Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Hi all just checking in. Sorry to hear some men are being a pain. Imagine what it would be like if they had to be pregnant...

RPopz · 12/11/2014 19:33

Had to lol at someone at work the other day... she said: "Ooh your bump's a nice shape now, remember when you just looked like you'd had a massive dinner??" Ha!

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 19:39

Hi y'all. I'm panicking...I know it's silly but if I have no symptoms for 5 minutes I panic. I feel sick a little in morning, boobs ache on and off and I have arse rain (weirdly only when at work!) plus stretchy womb feelings. Dry mouth, thirsty. Hooyah me please

I'm terrified :(

RPopz · 12/11/2014 19:50

I remember the biblical thirst La. That's def a symptom. I also remember the phantom disappearing reappearing boob pain... and groping myself at work to "check"! It's early for sickness. Maybe arse rain will be your thing? (Morning shitness instead of morning sickness as one of DH's friends delightfully said of his wife... Hmm ) Hope we can reassure you but abject terror is normal too, for 12 loooong weeks (for me anyway!). Will you/ when can you get a reassurance scan? Are you still stick peeing?

TODAY YOU ARE PREGNANT Smile Thanks

TheBooMonster · 12/11/2014 19:59

lol, my mum commented on my ever growing bump today, I'm not sure it's actually that big, she's just not seen me for a few weeks... then she started going on about how MiniBoo will react when it 'starts doing the alien thing' O.o

TheBooMonster · 12/11/2014 20:01

la It's completely normal for symptoms to come and go, I would totally swap your in and out symptoms for still vomiting at 18 weeks! eagerly hands over the vomiting

wilmabedrock · 12/11/2014 20:02

Totally agree with Popz. I felt much less sick this pregnancy and definitely was an on/off thing. Also remember the first trimester thirst. Try to stop panicking as it won't help you any. Oh and arse rain is a definite symptom!

Minion · 12/11/2014 20:04

Weirdly though I'm pretty sure I look mahossive today so gawd knows what they would have said before today. I'm just so paranoid about my size, I know I have a long torso so it can have a proper stretch out but scanxiety sets in.
Mw tomorrow to see if baby has moved from transverse.
Fingers crossed!

Oh, has anyone had the hv visit? They rang me today to ask when they can come round and introduce themselves. Is that all they do? Are they checking the house? Seeing if im all ok to push one out?

Please tell me somone else had them visit...

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 20:12

min fx it goes well and they can put your mind at rest Flowers let us know how you get on. I didn't realise they do a hv either starts tidying madly in anticipation

How are the menfolk doing everyone? Any apologies yet?

furry we're not strangers we're your labour cheerleaders! Give us an F! Give us a U!

Thanks guys - phew...panic subsided...

BothersomeB · 12/11/2014 20:17

la - can I join you in the need for a hooyah? Totally feeling the fear too. Coming up to the same time as mc happened last time, I can't sleep and pant check is on overdrive (even have bedside table tissues for night time checking Hmm). Don't know if it makes it worse or better for you to know that someone else is feeling the same - better I hope! Am counting the hours and days with you! Wink x

wilmabedrock · 12/11/2014 20:29

Thanks for all having mini stress-outs.

Min how tall are you? I met a friend when she had about 3 weeks to go and you couldn't even tell she was pregnant (in a floaty top). She's really tall so i don't think the bump needed to pop out so much.
We never had a HV visit before the baby was born. How weird. Maybe they're trying to suss out who they need to keep an eye on Wink . They do come round all the time afterwards though, well them and the midwives.

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 20:29

:) bother I'll hold your hand if you'll hold mine!

This is bloody nerve-wracking. I've got a pile of sticks now that I've peed on!

RPopz · 12/11/2014 20:31

We've got a midwife and a hv coming!! Midwife in 6 weeks or so to do birth plan and scope the place out Hmm Not sure what the hv wants but apparently she wants to come between 10 and 12 on a weekday.... She'll have to wait til maternity leave!

ChatEnOeuf · 12/11/2014 20:35

Thanks La, Bother. We can do round robin Hooyahs. My symptoms have been coming and going this time around as well - incredible thirst included. Today we ARE....

