20th JSing GRADS thread - our chat's still filthy, just not in front of the baby...

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 20th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 37th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

I started wearing leggings out of work and a skirt 2 sizes too big that just sat on my hips at work after the 12 week scan. The skirt now fits over my bump slightly uncomfortably so it's perfectly worked out as I only have 5 shifts left. I've got a couple of roll top trousers from Mothercare, one in size 12 which is far too small and one in 16 which is about right, so I can only assume all mother care stuff measures small as I had a similar problem with their pjs!

popz one of the girls at work went on maternity leave with her second child last weekend, there were no gifts, no crying farewells, but a girl who'd gone on maternity leave with her first child a few months previous had to go home in a taxi rather than on the bus because she had so much stuff she couldn't carry it all! It's a bit embarrassing to see, but I do at least know not to expect any fuss when I go!

yay on being able to escape zyla lets just hope the results come back ok as there's nothing worse than having a brief stint of freedom then being dragged back in!

lauren I would totally be gorging on McDonalds right now if it didn't involve a 25 minute bus journey with a very naughty toddler! The money I was going to spend on a sneaky kebab delivery just got spent on a papoozle wrap that totsbots had on a clearance offer...

Payday is far too far away :'( DH gets paid on Wednesday so we'll order some of the last of the stuff we need, I don't get paid till early next month, but I'll have an extra days wages in there from new years as our pay is 2 weeks behind.

Fleurchamp · 23/01/2015 16:54

I have heard that tee I would like to think that it's down to people not seeing the badge as the carriage is packed but having lives in/ around London my whole life I very much doubt it!!

Asos is becoming an addiction for me too.

Come on 5pm, almost there!

KatoPotato · 23/01/2015 17:02

I've just bought two black dresses for work and a black skirt from ASOS maternity. Dresses both on sale and the skirt was £12.

this one

and this

Just thought I'd recommend both because they are very comfy and smart and I think will still look okay layered with other hings when I stop work too! I had to get worky stuff because I felt to odd in leggings at work and my dresses still fastened but were exposing a lot of leg!

I'd day the ASOS stuff sizes quite big, I got these both in a 10 and they still have a fair bit of bump room in them!

KatoPotato · 23/01/2015 17:05

Oh, and a slapped wrist for whoever coined 'dirty spoon' on this thread! this is what happened with me and DH this morning. Mortifying but I was having a mucky dream and think I might have been dry humping him! Jesus. We've not dtd since about 16 weeks, but spooning leads to forking! and I highly recommend this position, but try not to let the words 'dirty spoon' enter your head halfway through!

teejayem · 23/01/2015 17:25

That was me Kato... sorry...

Dirty spoons are rather good tho Blush

I have the top one la - I agree, tis comfy :) and bump looks bumpy rather than a result of too many eclairs. They had quite a bit of nice work-stuff on clearance. the dresses seem to be okay size wise, but I bought a top and it is frigging huge on me, mainly across the boobs, and I'm generously proportioned there....Also big thumbs up to their own brand over the bump jeans which I am snug in at the moment.

LaLa5 · 23/01/2015 18:08

Ooh those are nice fleur and kato! I've got a couple of jumper dresses from Asos, some trousers and a dress from jojo maman bebe. All very comfy!

RPopz · 23/01/2015 18:50

Asos and H&M mat wear FTW Grin

Glad you're home now Zyla - keep those legs crossed another 3 weeks Wink

RPopz · 23/01/2015 18:55

Ooh preggo sex dreams... miss those! Pretty sure dirty spoons are the reason we're all here in the first place ladies Grin

ChatEnOeuf · 23/01/2015 19:40

Finger crossed Zyla

Essie get a bump band, then you can leave it undone and smooth your top over the band. I got two for not very much money from somewhere like mothercare last time around. I'm in a lot of knitted dresses at the moment, v comfy all day - as opposed to normal trousers that are fine but only in the morning, or maternity ones that fall down until mid-afternoon Grin

Popz having worked on elderly care wards for my sins before switching to the cartoon-friezed side, most of the patients I cared for had a name that they were given and a completely unrelated name that they went by. If he's Isaac, Ted to his mates then so be it. My boss was called Robert, Jack to his mates :)

Tee, lactulose is exceptionally sweet, but you only need one or two spoonfuls of it so it's bearable.

teejayem · 23/01/2015 20:39

Thank chat I'll hold my nose... I'm going to take it before bed.... I'm still pretty sore after this mornings episode, so if i can hold off pooing this evening, I've dabbed on some bum cream, and am hoping for the best. God if it's not bloody oesophageal melting heartburn, it's arse tearing fire :(

DulcetMoans · 23/01/2015 20:40

All the clothes chat is well timed as I'm planning a bit of that tomorrow. I get my clothes for work from charity shops so going for an explore. Just planning on buying size up - will that work?

