Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 31st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 49th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

What's a Welsh cake? I just don't like raisins full stop. I think they ruin things like scones and biscuits.

A welsh cake is a bit like a flat scone I guess jelly, but better! Without raisins I am not sure of the point in it!

I can only tolerate scones with raisins if they are smothered in cream and jam.

Jelly - Kegels are indeed "exercises" to help tone your pelvic floor. I know you are meant to do them after pregnancy, but I get told a lot over here that I should be doing them every day even now.

It's mid to high 30's here all week temperature wise. Apparently today might even get up to 40. I think I will try and hide in the shadows like some kind of mole vampire.

Good luck to all you heavily pregnant ladies. I can only imagine that you are coping by walking around the flat naked with ice blocks cellotaped to yourselves.

Oh in other good news, my most recent blood test has confirmed that I don't have syphilis, which was a surprise to no-one, considering I'm not a london prostitute living in the 1700's.

My app is the PFEI one you just put pelvic floor app into search. It's green. It comes up at 7, 10, 2, 6 and 9 each day to do the kegels

You're meant to do kegels pre birth as it helps stop the pissing of oneself post birth apparently! I do do them a lot but sometimes app does get ignored

DH has discovered a new game - she can blow a short raspberry on my belly and make the baby jump. He likes it as a game and it is pretty consistent but starting to feel bad for the kid! Especially if it starts to take it out on us once I've popped!

I envy you ladies not having to dress for work and travel on a busy commuter train today. Luckily my train is air con'd but it's still pretty hot!

I did my kegels twice a day every day for a bit. Then realised I wasn't really doing them right and then gave up! I can do the quick squeeze but I cannot hold it for any longer at all..... oh well!

Another open every windows and door day today I think. No plans so that's good at least!

I forget that Welsh cakes aren't really a 'thing' outside Wales as they're everywhere here. The coop always has them by the till and everyone's nan made them. I actually have my nan's stone for making them.

I met some friends for breakfast this am. Was meant to be lunch but we decided it would be too warm. Good job I am an early bird!

Touché pis ;) I've been a solid attendee of the 4am club right through. I can't remember what it feels like to not have a nose bleed at 3-4am each day and have to wee 10 times a night.

Fleur - snap! I'm in what I think might be a top but looks like a nightie. Part of the mat clothes job lot from a friend.

Have done my one task of the day - water plants. Now I'm going to spend my first day of mat leave where I have no plans and can do what I want! Going to read, do playlist and perhaps paint some pics for nursery.

I would like to announce I am also engaged - in a baby sense, not to my secret boyfriend! Midwife came with a student as well so got double checks. Had slight panic when she was going to get the student to take my bloods but luckily midwife took over again.

Now to take all my clothes off and sit very still!

Hooray!!!! Babies are in position and ready to be gently farted out with no pain whatsoever!
