So here's a stupid question - how do you know when you are feeling baby?
I am 15 weeks and over the last few days have felt unusual feelings in my tummy - almost like i am being gently tickled from the inside. I know its really early to feel baby and i dont want to get too excited in case its something else - but what else could it be?!!

Anyone who's done this before... any thoughts?

Sounds like it could be baby to me. Is this your first one? I could feel my DS from about 15-16 weeks and am getting little flutters already with this one - but my stomach muscles are shot to pieces these days!
