Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 19th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 36th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hi La! Still here! Just trying failing to forget I'm upduffed while I wait for the next few weeks to be over! I haven't had my referral through for the midwife yet so waiting waiting waiting... I assume I will be seen in a few weeks ?around week 8? And have decided I will try and wait, and if she/he does refer me for early scan I am definitely paying for one. Doesn't seem as expensive here, about £60. Telling myself that if I wait till 8-9 weeks then if there isn't a heartbeat I don't know what I'll do then at least it won't be down to scanning to soon if that makes sense?!
So bloated I feel about 6 months at the moment. Keep getting a surprise when I look in the mirror and there isn't a bump.

mountaingirl01 · 16/01/2015 18:14

BTW what is a 'mum to be' pack?!

Annoyed. Dh has just called to say he's still at work totally not his fault poor overworked nhs so we will miss our dance lesson tonight :(

RPopz · 16/01/2015 18:22

Thanks viroids

RPopz · 16/01/2015 18:23

Fleur I think everyone is an admin now... (except me lol) so just pm someone your name x

mountaingirl01 · 16/01/2015 18:39

OK, I'm taking a deep breath and outing myself.. Pm'd you too popz

willywallace · 16/01/2015 18:48

I think Popz meant she can't do it Mountain, maybe La can? Juni added me so she definitely can do it. Don't worry, no rush, Kato hasn't dished the dirt yet Wink .

Well at least put the pom poms down La or your arms will get tired.

Pretty sure the bounty photos cost money and have never heard anyone saying they are good. I never got a free bloody towel from them. Must never had picked up my last pack last time.

So dilemma of the night is shall I heat up the Apple crumble in the freezer? Not actually hungry and it's quite big so maybe I should save it and make do with hot chocolate or something. I lead a tough life.

TheBooMonster · 16/01/2015 18:48

pops no the pics are not free, they're expensive!! bloody expensive!! Though I think there's a voucher in one of the books this time round for some free keyring photo's or something, I think I've thrown the book away though :/ Will grab another bag from the bounty bag bin at the hospital when I have my 28 week scan and hunt it out.

TheBooMonster · 16/01/2015 18:50

Wil is it an Aunt Bessie's one? I can guarantee you that you can eat it all by yourself whether hungry or not (or maybe it's just me...)

willywallace · 16/01/2015 18:57

Sadly no, I think it's a bog standard Tesco one which was on offer. I'm pretty sure I could eat it all myself (only if I hid from MrWil) but I might want it more tomorrow. If only we had ice cream, I would have that instead.

laurenamium · 16/01/2015 19:15

Hi all! I'm so glad I've finished work for the weekend! DD is in bed and DP is at the gym so I have an hour to myself Grin

Definitely eat the pie wil!

RPopz · 16/01/2015 19:16

Oooh crumble and custard... NOM. Do it Wil!

Ah really? I saw quite a few people having the photos done so I assumed they were free! I don't really like the whole Bounty set up though and I didn't think the pics would be much good anyway. I got two towels Wil - one in the first pack and one in the pack I got after he was born! They're teeny though, prob won't last long.

Yes sorry mountain I'm not an admin so I don't think I can add you to the group. x

willywallace · 16/01/2015 19:26

I'm not sure there is custard... We have cream though.

Humph well no towel in first pack. Clearly Bounty are discriminating against us Scots Envy Grin .

mountaingirl01 · 16/01/2015 19:42

Lol ah well, outed myself to you alone popz!

Anyone a moderator?

ZylaB · 16/01/2015 19:55

I have the option to invite someone by email on the right of the page so think I can mountain?

ChatEnOeuf · 16/01/2015 20:33

Don't think I am Mountain, though I definitely added Widdly by making friends with her and doing it that way, so you're welcome to PM me and I'll be your matey :)

Crumble is not crumble without custard! DH knows nothing, the fool

I got two bounty prenatal packs, and no postnatal one. So I have two persil towels but got no money off nappies. Sad Needless to say, none of that freebie nonsense over here, you pay (a lot!) for everything. I do need to remember to reactivate the tiny nappy subscription on Amazon soon...thankfully I overdid it forgot to cancel on the size 2s last time and still have two boxes left Grin

Popz both names are lovely, do let us know which one you picked for Pingu.

Lovely day today, gave some baby first aid teaching. Felt really good to be using my skills again, I'm so over this housewife shit.

RPopz · 16/01/2015 20:38

S'ok, I figured it out!

Purplecircle · 16/01/2015 21:12

Chat can you add me as your my friend

Purplecircle · 16/01/2015 21:13

I realised after about the early scan but this is on a weekend and I've paid £30 deposit. Might as well go now. They'll send results to GP

ChatEnOeuf · 16/01/2015 21:17

I can in the morning, purple - I'm in the bath at the moment! I need your email address I think...

Purplecircle · 16/01/2015 21:26

You should be able to add a friend To the group. It works with the undergrads. I'll pm you it anyway

willywallace · 16/01/2015 21:27

Haha "so over this housewife shit" Grin .

I decided I agree about the custard so I'm saving crumble for tomorrow and will buy some first found a packet of chocolate buttons to eat instead. Just in case any of you were waiting on the edge of your seats for the outcome of my dilemma. Nearly as important as Baby Popz's name choice. Wink

LaLa5 · 16/01/2015 21:50

Sorry - been out all evening! I'm an admin so if anyone wants to join then send me your email address or RL name and I'll get you added

lildottie · 16/01/2015 23:10

went to a house warming party tonight, someone doing dryathalon there drinking that eisberg stuff. my god its shit. it was the red one. like watered down vinegar!

popz I think you have to go with your gut. don't just settle.

DulcetMoans · 17/01/2015 06:51

Sorry I'm a bit delayed with responses, travelling took forever and when I got home it was straight to be for cuddles and sleep. So pleased to be home! Smile

That's it fleur, great description! My anxiety about the flight wasn't normal, I wake up in the night and just think and worry and work is making me want to quit when I know I don't really hate my job that much. I woke up now, which could be jet lag but I'm thinking about work emails, DVT and cleaning - not thinking, worrying. Just struggling. Tips would be great la. I am trying to find a pregnancy yoga type class but no luck yet. Waiting for someone to get back to me.

Thought decision popz, when do you absolutely have to decide by? If you really want to throw caution to the wind flip a coin! If it comes up with an answer and you're disappointed you know it should be the other one!

Now want crumble. Damn you wil!

That class sounds great kato - chocolate reward from a trained professional tells me I can eat dark chocolate whenever I want! easier if this baby didn't have an aversion to the stuff!

Hope you get some answers and positive results soon zyla. My they will do all they can to keep you safe so just take it easy! So lucky SIL is trained, it's like getting a second option every time!

I have had two first time bounty packs now from two pregnancies. First had loads of freebies, second barely anything. DH is under strict instructions not to let them in on ward. We have a camera thank you and don't need a sales pitch! I backed MN campaign to get them off the ward. I will take the freebies though!

Had my downs results through when I got home - low risk too. Yay!

ChatEnOeuf · 17/01/2015 07:56

Purple you're in Smile

Dulcet I am prone to anxiety, sometimes mindfullness helps. The thing that made the biggest difference for me was doing the MBTI personality profile which really helped me see how and why I reacted in the ways I do. I actually did it twice, I'm quite different at work though my stressors were the same (ambiguity and not feeling in control...!)
