dances so glad to hear your DD is doing well. My DD1 was born at 34 weeks and spent 3 weeks in SCBU so I feel for you - as you say it's a very strange experience. I didn't have other dc to try to keep happy though, that must be really tough.

I've been feeling really uncomfortable the last few days, lots of braxton hicks and soreness. Hoping it's just a growth spurt rather than anything imminent. think it may actually be constipation/dehydration related

Squatting I'd say 20 threads will probably be about right!

So the contractors have said it's not the washing machine. But they also don't know what has caused downstairs' ceiling leak, as it's almost caved in.
Waiting for more contractors to come out now
They might have to take up the flooring either tomorrow or Monday. No heating or hot water for the the time being

Sooooooo tired now, will probably fall asleep babysitting so better set an alarm before they're due back. Kids are 8 and 10 so should be safe sleeping once they're in bed :)

I'm very impressed with your babysitting cinnamon - I can barely stay awake past 9 these days!!!

It's not ideal FiRaffe but without we don't really have spare money so I'm trying to keep going as long as I can. Have two this weekend, one next and the one after and then two the weekend after and then I probably won't do anymore as people tend to panic about leaving their kids with babysitters close to giving birth from past experience! We are usually in bed by 10

Got a horrible pain in middle of my chest under my boobs where bra would lie really hurting me anyone els had this? Not sure if its wind or something else!

Sorry skyra not had that pain before. With it being so far up I'm guessing it wouldn't be anything to worry about, could be baby pushing everything right up! As long as it's not hurting your chest when you breath or anything? Would probably say it's ok?

Or could it be indigestion?

skyra is it sort of between the two bottom ribs? if so it's your stomach (mine has been awful for months) if it's higher you probably want to get it checked

Oh jeez rl if it's not one thing it's another! Will replacing the floor be covered by the contractors or are you going to have to shell out for that?

Watched this weeks episode of Grey's anatomy, big mistake very sad, but I've found a whole bunch of supernatural to catch up on so I'm clawing my way back to my happy place!

Boo the contractors will replace everything as it was. But we've just had the second contracter out to disconnect the heating etc (has brought us fan heaters out to use) but we've been told the pipes that they need to see are under concrete as that's how they used to do them years ago, whereas now they fit them on show so their easier to check. They're going to have to dig up the flooring, I can't believe it! I don't know much more about it at the minute, but I really don't know what's going to happen.

Its the bit between my ribs and where tummy starts to stick out taken some intergestion remedies just incase but not done much see if it eases of after a sleep. Could be heartburn only really suffer with acid don't know different between the two lol

Oh dear RL you're really having a time of it at the moment really hope they get it sorted soon you can't be left without heat and hot water in February and with a baby on the way.
