I don't know how I do it either...tired & queasy today and DS is insisting on hanging off furniture, pulling himself up on TV unit - hardly had the energy to get up the sofa and assist his dangerous manoeuvres!

The first trimester sucks but it does get better! At least I hope it does this time around too. Once I could feel movement and started visibly showing it was lovely...until I was too big to walk up the hill!

I've been feeling dreadful all day today too. It amazing how I can get through a working day and now at the weekend it all just seems to catch up with me.
Hope we all feel better tomorrow!

How old is your oldest bee? I keep having those moments of panic. My DS is 4 and I can imagine him being really helpful and sweet when baby is born. On the other hand DD is just turned 2 and is very hard work. I have concerns that even by Jan she won't be much easier.

MaybeMrsMum2016 · 13/06/2015 19:52

I've been feeling fine all day. Went with DH to check out potential new mattresses (he complains A LOT even though the current one is fine) and he had the amaing idea of going home via McDonalds drive-thru. Food went down a treat but now I feel crap and exhausted!

I'm really hoping that I have a second trimester energy boost!

mrschatty · 13/06/2015 19:57

I've dropped dh for (yet another) night out so I'm going to watch 'the first wives club' fancy me some goldie hawn!

BeeMyBaby · 13/06/2015 20:05

aloha dd1 is 5 and will be just about 6 (particularly if I go overdue) by EDD. She is able to walk everywhere or go on her bike, doesn't need carried, virtually never has a meltdown (only whines when she feels dd2 is getting more attention), eats her dinner without too much fuss, etc etc etc. Overall she is very easy to deal with unlike dd2 who insisted I carry her for about 10mins today even though I am always willing to pull her on her scooter and then moaned and moaned at dinner saying she only is hungry for sweets (this is has only just started in the last few months, she used to be a fantastic eater) which really drags out dinner. At least when dd2 was born, it was still reasonable just to stick dd1 in a pushchair when going out and about Hmm. Is your DD still happy (and are you content) with her in the pushchair as she is still very young?

Hi all, I've been somewhat silent for a while mainly because I have been stressing myself out over the fact I don't feel rubbish! I have googled some many times how the more sick you feel the healthier the baby is that I totally freaked myself out! Anyway we had a scan today (8 weeks 2 days) because of a genetic condition DH has and baby is doing really well so I think I can allow myself back on the Internet again. Am slowly realising that everyone's pregnancy is different and I'm very lucky I feel so well.... Tiredness is the only thing for me but work is manic and they found out today I was anaemic so that should improve!

Loving hearing about all the dreams!

Hope everyone is well

mrschatty · 13/06/2015 20:21

AmyFlame1986 · 13/06/2015 20:24

Thanks MrsChatty the Internet is scary when you are looking for the worst! How are you getting on?

BeeMyBaby · 13/06/2015 20:40
