Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 25th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 42nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet will be linked to by our stats hero La (can't do on iPad sorry!)

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Gang, sorry for the lack of action, with only seven working days left I'm having to work on my handover bible and get loads tidied up!

Welcome pixie rom me! Ds1 was a pill surprise too - 20 weeks I was! Indigo I love your scan pic, congrats!

I've been buying things naughty ridiculous things like limited edition bugaboo hoods (knew the petrol blue wasn't enough) and a second hand mamaroo...

I still want a Doomoo seat too, and a Tripp trapp newborn set so number two can join us arbthebtwble..

I've had a windfall from my very first car finance deal and sold lots of stuff on wvbag too, now I've worked out that myhermes is cheaper and will collect from me!

KatoPotato · 01/04/2015 23:56

Have a cold drink la. He'll just be sleeping!

I highly recommend babymattressesonline.co.uk much cheaper and very good quality and customer service (unlike mamas and papas!)

LaLaLaaaa · 02/04/2015 03:50

Thanks for link kato! I'm looking at a few things for baby this weekend so will have a look

Yes wil yes I did! And baby wiggled. Not very bouncy today but I've been rushing about.

Got to get up in 2 hours and can't sleep - dh came home pished and woke me up trying to get key in front door sadly not a euphemism

LaLaLaaaa · 02/04/2015 03:50

Mamaroo and dooroo?! What are these?

LaLaLaaaa · 02/04/2015 05:05

Still awake!

willywallace · 02/04/2015 05:42

I have no idea what they are either. Is it a jumperoo for mums...? Wink

batfish · 02/04/2015 06:14

toast yeah I did post the pic on the October group too. It's confused me this whole date change thing. Now I know it doesn't actually matter and baby will come when it comes or is forced out but I feel like a fraudster now saying I'm 13+4 because I believed my first date! We apparently had immaculate conceptions for one thing as we didn't even shag on supposed conception date Grin I also read that early scans are most reliable due to growth being so exact - and my 2 early scans both said 5 days behind. But who knows. It really is only for telling people how far along I am purposes that I want to know which probably isn't a very good reason haha

Toast85 · 02/04/2015 07:13

Thanks for advice Smile
I guess exact due date doesn't matter all that much anyway, I was just a bit confused as the sonographer definately said it was now fixed, so I've been a bit confused when people have had dates changed at '12 wk' scan even when they'd had previous scans before that.
La and dulcet hope you both have nice wriggly jiggly babies again

teejayem · 02/04/2015 08:51

If I go with my 12 week scan date, mine's an immaculate conception too bat - Mr tee was in the UAE with work for almost the whole month, so I know when we actually conceived and it's a very small window!
Had a bit of an online spree yesterday for some maxi skirts and dresses for post birth. Had a discount code for asos and was pleasantly surprised by forever 21 although felt a little on the wrong side of 25 to be looking there but picked up some really nice stretchy cover-uppy things and didn't spend a fortune. Some of the jersey maxis were only £9! It's all supposed to be coming this morning which would be amazing, except I think I had about 2 hours sleep total last night, was awake every 20 minutes either to wee or just too hot, or rolling over and pain waking me up. Think it might be punishment for the cheeky shag we had last night. All I want to do now is get back into bed for a snooze but I'll miss all the deliveries otherwise, might decamp to the sofa and set up a nest there for the day.....

batfish · 02/04/2015 11:09

Ooh where did you find asos discount code? I always used to be able to find one somewhere on the Internet and never can anymore! Maternity clothes choice here is terrible but we are back in the UK for a visit in a week so I was thinking of ordering a few bits off ASOS ready for later on.

KatoPotato · 02/04/2015 11:40

Bat I get emailed codes almost a daily! (She exaggerated)

£10 off £75 spend : 10WOAH
£20 off £125: 20WOAH
£30 off £150: 30WOAH

gaggiagirl · 02/04/2015 11:54

bat I've eaten half a jar of Heinz piccalilli really fast and now feel like I might die of pickle poisoning. Dont try it at home kids!

freshstart4us · 02/04/2015 12:33

All this talk of baby furnishings, I feel a bit mean this time round, have bought a new bedside cot and reinstated my Amazon Prime nappy delivery in size 1 but apart from that haven't "prepared" for baby at all! No decorating, or wall decals, or unnecessary pretty bedding. Haven't even dug the pram out of our storage unit yet. DEFINITELY more laid back about the 2nd than the 1st. Grin

Soooo impressed with anyone still shagging, I'm just not interested, poor Mr Fresh is having his worst drought ever with the light at the end of the tunnel probably still 4-5 months away.

