20th JSing GRADS thread - our chat's still filthy, just not in front of the baby...

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 20th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 37th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

la I'm good. yep test date around 9/2 if all goes to plan. will find out ec date when I go for scan on Friday morning if its all looking good. have exam results tomorrow eek!

Zyla that's nuts! I've been put up to 16,20,36 novo rapid and 84 levemir. I started on 6,6,10,10 last October!

Perfect prep is like a Gaggia machine for formula feeding. Press a button for perfect temp bottle, no standing staring at a kettle at 3am and nearly burning yourself.

I also finally told work yesterday, all fine. She was happy and had a hug but then already started asking how long I would be off and about cover. I know I have to tell them but feeling a bit nervous about it all - but that's the anxiety I'm sure! Should tell my team this week too. It feels like such a personal thing to share!

I've had no sleep and I feel shite. It's the first time I've seriously considered calling in sick since getting upduffed.

What's the list? I need to work out what we need and how much it costs. DH is worrying about money.

I've made it to 4+6 without bleeding. That's the point I started losing the last one. I'm taking it as a good sign

I need the list too, although I have kind of vowed the I will try BF and so am going to try to avoid having FF stuff to tempt me.... But if we do go down that route the perfect prep looks ideal.

passed my tax exam I did way back in November! yay. the start of good things this week hopefully!

La probably too early for painful pokes, but maybe not for general movement. I've been getting poked for at least a couple of weeks now. It's lush, and still takes me by surprise sometimes

I BF last time but still bought a cheap microwave steriliser, which came with two bottles, and a bit of formula just in cases. I gave the formula away shortly before it went out of date

DD is on a raspberry binge o.O she's eaten a whole packet and is demanding more whilst giggling like a maniac...

Pretty sure your work has to assume you're taking the full year unless you tell them otherwise...

I've had a busy few weeks, sorry I haven't kept up with the Fred.

I need this list you speak of La I've managed to get quite a few good items from freecycle already (cot, car seat, clothes, playmat, sling, etc). We're doing it all on a very tight budget so gonna have to get everything second hand.

I've suddenly exploded, my bump is HUGE! I'm only 17 weeks but look about 7 months in the evenings! And in other news, yesterday I sneezed and weed myself :( anyone got a link to a site that explains how to do those exercises?!

I am not at all sure what I am going to buy in advance of the arrival.

I kind of plan to get the bare essentials and then buy whatever I may need once nipper is here. BUT I would like to know in advance what I would buy in terms of breast pump, steriliser etc. if/ when I decide to get them.

We don't have a microwave, is this deemed an essential when you have small children?

Employers do have to assume the full year - annoying actually as had to write twice to confirm that the last few weeks of this year will be annual leave and not maternity leave (otherwise I won't get paid and I'll lose the holidays!)

Fleur a microwave is useful - I will use a microwave steriliser plus you can use it reheat your tea when you don't get a chance to drink it hot

I was starting to worry about a quiet baby this morning but she's just had a mega bout of hiccuping and is currently doing star jumps (oof!).

Rm squeeze like you're stopping a wee, hold for 8s, repeat ad nauseum...

The saga continues!!

Saw consultant today, my bp is up again and protein in my wee again. She said there's a case for re admitting me now, but is letting me go in for monitoring on fri (have been told to pack bag again, as if bp is still up or protein etc I'm staying in). Bp meds have been doubled and I've got to do a 24 hour urine collection starting tomorrow morning - it's one hell of a container for that!

I think my body is breaking :/

Ah well, gotta laugh or I'll cry. We've got nice food for the next couple of days I case I have to stay In again lol

I've bought barely anything Fleur and every time I start thinking about it I start to panic and look at clothes instead. Speaking of which, ASOS have 20% off Maternity if you enter 'JUSTRIGHT' at the checkout.

We have created an Amazon Baby wish list, but that's more for me to add stuff to as I think of it, rather than dish out to people expectantly. I've given the link to my mum and MiL tho so if they do want to get anything then they can see what we're after, but I'm definitely shopping around.

Has anyone used a cocoonababy out of interest? any good? or massively overpriced gimmick?

I'm sooo grumpy today! I went to work and I keep getting phone calls and emails from people asking me stupid questions or demanding stuff from me that I've answered before or is not my remit but they know I can do it. They're all getting a flea in their ear and told to bugger off and start thinking for themselves.

I'll post le magical list tonight! Need to get it off computer at home