Eggs-cellent news lil! Hope they get you booked in ASAP!

I considered McDonald's today too lauren. I know I will give in soon.

popz, you have time and options. Just see how you feel after calling his Issac for a couple weeks.

I'm not sure how to roll the news out at work now either. Told boss and my small team but my work impacts lots of people. Don't want a big announcement though!

RPopz · 23/01/2015 21:57

That's why I did fb Dulce - I didn't want to do a big irl announcement or have to go round saying "guess what!?" to everyone at work haha... Not for everyone though I know. Just get your usual size in maternity clothes. Could get normal tops in bigger sizes/ baggy styles, not sure how it'd work with bottoms though.

lildottie · 23/01/2015 22:27

ooh I hope I get to enjoy the excitement of asks maternity spending soon! ec Tuesday at 10am! which is fab as that means I can work Monday!

must be weird deciding how to tell work. a friend I worked with sent an email around to everyone saying baby is cooking and will arrive around xx xxxx or something like that. I won't have that issue though!

lildottie · 23/01/2015 22:51

asos not asks, damn ac!

Purplecircle · 23/01/2015 23:54

Keeping everything crossed for you Lil

Just got home tonight after 3 nights away. DH is officially excited and wants to mooch round baby shops with me he hates shopping

Anyone else too scared to have sex? I'm terrified it will dislodge the bean. I have a lovely patent DH but I miss it too

willywallace · 24/01/2015 02:07

Lil, that's amazing news. Everything crossed for you.

DulcetMoans · 24/01/2015 06:29

la, the July thread don't fill it up before they move on - sort it out! It's sat there with 12 posts to go or something!

Ignorance time lil, is 8 follicles the same as 8 eggs? I feel I should know but I'm just not sure! Great to have a time and date though - we will all cheer for you Tuesday. Are you having time off after transfer?

I can see how that would have worked popz, but not doing FB for the sake of work. Think I will tell the people I like first, then there are two girls I can tell to do the rest as they are gossip merchants!

You make pregnancy sound so glam tee!

Can I sneak a maccy ds today...? Hmmm.

ChatEnOeuf · 24/01/2015 07:59

Ooh lil that's fab! Good luck for Tuesday :)

I had to nag the June bugs into filling up the last Fred, the fools.

Purple I was petrified, didn't do anything until about 15w Blush and even now I'm not feeling comfortable with it just yet...

We have had a very sudden snowfall here, DD is dancing with joy. Only a couple on inches so far but v pretty.

LaLa5 · 24/01/2015 08:46

Dulcet are you on the July stats? Don't think I've seen you

Just corrected them all and told them to fill it

Purple I've not had sex in 16 weeks

I have a pushing type feeling/pain in right side of uterus. Is this likely to be stretchy baby or stretchy womble?

My funky dreams are back, I feel like I saved the world last night. It was ending apparently

OP posts:
LaLa5 · 24/01/2015 08:49

Done! Is that to your satisfaction dulcet? Grin

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 24/01/2015 09:04

Much better! Thanks la. I don't post on it but read sometimes. They did that last time too. Bloody noobs! How was the world gonna end?!

What a great surprise to find snow in the morning chat! Is it enough for a small snow man? I snow midget or elf perhaps?

teejayem · 24/01/2015 09:24

Thank god for weekends! Just had an email from local mama and papas to say they are closing down next weekend and are having a clearance, so I am dragging Mr tee along for bargains.
Feel hungover this morning. Yuk. Feels like tiny tee is doing forward rolls in my tummy which makes me feel weird.
Ooh, super snow envy chat we only had a small amount on Thursday morn.
We didn't really stop JSing purple although we ar far less frequent now, longest I've abstained for was about a week after I had a bleed (week 15, won't be using any legs over shoulders positions again) so now I think we probably dirty spoon etc (sorry kato) 1-2 times a week. Tbh I felt so crummy until 12 weeks I wasn't really keen, although mustered the effort. Now I'm quite happy to partake, albeit it's a bit slow and less vigorous.

Just what you need to hear over brekkie! Sorry...

lildottie · 24/01/2015 09:43

dulcet it is possible to have empty follicles but hopefully by super grapefruits will not give me duds!

we gave DTD twice since I last ovulated end October so I don't think I'll have to worry about dislodging bean! think dh is relieved he only has to "clear out" once more before he makes his deposit on tuesday. the man really has no drive at all.

Purplecircle · 24/01/2015 10:01

Thanks I'm glad it's not just me. Maybe after the scan I'll feel better about it but DH is really not bothered

We don't have snow here. I'm going to meet my little sister for some shopping and tell her. My brother rang last night cos mum told him I needed to speak to him so I told him. His wife has pnd so they are having a rough time but it cheered them up a bit Smile
