Had a rather un-original attempt at a new name! Hop across ladies!

Hoping the stats link works...

Thanks number3 and toast. I've got my booking in appointment on Monday so will definitely mention it.

9+1 and looking forward to the placenta taking over.

Ooh twins! Are your symptoms very strong?

I am secretly hoping there is two in there as I have been feeling really rough this time around. Although it could literally be because I haven't been pregnant in 8 years and it is a new partner (new and improved I might add Wink )

Toastandmarmiteallday · 12/12/2014 11:32

Thank you lucky.

Oh how exciting, twins! I would be exactly the same as I think it's a different ballgame expecting two little ones! I am planning to wait to find out sex. Would really like husband to tell me what we have once it arrives - will def encourage me to keep pushing!

fattycow · 12/12/2014 11:52

Ooh, twins!

I am deffo having just the one. I am currently spending a lot of time daydreaming about all the revealing we will do over the Christmas and New Year period. Cannot wait for all that!

luckythirteen · 12/12/2014 11:57

Number3cometome I've been so lucky, barely any symptoms so far. Absolutely no morning sickness, feeling generally fine in myself, just a little tired at times. Bloaty bump is making itself known though! Feeling so much sympathy for you and the many ladies having a tough time at the moment.

Toast That will be lovely moment to look forward to, very special! Smile

itsnotthatdeep · 12/12/2014 11:58

been to collect my bounty pack Angry they have given me the family pack which is the fourth pack. The stupid packs more than uselessAngry Angry Angry

still no scan appointment yet either

fattycow · 12/12/2014 12:02

I have just applied for the postnatal care. Loads of companies to choose from, so I chose one I've heard good things about. And I get a swaddle from them as well, so that is a nice bonus.

broodylicious · 12/12/2014 12:40

deep, have you phoned the hospital directly?

IBelieveInPink · 12/12/2014 13:02

Deep, I still don't have a scan appointment. I went in this week to get my bloods done, and asked them, they still haven't done any appointments for after Christmas.

Bit rubbish, but I think some hospitals are just much slower than others.

VirtualSantaHat · 12/12/2014 13:17

Phoned Dr this am as no news on flu jab

Asked me to come in for it this pm Xmas Hmm

broodylicious · 12/12/2014 13:22

You're right pink - some hospitals seem to be really on the ball, while others are so slow. That's why I took matters into my own hands with my last pg and called the hospital myself to check where my file was and when I'd be scanned (it had been two weeks since the mw appt so I wasn't totally impatient). I'd encourage anyone who hasn't heard to get on to the hospital direct and speak to the team who deals with booking appts.

Leela5 · 12/12/2014 13:48

Hi all

Congrats to anyone with scans. I still don't have scan date :(

I'm really worried today, all symptoms are gone. I've gone from feeling like death to being absolutely fine. Terrified it's a bad sign :(

Leela5 · 12/12/2014 14:56

Phoned hospital about my scan and she said she doesn't even have my form - great.

Got booking in with midwife on Monday so can ask then

fattycow · 12/12/2014 14:58

la, could you give the midwifes a ring and see what they say? I have to say that I have days that I feel fine as well. No nausea, not tired, boobs not sore (although they still don't fit in a bra).

itsnotthatdeep · 12/12/2014 15:03

I spoke to Drs this morning they said its definitely in hand. I'm going to get on to the midwife on monday if I dont go home to letter.
