Please can you remove me from the spreadsheet? Bad news this morn- I was moon84. Good luck everyone xx

Bippidee · 26/01/2015 15:33

Sorry to hear that Spud.

I cannot believe how fast these threads are moving!

I can't update the stats sheet as in phone, but I already have one Dd, 16m, and having DC2 in the Royal Londono or Barkantine.

Bippidee · 26/01/2015 15:34

Oh Cinnamon, sorry to hear your news. Thanks

DoctorDonnaNoble · 26/01/2015 15:36

Sorry to hear that Cinnamon.
Just had a quick look to see if there was a private scan place near us that wasn't the baby scan studio (can't go back after last time). It looks like there isn't. Think I'm definitely going to contact the EPU after meeting with the midwife next week. Starting to get very nervous now even though symptoms are still here.

LittleSesameSeed · 26/01/2015 15:36

So sorry to hear your news cinnamon and spud x

duckbilled · 26/01/2015 15:43

Sorry cinnamon and spud, thinking of you both Flowers

brickiemum2 · 26/01/2015 15:50

So sorry moon/cinnamon

Donna I called epau today as I'm stressed and they were very happy to give me an appointment due to previous losses. I'm going on Thursday. Give yours a ring.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 26/01/2015 15:54

I'll have to come up with a good case as I've only had one loss and on the website it says only for recurrent mcs. However, when I had my last scan with them, my friend from the gym (who did the scan and discussed options with us) said to call if I was worried. Unfortunately, she's now left the unit and works elsewhere. Long story short, I'm hoping to convince midwife to refer me - I see her next Wednesday when I'll be 7 +5.

DoNotDenyMe · 26/01/2015 15:55

So sorry Spud and Cinnamon x

brickiemum2 · 26/01/2015 16:01

Perhaps you could try ringing and explain that you are suffering from major anxiety over the cramps you feel from time to time and hot are worried that the stress may affect the baby/your bp? They can only say no and you're in the same position as now.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 26/01/2015 16:05

I may just do that Brickie.
Just realised another issue. I can't even get to Bravissimo to get measured until half term as the stupid trains aren't running at the weekends for TWO MONTHS!!!! Sometimes I hate where I live. I can't even just go into M and S and try some one as they only go up to a G cup in our store Sad.

alien11 · 26/01/2015 16:06

So sorry cinnamon x

brickiemum2 · 26/01/2015 16:07

Here we have an independent maternity/nursing bra specialist that will come to your house, measure you and then you order with her. Maybe look in to that?

MyNameIsSuz · 26/01/2015 16:09

Afternoon everyone! Just finally got inside after an hour sitting in the car with a boy who had finally fallen asleep - I got so hungry I resorted to digging out the cake I'd bought at the farm we went to this morning and gnawing at the end. Hard times!

HaveTeaWillSurvive · 26/01/2015 16:25

Flowers Sad thinking of you spud and cinnamon

TerrysNo3 · 26/01/2015 16:36

I'm so sorry for todays sad news spud and cinnamon, take care of yourselves. Thanks Thanks

Donna after my mc in 2010 when I got pregnant with my DD I phoned my GP and asked for a reassurance scan and they sorted one out. It did take a couple of weeks though so I would ask sooner rather than later if I were you.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 26/01/2015 16:52

I might try that Terrys but my GP is so unbelievably crap! I've self-referred to midwifery this time. I have no respect for him after my last asthma review - done my him as they couldn't fit me in the clinic. And I couldn't get my flu-jab in the winter as they only did it during the week! I'd make a bigger deal of it but we're moving at the end of March. Will see if I can get him to refer me on though.

booboobeedoo11 · 26/01/2015 17:03

Place marking again....what a chatty bunch we are!

So sorry to hear moon and spud Flowers

6+2 today...yesterday was the worst I've felt so far but still nothing to really moan about, a wee cuppa peppermint tea and a ginger biscuit seemed to sort me out almost straight away.

Back to work for me on Wednesday, need to make sure I'm packed up with peppermint tea and ginger biscuits!

ag123 · 26/01/2015 17:30

Hi everyone.

Really sorry to hear spud and cinnamon's news xxx

Does anyone else find the thought (and act) of drinking lots makes them more nauseous?
I'm definitely not drinking enough...

TerrysNo3 · 26/01/2015 18:03

DrDonna have you checked out which your local EPU is and whether you can self refer? then you can cut out the GP altogether

brickiemum2 · 26/01/2015 18:06

You can check her if the link works www.earlypregnancy.org.uk/FindUsMap.asp

DoctorDonnaNoble · 26/01/2015 18:08

Yes. Been there before. The website says no to self-referral. However, my friend who used to work there said I could. Going to wait until next week as midwife may refer me.

NatalieBee · 26/01/2015 18:41

So sorry for your losses girls EnvyThanks

I cut out caffeine today (trying to kick ridiculous diet coke habit) and I have the worst headache from lack of caffeine Blush I have caved and went to tesco and got some! Mabey I'll cut down slowly Confused

Treaclepie19 · 26/01/2015 18:51

So sorry cinammon :(

I'm feeing the same Doctordonna, going to the doctors tomorrow to see if I can get a scan.

My symptoms are up and down and I'm just not feeling positive about this pregnancy :(

LittleSesameSeed · 26/01/2015 18:55

Oh Natalie I feel your pain- I too have a diet coke habit! I'm going for the cutting down, not cutting out approach. I only drink decaf tea so it's my only caffeine.
