Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 34th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 33rd grads fred is here.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 51st outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 26/07/2015 08:43

Come on miniLa! You can do it la!

Is anyone else like REALLY frisky?! Was even dreaming about vibrators. This didn't happen last time until about 14 weeks. Blush

Take books and mags and money for TV and food La - induction can be long and a bit boring. There's lots of monitoring to be done before things get going.
However, my experience was going in totally un-dilated and not rally contracting so hopefully it'll be much speedier for you Smile
We're all here wishing you well ThanksThanks

oneyorkshirepud · 26/07/2015 09:17

Ooh La you might just squeeze out in a baby on this Fred!

RPopz · 26/07/2015 09:49

Exciting times La! Smile Don't be scared, you're about to have the best day of your life! Wink I'm sure the pessary/ ROM will do the trick. It's going to hurt however it starts tbh but remember your breathing techniques - and don't be a hero! Drugs are there if you want them. You'll be great Smile xxx

RPopz · 26/07/2015 09:50

Get some rest and have a nice brekkie! Brew

rdm10 · 26/07/2015 10:00

Yeah La, today will be minila's birthday!!

lildottie · 26/07/2015 10:05

just popped in to see where la is at. got everything crossed that it all goes smoothly for you today. good luck! x

RhiannonElward · 26/07/2015 10:05

Thinking of you La, it might well be your baby's birthday! I'd like to add to the crowd of reassurers who say yes induction hurts but that's the drip not the pessary and you're not going to need the drip. You're at least 3 cms already so at most only 7 more to go, that's a pretty good starting point in my book. You can do this, we are all rooting for you. It's going to hurt but there's always epidural if it gets too much and there are no prizes for those who don't use them. Good luck and please let us know when he's here Grin

Purpleball · 26/07/2015 10:14

Good luck La Smile

oneyorkshirepud · 26/07/2015 10:16

Chuffin eck, genuinely considering putting the heating on here, it's absolutely freezing!

gaggiagirl · 26/07/2015 10:33

Good luck for today la

deeplybaffled · 26/07/2015 10:57

Go, la - hopefully the pessary will be all that is needed for a sneeze birth for mini la. And as everyone has said, if you feel that you want drugs, then ask - you've got nothing to prove to yourself or anyone else!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 26/07/2015 11:08

la I see everyones fanjo pom pom's and raise you shake it baby! Shake it!

DulcetMoans · 26/07/2015 11:59

Good luck la, can't wait to hear your good news! You can do this!

Pisghetti · 26/07/2015 12:29

Good luck La! Looking forward to hearing the good news :-) x

LaLaLaaaa · 26/07/2015 12:35

Boooooo baby booooooo!! Bloody cervix not as dilated as expected. Pessary gel thing now in and got to be checked in another few hours. They are saying it won't be today :(

Trying not to get upset but I was so excited!

WilHarlot · 26/07/2015 12:40

If it's the gel and not the pessary then surely that means you're on your way? They won't know if it's today or not, you could labour really quickly. It can take a while though so hope you have stuff to do and you're not feeling too bad. Chin up love. I also didn't realise how long it takes when I went in - is bloody disappointing.

Toast85 · 26/07/2015 12:42

Oh la, Hmm hugs to you.
But minila is on his way, and this will become a story to tell him how he's older about how loooooong he kept you waiting. Not what you want I know but he will arrive soon! What have you got to keep you occupied?

oneyorkshirepud · 26/07/2015 12:43

Waaaaaaaah. That is pants La, you are allowed to throw things be upset if you want to. Are you allowed out of the hospital? Might be worth going for lunch/a wander if it is going to be a while. Flowers and Cake.

LaLaLaaaa · 26/07/2015 12:54

Got to stay strapped to monitor - it's pessary I think but they are not being forthcoming with info. It was called Propess.

Also started talking about iv and I had to say no I definitely don't want that! I want water birth. They don't seem to be reading my notes and that's worrying me.

My BS was 7 on Friday but today she's put me at 4. She's also saying I'm only 1-2cm dilated compared to 2-3cm I was told on Friday.

CarrotPuff · 26/07/2015 12:55

Oh La don't lose heart, the end is in sight. You will leave the hospital with baby in your arms Flowers
