Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 23rd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 40th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

The stats sheet is here

So, roll call below please, viroids!

pis definitely have that cheeky cuppa, you're in eminent danger of that 6 months where you never manage to finish a hot drink still hot!! I'm off for a full on wax on Thursday, DH will have DD so I'm making the most of it and I'm going to enjoy a portion of chips that I don't have to share, then I'm going to go and have a dessert waffle and it will be bliss!!

I think you're probably spot on Mountain I did a bit of googling and it seems like the advice is to take them out for the birth. Well it'll give me something to do in early labour! Hopefully I'll be able to put it back in again straight afterwards. I've had it about 4years and I'm rather attached to it (emotionally - I'm obviously attached physically!)

Delivery came so that cup of tea is on the cards Grin good idea on dessert as well Boo Wink

So is yours in the same place as tees pis?? Crikey, I feel like a bit of a boring prude now!

TBH I barely have any visible piercings left (well, now I don't have bloody anything bar nose/ears/tongue) but I too was quite attached to my more, ahem ones.. :(

Hard to say Indigo - when I rocked up at the shop and asked about piercings in the general area, the girl there reeled off about six different options! My friend bought me a voucher for my 30th birthday and then came down to see me and drag me down there some 11 months later before the voucher expired as I was being a bit chicken Shock that's why I'd rather not have to have it redone. I had it done not long after meeting DP so it's like our 'secret'.....

Coffee (caffeinated - naughty!) and strawberry sundae done. I think the ice cream chilled the baby's feet as there were some big shuffles going on. I hope the midwife confirms she's properly engaged this week - if not then my fanjo is definitely broken Shock

Mine is a VCH indigo (careful if you google at work!!!)
Don't think you're a prude at all! :) It's not everyone's cup of tea.

My Nip piercings were mine and Mr Tee's secret too! I got them about a month before we got together, so aside from the guy who did them he's the only one that's seen them...

Should I get a grobag/sleeping bag thing for my snuzpod, or should I just go with light cellular blankets (Bearing in mind he'll be here in the summer....) I've seen one I like which is 0-3 but I don't want to splurt money if it'll be too warm for him...

bat if la adds you as a friend on Facebook she can add you that way. Me and dulcet had to do that to add her to undergrads group as she hasn't got the invite

Report
TheBooMonster · 03/03/2015 15:53

dulcet we use cloth in the loosest sense of the word, DH is pretty lazy about using it, and I never managed to get it to work over night, so I tend to use it during the day and I'm good at using it for a week or so but then I forget, and sometimes I forget with a full nappy bin Shock which is never good! it's a shame as we have tones of nappies and they're so pretty :/ but I've heard good things about tots bots over night, so If I won some I'd feel inclined to use them...

Lol, the most exotic piercing I've ever had in my tongue, not sure whether to be aghast or a bit impressed at those of you with more interesting piercings!! Though if I had a more interesting piercing DH would never stop trying to play with it Blush

Gosh I'm late to the party.

Those piercings just make me think 'ouch'! I only have my ears done and I hardly ever bother even putting earrings in.

Tee you get different togs of sleeping bags. Think they range from 1 tog to 2.5. So you probably want a 1 or 1.5 for the summer time.

Report
Pisghetti · 03/03/2015 16:45

Ah in that case mine is the same as Tee's! TBH I thought it'd be out of the way and ok for the birth but then read some horror stories about labial tears Confused

There are officially NO nice nursery curtains on the inter web and I have looked at so many I now need a nap Hmm (sure DP will be impressed to find me napping after a 2hr bath and a 3hr wander around town today.....)

Just realised I forgot to get flour in that 3hr wander so no baking for me. Bugger....

Report
RPopz · 03/03/2015 17:17

Ooof I googled Tee!! Shock Ouch! Doesn't it chafe?? Is it good for sexy times? My clit is ridiculously sensitive and not in a nice way so definitely not for me. I don't remember that area being heavily involved in childbirth though Hmm

What sort of curtains are you after pis? Enjoy your nap Wink

Shock at the piercings!

I had my belly button done at 15 when I was feeling rebellious and used my big sister's ID took it out at 21 when I thought they were becoming too common Hmm. Had a scar ever since Sad now I am worried about it tearing although you would think it would have healed pretty thoroughly in 14 years.

Had an amazon delivery today. I have started putting some things in my wish list just so I have things bookmarked and DH bless him, to mark our 20 week scan, decided to order a steriliser, breast pump and bottle kit to get us started. Making it all a little real!

Report
TheBooMonster · 03/03/2015 17:31

aww fleur bless him! Did you know he was going to order them or was it a surprise for them to come through?

Report
RPopz · 03/03/2015 17:36

Aw Fleur - that's super sweet of him!

Report
teejayem · 03/03/2015 18:03

LOL! I liked it for sexy times popz although it was a bit perilous with any buzzy friends, largely because it made a hilarious rattling noise.
It didn't chafe actually, but it felt a bit heavy when I first got it done, although it healed really fast, comparative to nips which took FOREVER and I used to catch the frigging things on everything. You've not known pain until you've caught a newly pierced nipple on a shower door.....!!

That's really sweet Fleur! :)

Just done a bit of a baby clothes audit. I have no short sleeved vests in 3-6, but a truckload of newborn sized ones. Also need to shop for a sunshade/hat. Mr Tee is away tomorrow so I might have a waddle into town.

Report
RPopz · 03/03/2015 18:13

Would you be able to exchange some Tee? You prob won't use the newborn ones for long unless you have a teenyTee.

Report
willywallace · 03/03/2015 18:19

That's so sweet Fleur.

I winced at the thought of the nipple/shower door scenario. Ouch!

I tore at the front during labour. Not as far as that but suppose it's possible. Also if you needed to go to theatre I suppose it would have to be out.

For us bara brith should be cake-like but there are variations that are more like fruit bread. I love it spread thickly with real butter, with a pot of tea and peace and some quiet.

popz once you have 2 you realize that 1 was easy! Then 3 is a bit chaotic, we will see what 4 is like, but this is our last and we didnt want to regret not trying. Our HV once said that our house is a house for children, as she admired the pirate theamed pvc table cloth!
