Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 15th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2230396-Remember-Remember-JS-in-November-no-to-bum-fun-car-shagging-and-worms-Control-your-stray-wombles-and-windy-boobs-Shout-WANKBADGERS-at-the-world-of-TTC-and-get-your-cape-on-for-JUST-SHAGGING-32 here] in its 32nd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs [http://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/postnatal_clubs/1472763-Just-Mumming-Along-viroids-2?pg=36&order= here] for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

A water infection is a good fallback lie Bother - covers the not drinking and the frequent toilet trips. However being the sober one at a boozy affair is not the most fun evening..... Drunk people are unbelievably annoying (except me - when I drink I am fabulously witty and engaging)

laurenamium · 12/11/2014 09:40

You're definitely right bothersome Grin DP compared me last night to his ex- who he called the love of his life...enough said really! He was drunk but I went nuclear on him...

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 10:18

Oh ffs lauren he's being an arse!
He should be reassuring you that you're the love of his life

I'm in tricky spot too - going for drink with someone from work tomorrow, long arranged. Dh says I should just tell her but the list of folk I've had to tell is already longer than I'm comfortable with. Had to tell boss, couple of my team, mum, then 2 folk guessed.

laurenamium · 12/11/2014 10:25

Can you be on anti biotics la? Or drink lemonade and call it vodka and lemonade?

On the plus side. I've put my old coat on and I've lost so much weight it fastens Grin it didn't come near last winter when I wasn't even pregnant!

teejayem · 12/11/2014 10:27

bothersome I sympathise! I've had 'antisocial Illnesses' for the last 8 weeks. I think Mr Tee was rubbing his hands together thinking that he'd have a chauffeur for the pub runs. Hmm I have managed to duck out of most social occasions, largely because I've genuinely felt shit, but the one I did get dragged to I sulked and behaved like a bit of a dick (admittedly) and then cried on the way home. Think it made him feel bad.. and less inclined to suggest I go to anymore.

cookielove · 12/11/2014 10:43

Hello all, new thread yay!! as we were in hospital for the first 10 days we used gauze and water on his bottom. I only changed one meconium poo Shock I assume he did others when I was away from him. When we got home we went to water wipes (they don't wipe very easily) and then to huggies (which are rubbish and pull apart) we have also used aldi (they are good) Costco (also good) and Johnsons (yet to open the packet) Eli hasn't reacted to any of them.

zyla i was forced to sleep on my back while in hospital and none of the midwives mentioned anything. Plus you should make yourself comfy, your body will wake you up if you need to move position.

We bought nail clippers from jo jo mamen bebe, called little nippers they have a viewing window so you can see where you are cutting. Also the nose sucker that you suck out is by snuffle babe. Much much better then the one by nuk.

We got our ear thermometer by braun at Costco it was the cheapest. But we use both that and the underarm one.

RPopz · 12/11/2014 10:52

Haha, sorry La Grin

freshstart4us · 12/11/2014 11:10

Ooh shiny new Fred, thank you Boo!

Gosh it must be the mens' time of the month - Mr Fresh is being a proper dick, we had a bad fallout last night over his DS (stepparenting is a minefield at the best of times, to a 16 year old with no manners and a shitty attitude when I'm a hormonal tornado it is a combination made in hell). Still not speaking, nor texting. We've never quite figured out that magical "don't go to bed angry" thing either so will probably drag on for a couple of days, hope y'all are a lot less stubborn than we are!

Oh Ness I'm so glad James has found a workaround. Long may it continue and may I recommend Lansinoh for you, ASAP.

freshstart4us · 12/11/2014 11:12

Oh lauren the "love of the life" comment is horrendous. He'd better produce flowers and an epic poem after such twatishness!

Leela5 · 12/11/2014 13:21

Mine is too laid back to fight, if I'm angry I end up fuming at a brick wall.

Why are the men all being tools? :(

freshstart4us · 12/11/2014 13:26

Why indeed???? Surely not phase of the moon? Wink La today, I would swap. Although I can understand that that in itself would be incredibly irritating at times! sigh

BothersomeB · 12/11/2014 13:31

God men are being dicks right now! Lauren - that's the shittest thing to say...what was he thinking? And to a pregnant lady too...dangerous... Flowers Fresh - I cannot even begin to imagine dealing with a teenager right now - I can barely manage to be civil to my colleagues...

I've just had a huge burrito for lunch and followed it up with a red velvet cupcake...6+5 and I'm already scared to weigh myself...made me feel better though. Grin

Keep smiling everyone... Smile

FurryScoob · 12/11/2014 13:44

Oooooo shiny new thread!

ness glad James has got the hang of boobs!

FlowersCake to all of you with twatish DP's, having to grow up & become a parent seems to make them revert to being a teenage knob! We've had more arguments in the last few weeks than in the last year, probably due to his need to have 1 last blow out & come home hammered at 5 in the morning & my lack of drinking & the pregnancy rage.