PLEASE stop mentioning piccalili, I want some so badly but know the after-effects would probably cripple me. Sad

freshstart4us · 02/04/2015 12:41

Oh bugger it, am off to Sainsbury's to load up with piccalili, vintage cheddar, crackers and another bottle of gaviscon. Anyone care to join me for lunch? Grin

Fleurchamp · 02/04/2015 12:46

Piccalilli? As in that yellow stuff?

We have an office full of chocolate and hot cross buns - I.must.resist.

Saw the consultant today and talked about my fibroids (got to see the little one for a few minutes too!!) she wasn't as reassuring as I would have liked Sad I have to go back at 33 weeks and possibly again to decide if I need a c-section. Not happy bunny Easter Sad

freshstart4us · 02/04/2015 14:58

Fleur I was foiled by Sainsbury's local not having any of the damn stuff, so didn't get my fix and ended up having pret crayfish and avocado for lunch. Delicious, yes. Satisfying, no. I am, therefore, going to indulge in a hot cross bun of my own for afternoon tea. It is Easter after all! Easter Smile

PixieChops · 02/04/2015 15:15

Oh no Fleur, why might you need a c-section? I'm hoping for a planned one in all honesty, no way is anything else coming out from my downstairs!
Glad the babies are moving again, my DS tends to chill out most days unless I give him a poke, he's no where near as active as DD was, quite grateful for that though if I'm honest.
Anyway all that heartburn I had the other night and the sickness was a tummy bug, my OH is feeling pretty fragile today after being up all night with bubble guts! I had to put my ear plugs in because his stomach was keeping me awake. Missed out on an Easter party this afternoon as its full of 10 month babies and I didn't want to go in case I or DD are still contagious.
My OH has bought me the Taylor Swift album as my Easter present, however I think it's more for him tha me as he'd put it in the boot of the car, made me pull over to get it out and ten sang shake it off quite loudly on the way home.

Fleurchamp · 02/04/2015 15:28

pixie I have a fibroid which is quite low. If it moves up that will be fine but if it stays where it is/ moves down/ gets bigger it may block baby's exit Easter Sad

I succumbed to a chocolate hot cross bun, I'm not convinced as I am quite traditional, but the baby loves a bit of sugar and has been furiously poking me for the past half an hour Easter Grin

Purpleball · 02/04/2015 15:33

Yuck to picalli but I'm craving pickled onions, sliced beetroot and red cabbage. Seems to be a vinegar thing

I'm stuck in excel hell today. Normally I love it but I've got post migraine sore eyes.

Husband has finished work early go hunting for tv brackets so we can mount the bedroom tv on the wall then move the bed to fit the crib in. He says it's too early to buy big stuff or discuss names or anything else baby related. But a TV bracket is apparently ok...men!

Would any of you be concerned to spend a day with someone on antibiotics for tonsillitis? I don't feel concerned but she thought best to warn me. I don't have any tonsils and I'm not planning to snog her Grin

Fattycow · 02/04/2015 15:46

Conception and shagging don't have to be on the same day! Sperm can survive for quite a while (up to a week). So for instance you can shag on Monday, but fall pregnant on Wednesday.

Fattycow · 02/04/2015 15:47

And as for my dates, I'm due on a Friday and we had sex on the Wednesday before supposed conception and on the Sunday after (I was out of town for the other days). So either my dates are wrong, or his sperm survived for a few days before finding my egg.

batfish · 02/04/2015 17:31

ooh thanks for the codes kato - do you know when they expire? Where do you get emailed them from?

ChatEnOeuf · 02/04/2015 18:09

Piccalilli? You grads disgust me! It's all about the litre bottle of tropical juice here today heartburns gonna get me later

I'd not worry Purple, once she's been on the ABx a couple of days she probably wouldn't infect you even if she did snog you Grin

My dates are way off when my cycles say they should be, but then so was my BFP. Not sure how much I care anyway, I'm not planning on going overdue...

Fleur some fibroids shrink in pregnancy so all hope isn't lost. At least you get plenty of extra scans :)

We're coming home for a few days tomorrow! Very excited - I have grand plans to buy pretty new bedding for our new bed, some Bisto, proper cheddar AND have fish and chips by the sea in a snowstorm. Also heard rumours of an upcoming Sainsbury's clothing sale - hope I've not been misinformed about that one, DD is growing out of her age 2-3 trousers!

gaggiagirl · 02/04/2015 18:52

chat the 25%off everything sale is on now,I'm going to get DDs school unicorn from there.

willywallace · 02/04/2015 19:02

ooh thanks for sainsbury's tip. We got Bisto onion gravy last week. It was v good.