Our HVs freely admitted they were supposed to do a pre-birth visit but didn't have the staff.

With DD I didn't show until about 26w, and even then I could have hidden it but wanted to show off the bump. A lot of people told me I was tiny. Including the MW...

wilmabedrock · 12/11/2014 20:36

Jesus your midwives are committed. Ours couldn't give a shit about birth plans. Don't even think I was asked about it last time.

I'm getting some really low down movements so I'm thinking that means baby has moved vertical? Fx anyway - although more important that babyMin has moved at this stage.

laurenamium · 12/11/2014 20:37

Loving the biblical pregnancy reinforcements Grin

Me and DP have made friends. He's apologized and explained what he meant. Apparently it was some misguided attempt at a compliment and to say how strong we are together and in love...Hmm He's making it up to me by watching miracle babies at 9. And he's cleaned the house top to bottom while I went out for tea with my friend and our DC- it's her due date today Smile

Pisghetti · 12/11/2014 20:39

Evening viroids. Currently in the bath with some mini poppadoms and a jar of lime pickle. Class. Keeping an eye on bump in case there's any visible external movement but after a small stretch earlier, baby is deffo snoozing again.

DP hasn't had the opportunity to annoy me as he is in his own house (I doubt I'd get away with this dinner if he was here).

Spoke too soon - she's gone ninja on me again. Nothing to see from the outside though.

La and Bother can totally get why the fear has hit you. Time crawls by in the first trimester. Look forward to seeing you here with scan pics of wiggly beans in a few weeks Smile

I had the 'ooh you're massive' from my mum after I'd not seen her for a couple of weeks. Thanks mum Hmm

mountaingirl01 · 12/11/2014 20:49

La and bother triangle of hand holding? Other than feeling like I've just done a week of night shifts I have to keep peeing on sticks to check I didn't dream the poppy seed.
My dh is also the hide from argument type which I admit I am completely the opposite and sometimes have to go throw things in the garden to get my anger out! Certainly couldn't fight with him at the moment, he is avoiding me at all costs so he can bury his head in the sand about the seed [confusion]

ZylaB · 12/11/2014 21:01

hugs to everyone needing reassurance. I hated waiting for scans and I had extras :/

teejayem · 12/11/2014 21:06

Pis, that bath combo sounds like an awesome idea! I had a bit of a symptom wobble - I'm 11 weeks tomorrow and I have stopped feeling sick and actually want to eat, my (irrational) worry is that I didn't feel sick enough so I shouldn't stop feeling sick yet. I am still boob poking. Scan is in 11 days. Mini tee apparently the size of a lime. Which allegedly doesn't excuse me from eating an entire Marks and Sparks pork pie washed down with hot chocolate. (I said To Mr tee I wanted to eat, I didn't promise it would be Back to normal food again...!)

RPopz · 12/11/2014 21:26

What's his problem mountain? x

Minion · 12/11/2014 21:36

wil, I'm 5'9 but a long old torso so that may be it. Probably come out the size of a sasquatch knowing my luck!

wilmabedrock · 12/11/2014 22:04

5'9 is super tall (compared to midget me), so you definitely shouldn't worry. Just wait until you have number 2 and you get really fat really fast - you'll be yearning for the days of tiny bump. probably doesn't happen to everyone and is actually due to my extremely nutritious high fat, high sugar diet

That sounds like a messy bath Pis!

Excuse my language but my legs are FUCKING AWFUL. Bright blue normal veins, thread veins, fucking varicose veins. Can't wait to wear a short dress at the weekend Hmm . Will have to constantly layer up the fake tan on the hour until then.

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 22:12

min you're lovely and tall, I'm sure that must be why your bump is perhaps not as pronounced

pis that bath sounds awesome! Swap the pickle for mango chutney and I'm there! well, not in bath at same time, that would be weird

mountain what's he up to? Dafty.
Yes to hand holding!

tee aren't you just coming up to when symptoms start to calm?

wil that doesn't sound fun :( why does that happen? Flowers
