Stigz I'd soaked through three BATH towels in ten minutes Blush and was changing maternity pads every five minutes - when my waters go its vair dramatic. So it sounds very different to you.

Missus2ndwife · 09/10/2014 22:42

Geez another new thread!!

Congrats to the new mommies and babies.

Anyone else suddenly unable to sleep until the early hours and then can't get out of bed in the morning? Wondering if this is a pregnancy thing or the change in weather?

fedupofrainydays · 09/10/2014 22:48

Ah congrats ldt and punky!!!

robindeer · 09/10/2014 22:50

YES missus!

This is exactly my sleeping pattern right now. I go to bed the same time as DP but am inevitably awake by 2am then never quite back to sleep after that. Up every hour for a wee, absolutely exhausted through the day and end up hating myself for being so lazy and unproductive. I fall asleep on the settee every day. I actually find myself thinking 'is it morning yet?!', desperate for DP's alarm to go off.

fedupofrainydays · 09/10/2014 22:50

stigz mine was a trickle, thought I had leaked a bit of wee.
Then nothing for ages, then another trickle. Didn't smell at all but was clear or a bit pinky in colour. I decided it was waters when some just came out on the bathroom floor and i knew my bladder control wasn't that bad!

Missus2ndwife · 09/10/2014 22:59

Robin - mine is more that I can't fall asleep until about 1.30/2am then twice more to the loo at least before I fall into a deep sleep. Still annoying.

Just realised that most of the girls on my nct course are having boys. Must be something in the water

STIGZ · 09/10/2014 23:04

Thanks fedup/yellow hoping its just pee?? Will Keep a pad on through the night to assess any leakage that may occur

Congratz to the new arrivalsThanks

Mr dog your wife is legendGrin

pregnant your sexual experience sounds like my last one, hence why i didnt attempt it again Blush my pelvis crunching was the icing on the cake Hmm

ohthegoats · 09/10/2014 23:06

My nct class all girls apart from one. And of course mine, which we don't know about yet. Perhaps we'll be able to go seasonal and call it santa.

My sleep pattern is 2 or 3 wees before 1.30am, dreamy broken sleep until about 3ish, more wee break, then deep sleep until 5.30, more weeing then deep sleep until 7, when there is more weeing. I only change sleeping sides when I get up to wee, so whichever side I'm on at 3ish gets hammered into numbness then hip pain. Nice.

MrsBadCrumble74 · 09/10/2014 23:06

Sebastien Crumble was born at 1650 today weighing 9 lbs - in love with my beautiful boy.

CellyD · 09/10/2014 23:08

Congratulations Ldt and Punky! Good luck to MrsB and Mr and Mrs Dog. Hope things get moving for all those with signs.

So many babies and we are only 9 days into October.

CellyD · 09/10/2014 23:10

Congratulations on the arrival of little Sebastien.

FlipFantasia · 09/10/2014 23:10

Punky congratulations! So wonderful to have another little baby here! I'm so glad you have him safely after the weeks you've had in hospital waiting!

Missus2ndwife · 09/10/2014 23:11

Hello Sebastien and welcome to the world!

I have to go to the loo at least 4 times during the night. Anything less than that has been a good night. I love my sleep, I do wonder if this baby thing is a good idea lol

puppythedog · 09/10/2014 23:43

Welcome Sebastien Grin congratulations.

Mrsthedog is absolutely amazing.

Mamami · 10/10/2014 00:04

Pretty sure my waters have just gone on the loo...! Sat down and had a wee with no 'effort' if that makes sense. Now still coming out every time I squeeze.

puppythedog · 10/10/2014 00:10

Ooo Mamami, I don't normally buy into full moon stuff but it's getting busy about now Grin

Pop a pad in and check it in a bit seems to be the advice. Good luck if it is.

mum2kiss · 10/10/2014 00:13

Sounds like waters mam!

More pinkness for.me this evening and bump feeling very heavy indeed. crumble Sebastian was a favourite if mine but couldn't get dp to agree!

right I'm. Off to bed hoping to be woken in the wee hours by labour contractions!

Congrats to the new mummies this evening :)

mum2kiss · 10/10/2014 00:14

Last post somehow got the sentences mixed up! Damn you MN!

Mamami · 10/10/2014 00:20

Oh missed Crumbles post in my own confusion - congrats mummy and daddy crumble! Sebastian is my nephews name and I (am biased but) love it.

Thanks daddy dog. I was due the day before you and just a few hours ago had a little grumble to my OH that we'd better go soon. This looks like it! No contractions. Hospitals have said to go in within the next few hours to confirm its the waters then we'll be home for 24 hours if nothing starts up - same as you two. Doubt my OH would be quite as keen to provide a hospital sample but you never know Wink

puppythedog · 10/10/2014 00:44

He may need to man up, it's for his unborn baby. Oh won't somebody think of the Children!!!

For clarification we were not on show to any other hospital users or staff at the time Grin

gunwalloe · 10/10/2014 02:42

Congrats ldt punky and crumble
I hope things kick of soon for mrs puppy
Good luck mam

FlipFantasia · 10/10/2014 02:58

Congrats MrsCrumble! I missed that earlier - enjoy your brand new boy! Love the name Sebastian too.

mum2kiss · 10/10/2014 04:41

Eek got up for the loo and the pinkness was more red...still only when wiping but now I'm concerned. Call triage and got an answering machine! What do I do now?!

weeonion · 10/10/2014 04:49

Marking place!

puppythedog · 10/10/2014 05:01

Hi Mum2kiss. I responded on the other channel. If still no answer ring accident and emergency department. They may have a different number that they can call, or advise you. Good luck.
