the fact I'm worried she will be a monster size if she goes over, I feel pretty complacent at the moment! Enjoying the novelty of mat leave at the moment!

5hell · 03/09/2015 16:27

ooops jel were you trying to keep it a secret from others IRL?

going out for anniversary dinner tonight...really want to pig out but bloating is still here. I can recommend these exercises in combination with some warm lemon for some relief, but i cant do them all day everyday! not really complaining, honestly pleased to continue to have symptoms, but hungry and bloated at the same time is annoying

ThursdayLastWeek · 03/09/2015 16:40

jelly the NHS says not to eat raw seafood. Honestly, cooked is fine

honeysucklejasmine · 03/09/2015 16:50

Jelly was it your DH who had a moment over prawn cocktail flavour crisps?

Mountain what are you knitting?

OP posts:
Indigoblue2 · 03/09/2015 16:56

NO! jelly consider your bum smacked!! I'm doing it on behalf of fatty who if she were here would tell you off, you mustn't say "gender", the correct term is "sex"!! I expect thirty lines as punishment.