Nothing exciting happening here, Im gonna be pregnant forever unless this baby successfully breaks a rib & digs her way out the top of the bump. Sad

ChatEnOeuf · 12/11/2014 14:20

Found you!

Ness so pleased James is feeding, long may it continue...

Cake in lieu of Wine for all those with annoying DH/Ps. Thankfully mine's not in that club yet, though there's always time. He's clearly trying his best, but does need to understand that urging me to eat when I'm retching is not what is needed!

TheBooMonster · 12/11/2014 14:27

The menfolk really do suck, lol, luckily MrBoo doesn't drink or in fact leave the house for anything other than work >.> but what he lacks in drunken revelry he makes up for in computer gaming, he missed most of the first 6 months of DD's life because of his precious MMO's, alright for some, I had to buy an iPad to even have access to Facebook and DrGoogle because I couldn't get a moment away from DD!

OP posts:
freshstart4us · 12/11/2014 14:29

Bother THANK YOU. Unfortunately DH thinks the sun shone quite literally shines out of his son's arse, and has no perspective whatsoever on how maddening he can be.

Well done on the burrito and cupcake btw. Red velvet is definitely a fave here too! I had TWO blueberry muffins yesterday afternoon - bought a 4 pack from Sainsbury's, had mine, gave two away to colleagues but forgot to find a home for the last one so inhaled it instead! No weigh-ins here either!

Furry digs her way out the top of the bump Grin

ZylaB · 12/11/2014 14:48

Ok, so DH spoke to mamas and papas who had messed up and 'lost' details of our order (was meant to have been delivered by yesterday and is a 3 piece nursery set), we got £100 back and it's being delivered and assembled on Thursday next week, which is actually better for us cos we're painting the nursery tomorrow, so it'll actually be ready! Also got nursing chair ordered to come on same day from mothercare....so excited yay :)

freshstart4us · 12/11/2014 16:04

RESULT Zyla! M&Ps customer service can be... hit and miss, is the best way to describe it. Very very glad you've got a better solution for you all!

ChatEnOeuf · 12/11/2014 16:11

Excellent work, Mr Z! M&P customer service has always been very much miss for us, won't be using them for anything big again...not that I should need anything else, reusing everything if possible.

splodge77 · 12/11/2014 16:23

ah found you viroids, like new fred title.

i've just been reading one of those pregnancy diary things which said re week 16: 'this is the feelgood part of your pregnancy, you will probably be experiencing a glorious sense of well-being" ha ha HA HA fart, vom, blurgh. I don't think so. Sorry to hear of menfolk being twattish, boo hiss to them.

Minion · 12/11/2014 17:41

I'm not even dignifying them with the term 'men'...so...pfffff BOYS! Although mine is being perfectly reasonable I'm happy to stick up for my sistas!

Yes to the disco ball hallucinations..that's what I thought too, until she clicked everyone hiving it the WTF look and explained why it was there. Apparently they used to have swishy lights and lava lamps to take women's mind off of pushing out something that was the size of a hatchback, but some nefarious folk nicked them. So they nailed a disco ball in the ceiling!
One way round it I guess.

I've been at a sales event all day, catching up with fellow hosties and getting freebies and have been serenaded all day by a choir of '4 weeks? Really? 4 weeks left? But your tinyyyyyy'... Don't they realise you don't comment on size so close to D-day?
Pfffff colleagues.

RPopz · 12/11/2014 18:06

Mr P is also too laid back to fight... I feel your pain La! Sounds good in theory but when you want to have a blazing row with someone and they refuse to rise to it.... supremely frustrating!!! Haha! Angry

I think I've eaten a packet of biscuits everyday this week... so I wouldn't worry. Gorging is the new going out Wink

Sounds annoying Min. I told a lady she was tiny last night at Lazy Daisy... immediately felt like an ass (though tbf, she has a totally flat stomach at 6 months pregnant!) - Think I just hadn't realised how much I've grown in the last couple of weeks tbh!

RPopz · 12/11/2014 18:07

Fingers crossed an exit is imminent scoob Grin

wilmabedrock · 12/11/2014 19:15

I think that's a great thing to be told Min, would bloody love someone to say that to me. Instead I'm getting "wow, you've just suddenly popped" Hmm .

Get stuck into the peanut butter Furry.

Slaps in the face for all the menfolk misbehaving, especially yours for that comment Lauren. Mine hasn't annoyed me yet today but I've only been home for 20 minutes so still time yet.

FurryScoob · 12/11/2014 19:24

Nobody tells me how small I am Envy
Good work with mamas & papas zyla!
I'm finding the constant calls & texts really strange today, it feels like random people I hardly know are asking how stretched my fanjo's got so far Confused I'm not use to it, fanjo's discussions are usually with DP, midwife & a bunch of total strangers on mumsnet!
