Holly last time I found mine in the nutrition centre bit in Tesco. But we do have one of those mega Tesco's so not all of them have it.

Feeling rather dizzy this morning will have to take it slowly I think.

FiRaffe · 30/01/2015 07:13

The only experience I have with growth charts is when I was little I know they told my mum i'd be 5ft 7.. well I barely made 5ft 3. Partly due to steroids for asthma but they are all a bit hit and miss!

I haven't seen anything like that for this little one yet but only just 28 weeks today, so maybe at my upcoming midwife appointments

cinnamongreyhound · 30/01/2015 07:23

ThebooMonster, my red book has 9th centile at 2 weeks 3.1kg and 98th 4.9. My notes have 10th centile at 42 weeks 3.4Kg and 98th at 4.5 so not the same and actually a smaller range. The chart in my notes has ds1 on 61st and ds2 on 65th centile.

Feel a bit of a whimp but I've rang in sick, Blush thought it best when I nearly fell over on the way to the loo.

AnniaFausta · 30/01/2015 08:06

Holly, Ocado carry it too if you do on-line shopping at all.

Lauren, yikes! Hope you can get to the GP and get everything checked quickly, and that all you need is a day taking it easy.

TheBooMonster · 30/01/2015 09:06

Thanks cinnamon perhaps I'm more average size than I used to be then, I do sometimes forget I'm a size 12/14 rather than the 6/8 I was once upon a time!

Phew Boo that's good news and if it's intense then good-value for money hehe. I think it was you who linked the half price Papoozle, well cheers because I managed to get one and the cat is on standby for her go in it.
Hope u ok Lauren
Feel much less tired today - think cos I got up at 0730 and it was light whereas earlier in the week had to be up at 0530 - feel more human.

ChickenMe · 30/01/2015 09:32

Aw Squatting I had the same urge to cry all week earlier this week for no reason! I'm really getting through milk too at the moment! Times like this you need a milkman. Or a cow.

Lauren82000 · 30/01/2015 09:34

Well I'd feel better if I'd managed to get in touch with my boss when I rang, but there was only one person in so had to leave a message. Confused I'm going to the doctors at 10 and just done myself a sample to take and it smells normal now Blush oh well. I'll try ringing my boss again once I've been to the gp. Then I'll have more of an idea if I'm just a hypercondriac or I do have something going on.

Least I can get on with my knitting while I'm off all day Grin silver linings and all that.

BonjourMinou · 30/01/2015 10:18

Hi all

Glad you're all talking about how hungry you are. It's 10:15 and so far this morning I have had 2 slices of jam on toast, a banana and a ham and philadelphia sandwich... With DD it was the opposite, she was so squashed against my tummy I actually ended up eating less than usual! more than made up for it with the breastfeeding hunger though

I am also crying at everything, most notably at Wanted Down Under Blush hormones are going haywire! x

TinyTear · 30/01/2015 10:21

Gah! I wish I didn't have GD, if I want to treat myself has to be with babybels or cheesestrings... or if I push the boat out a muller light yogurt!

now on 2 metformin at breakfast and 1 at dinner...

29+6

kismac · 30/01/2015 10:25

Aww Lauren, hope you feel better soon. Have a nice lazy day.

Squatting, hormones are crazy at the moment here too. DH had to console me last night as I woke up crying. I dreamt he was having an affair! He now thinks I'm a nutter. Oh well!

TheBooMonster · 30/01/2015 10:27

chicken I linked it up yesterday when they added a new design to the sale but someone else, I think lauren? Linked it up last week which is how I found it.

Absolutely exhausted this morning, despite managing to catch more sleep on the sofa. DD is gagging to go out and I can't even face the idea of getting dressed desperately hoping we have no parcels today

BananaToast · 30/01/2015 10:31

Squatting I feel your milk pain - I had the same situation earlier in the week and was really quite fed up about it. No tears, but not far off! I sulked and had an apple instead.. so not the same.

