Teacher and tori.... We are all due date buddies... Wonder if i am team blue aswell?

Snooky17 · 30/12/2014 16:37

20 week scan went well, everything is as it should be, still team Pink, consultant booked me in for a sweep at 40 weeks

Justyouwaitandsee · 30/12/2014 17:25

Hi everyone, I am 23 weeks today, due on 28th April and team yellow. Baby kicking all the time and feeling quite tired. Had a brief trip into town and to the supermarket earlier, but felt exhausted and burst into tears once we were back in the car. I think my breasts leaked a little last night, which I thought was quite earlier, but seems like it can happen according to online pregnancy guides. I haven't suffered much in the way of heartburn or acid pain, but do occasionally still regurgitate food. Pregnancy is just so much fun! Hmm

bradders85 · 30/12/2014 18:03

Hi just - I am 22w5days and the tiredness has come back to me too! I have fallen back into daytime naps which isn't like me at all....hoping it will soon pass! Getting some strong movement from baby now too which is nice as I can tell its getting stronger.

Only thing I am having trouble with is the top inside of my left leg! Been sore for about 3 weeks now like I have pulled a muscle but apart from that nothing else to report. Hope everyone is keeping well.

bananapuddles · 30/12/2014 18:11

Hi all, I'm 21+4 and expecting a boy! I'm also back to the extreme tiredness and my back has really been aching.

cuphat · 30/12/2014 18:54

I'm 18+4 and expecting a boy!

Titsalinabumsquash · 30/12/2014 18:59

Yep, tiredness back here too, along with sore giant boobs. I think the babies must be having a growth spurt or something.

21+5 with my second girl here. Absolutely huge. Fat everything! Due 7th may but section booked for 1st may.

Turquoisetamborine · 30/12/2014 20:50

I'm 20+5 and having a boy. Due 14th May but will be having a section around 7th May. I think now Christmas is over the time will go quite fast.
I finish work 26th March, that doesn't seem that long now. Taking two weeks holiday first then onto maternity. I like knowing that I definitely won't go over my date as it makes it easier to plan my leaving date from work.
Is anyone else puffing and panting when they are bending over now to put shoes on etc? I'm feeling massive and uncomfortable now.

mumxof3x · 30/12/2014 20:53

Tired here too again think ive had about a week where I felt not so tired haha. And heartburn, I only got it for first time in my entire life with ds3 towards the end, but got it often already this time. While I have still got a very tiny bump for this stage it has definately grown abit and babys movements are feeling quite significant now...im guessing this one will be on the larger side for me like ds2 was.. Belly measurement was measuring big at my private scan too lol, so im interested to know how hes measuring on monday at NHS one.

Hope everyone is well x

Does anyone else already have leaking boobs? With this being my first pregnancy I really wasn't expecting this so early on. Bought some washable pads yesterday but so far it is only happening at night so thought I might try some lilypadz?

Fluffeh · 31/12/2014 07:31

Just - I'm still feeding dd so not much leaking this time but with dd I leaked milk overnight from about 16 weeks. I'd wake up from about 25weeks with soaked pj tops so I bought washable breast pads and stretchy sleep bras and slept in them.
I only stopped leaking when dd reduced her feeds to twice a day around October. I'd definitely recommend the washable pads from boots. They saved me a fortune on disposable pads and absorbed more.

My bladder is in overdrive. I constantly need to wee haha. I have no infection as I was checked a week ago, I think it's more that the baby keeps squishing it. Pregnancy is so glamorous isn't it?

Chookford · 31/12/2014 08:42

Morning ladies,

Can't believe its almost January!!

My dh felt the baby kick fir the first time last night, was so lovely makes it feel even more real now others can feel movement! Grin

piglet81 · 31/12/2014 08:50

That's so lovely Chookford. I'm really looking forward to DH being able to feel the baby kick! Babe is squirming away a lot these days - strange but lovely Smile

Titsalinabumsquash · 31/12/2014 10:12

No leaking here yet, but they are massive and achey.

I'm getting really painful kicks from this little lady, lasting about 20 mins at about 10.30 every night, right down and towards the back, they really hurt!

I've brought a Breville personal blender/smoothie/shake maker thing today. I can't afford £100 for the nutri bullet so I got this one, it works well, it was only £20 and comes with a bottle for each family member.
I at least feel better knowing however much junk I eat, I'm getting a good smoothie full of greens every day to balance it out Wink

Happy New Year May-sters, just think after tonight, we're having a baby THIS YEAR! ShockSmile

Congratulations to everyone feeling kicks - isn't it a strange but amazing feeling? Our little one seems to move constantly, and DH loves feeling him/her move before we go to sleep. My dad also managed to feel a few kicks on Christmas morning.

Thanks for the suggestions about bras and pads Fluffeh. I used a couple of mothercare washable pads in a sports bra, but think I will invest in some softer, comfier sleep bras. Do you have any recommendations?

mumxof3x · 31/12/2014 10:32

Tits I was looking at some yesterday too thinking I could do with one of those because im reaching for the chocs way more then something healthy.

Cant believe we are in 2015 tommorow. This year has gone mega fast. Babys will be here before we know it.

Happy new years eve everyone x

Blondie87 · 31/12/2014 10:38

Had my 20 week scan on Monday. Told the sonographer I was convinced it was a boy and lo and behold I'm team blue Smile! 20+5.

KittyVonCatsington · 31/12/2014 10:39

I've been having crusty boobs...nice! Am weeing lots too but sometimes I'm so desperate but not a lot comes out, despite drinking lots of water Xmas Grin

When the kicks become stronger it is wonderful, isn't it?! I love seeing the movements now but sometimes they are not entirely comfortable! A couple of days ago, I was having a bath and I got a good poke but instead of going back down, it seemed to turn really slowly and move across my belly and my god the pain! I was teaching her some choice words I can tell you! I think she was turning position inside but not really sure. Just so glad she is letting me know she is okay Xmas Smile

May-sters I love it! Yes, so excited what 2015 holds!

22+3

Blondie87 · 31/12/2014 10:42

Happy NYE everyone! So excited that tomorrow we can say we are having a baby this year!

KittyVonCatsington · 31/12/2014 10:45

You were right Blondie Yay! Congratulations for your Baby Boy and pleased he is doing well!

Blondie87 · 31/12/2014 10:46

Does anyone else need to sign in to a google account to see the stats? It used to just let me click on the link.

Justyouwaitandsee · 31/12/2014 10:50

Ooh btw, I should probably join the facebook group. Can anyone tell me how? It is staying private is that right? Still don't want it public on my page.

Titsalinabumsquash · 31/12/2014 10:54

Yep, still private.

If you send me your email address connected with your Facebook account I'll add you. :)

KittyVonCatsington · 31/12/2014 10:59

PM me the email address you use to log in to Facebook Just and I'll invite you by email.

I've been having trouble with the stats on my iPad Blondie and I set up the stats! If I click on the link on my Windows laptop I can update it fine without having to log in to Googke. I Googled a while back why and it seems Apple products are not able to edit Google Docs anymore Xmas Angry