I've managed to rein in the crazy crying for the most part. My low point was crying at the Compare the Market advert where they leave baby Oleg in Africa. Traumatic.

Pay day today at long last - feel like January has gone on forever! Treated myself to this blanket www.thewhitecompany.com/offers/the-little-white-company/safari-blanket-and-hat-set/ - goes with our safari animal wallpaper for the nursery and is just so cute. Off to Ikea tomorrow to buy some bits and pieces - a shelf for the nursery wall and some drawer organiser boxes for nappy cream, etc. Sad part is I'm actually excited about it.

Hope all goes well at the doctors Lauren - take it easy today.

Lauren82000 · 30/01/2015 10:33

Feel like a proper fraud, doctor said there is nowt wrong with me. Blush Still having the day off though. Wink Think the shopping last night might have been too much, I didn't feel great then. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it!)

Good news Lauren - enjoy your day off!

Squatting my DH was teasing me last night saying 'oh my back hurts, oh my ribs hurt, oh I'm pregnant!' but quickly went on to say that he doesn't know how I'm doing it and would hate to be pregnant.

TheBooMonster · 30/01/2015 11:04

Well lauren at least you can stop worrying that there might be something wrong?

cinnamongreyhound · 30/01/2015 11:11

I heard a song on the radio on Monday SquattingNeville, it reminded me of my dad and I was soon sobbing about the thought of him dying!!! Ds2 was in the car with me and very worried so I had to pull myself together!

I'm the opposite TheBooMonster, always been overweight between a size 14 and 28 but the majority of my adult life an 18 over. I lost 5.5st 2 and a bit years ago and still feel like everyone in the shop is laughing when I by an 8 (in my head they're all saying 'why are you buying that, you'll never fit in it'!).

Glad you're being treated now TinyTear, how often are you monitored? Just think how much more delicious all those foods will be once your baby is here!

I'm impressed with a 10am appointment you were out and mning by 10.33 Lauren82000!!! But feeling very faint isn't a great condition to go to work in whether you have been diagnosed with anything or not!

Thanks smogs will try that tonight...fingers crossed!

banana we have the safari set too! I have the sleep suit, muslins, sleep bag and hat and blanket set...the sleepsuit, blanket and hat is our planned bring home outfit Smile I went in the LWC yesterday and was a bit Blush when my OH pointed out that we have already bought every gender neutral baby gro in there...he was right Grin

TheBooMonster · 30/01/2015 11:21

Wow cinnamon that's an incredible achievement! The lady in mother care questioned me buying size 14 knickers for my ever expanding backside the other day, like perhaps I'd picked up the wrong size, I wanted the ground to swallow me whole, and she really pushed the issue, kept reminding me that as it's a maternity shop I should stick with the same size I normally buy, I almost offered to take her into the changing room and show her the fit, I gave up completely by the time I'd put the 16/18 pjs on the counter! It's not my fault everything in that place shrinks when it catches a glimpse of the tumble dryer! Think my weight gain is mostly due to secret take away ordering :/ DH is on a diet and I've ordered pizza (well sides from a pizza place) again. for the third day running... once this baby is here I'm joining slimming world!

I was the first appointment of the day yesterday and still seen 10 minutes late, i think it's a statistical impossibility for clinics to be running on time! In and out in 33 minutes is quite possibly a miracle as the place would have been open for at least an hour if not closer to 2!

Oops double posted sorry! Blush

Siarie · 30/01/2015 11:28

Glad to hear it's nothing serious Lauren.

Does anyone else just get days where they don't feel right. It keeps coming and going like this. I'll feel fine then I'll get a day where I feel really tired, feel my heart beating in my chest. Trying to keep hydrated
And up my vitamin Intake. My bloods came back saying my iron is ok, maybe it's because I have thyroid problems. My meds have been increased yesterday, I just wish I could feel good every day that's all.
