Just Shagging - Thread 11 for Graduated Viroids!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 11th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed Grin

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 27th outing.

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal here once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a secret facebook group, if you want to join, ask in-thread.

So, roll call below please, viroids! Smile

Hi!

Not sure if I congratulated Kato or not, so congratulations!

Whoever it was who asked, it was cookie who had GD, not me.

Life is very busy with 2. DS is 7 weeks' old tomorrow. Where's time gone?!

I've started to diet / exercise now to get rid of my two babies' worth of weight. I need to lose 3 stone by the new year to get into my work wear. And that's assuming my shape has changed too much once I've lost some weight! We shall see. I lost 3.5lbs in week 1. Not as optimistic for week 2!

HungryHorace · 10/09/2014 13:18

Good luck today RPopz. :-)

RPopz · 10/09/2014 13:26

Thanks ladies Smile

La - holiday was lovely ta. Just what we needed! Hard to believe holidays will never be the same again... haha. I'm sure you don't look as big as you feel... I was convinced I was showing from day one, its only now I realise I actually only just look pregnant!

Zyla - I had my first "20 week scan" at 19+6 and my second one today at 23+4... so I'm guessing timing isn't hugely important. If you need a rescan they seem to like to schedule it quite quickly though. I think the image quality of ultrasound deteriorates over time as the baby starts drinking and peeing out the amniotic fluid!!

laurenamium · 10/09/2014 13:49

Yeah DM made it back, I had already had my waters broken and was on a drip by the time she got back. This time round DP will NOT be leaving me at any point Grin

wilmabedrock · 10/09/2014 14:50

Not insensitive at all Lala. I don't think there's a single one of us who hasn't freaked out over mysteriously disappearing symptoms.

Ah Min I was like your mum unfortunately. Not enjoying pg this time so hoping for the opposite way round. I think a lot of the 'mum thing' probably depends how alike you are physically. It makes sense that if you're anatomically similar that you may have similar experiences.

Good luck Popz.

Thanks Horace. Cookie can you tell me how they spotted your GD please?

couldbeanyone · 10/09/2014 15:26

Hi viroids, good luck for scan rpopz Smile

Feel particularly awful today - no energy, nauseous and will join you all with the comedy boobs. Should be trying to get to an exercise class later but just can't face it. Exhausted.com. Glad (in a perverse way of course) it isn't just me.

RPopz · 10/09/2014 17:33

Rescan went well eventually... this baby is sure determined not to have his spine looked at though!! Have been well and truly mauled by the sonographer... Hmm No pics this time tho Sad

splodge77 · 10/09/2014 17:36

I'm finding it so weird having to snack all the time (just are a pre-dinner dinner with DS!) I'm not usually a big snacker but it's only way to keep nausea at bay. Two friends recently had their second babies - labours of 2.5 hours & 45 mins!! I'm hoping for something like that pleeze pleeze!! Anyway shouldn't be thinking so far ahead, don't wanna jinx anything. (Ps: comedy big-boobs here too & am so bloated I look preggo already!) ah well....let's have another biscuitGrin

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 17:37

Glad it went well rpopz

I've got 2 managers from work coming to visit on Friday cos I've been signed off for so long, perfectly standard procedure and I've nothing to worry about as I have the fit notes from docs and all my diff medical issues atm so I know they can't have a go at me, DH will also be there. The thing is, my manager is a complete cowbag at work to people, always on a power trip and micromanaging little things as she doesn't understand the bigger picture. So... AIBU if I don't offer to make her a cup of tea, insist she takes her shoes off and refuse to let her use the toilet, just because I can?? Grin

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 18:30

(I wouldn't actually do it btw, but it makes me smile to think it :) )

wilmabedrock · 10/09/2014 19:12

Do it Zyla!

God I feel so sick Sad .

RPopz · 10/09/2014 19:16

You totally should Zy Wink

Still sick Wil? Sad x

wilmabedrock · 10/09/2014 19:44

I'm worried it's a bug actually. Also, why are my boobs so fucking hot?! I don't have mastitis or anything but they feel like hot coals (giant ones obv).

Glad scan went well x

RPopz · 10/09/2014 19:51

Mine are a bit hot too but only cos I burnt em by accident on holiday haha. Wink Hope you feel better soon x

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 20:08

wil I had nuclear fission boobs a while ago, could just be a random pg thing?

Nessalina · 10/09/2014 20:10

Gosh, lots to catch up! Grin

Min - say it isn't so! Shock I feel like I've had a pretty easy time of it, but I don't want the trade off to be a hellish labour! Funnily enough, my mums was the opposite - bleeding & bed rest from 6 months, piss easy labour. Can't I have both easy??

Rpopz - welcome back! Smile I keep thinking fondly of the early days... until I remember the constant nausea and the 9pm bedtimes Grin I'll take 3rd tri leg pain over that again!
Glad scan was good - stingey of them not to give you pics though! Hmm

Furry - did you buy up the shop?! I'm due a spree - I've been far too restrained lately!

Hey Horace! That 7 weeks really has flown! Shock Glad all is good - impressed with the weight loss already! It'll be months before I make the effort, lol.

Love it Zyla! Grin Ha. Give her a really uncomfortable time.

Why feeling sick Wil? Sad Poor thing Thanks Keep an eye on the boobs - mine went super hot and quite pink underneath when I had the possible mastitis, so it could be that... Get yourself to the GPs

Lauren - that sounds awful, being left on my own is like my worst nightmare. I'm not letting DH out of my sight!!

Leela - how did seeing your bro go? Were they excited?? Grin

Sorry if I've missed anyone, flicking backward and forward on the app!Confused

ICANDY ARRIVED TODAY! GrinGrinGrin

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 20:23

Ooh yay ness I think getting the pram's going to be one of the most exciting purchases!

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 20:25

And I'm not exaggerating about my boss, if she sees you in the corridor she'll ask why you're out of your class and who's looking after them, then frown if you say you're going to the loo (cos classes are 3 and a half to 4 hours so she knows she can't say we're not allowed to go to the toilet!)

wilmabedrock · 10/09/2014 20:37

She sounds like a knob zyla.

Aw I feel so blue today. Need an early night and to snap out of it.

Good news on the buggy Ness.

laurenamium · 10/09/2014 20:42

Do you have to write yourself a hall pass Zyla? She sounds awful!

Hope you feel better soon wil!

I'm just really tired, DP is in some weird mood and its quite hard going. I'm trying not to moan about it though as I know I haven't been easy to live with and I'm not going to get any easier Grin he can have tomorrow before I move him into the shed Hmm

Leela5 · 10/09/2014 20:42

Ohmygodiwanttodrinkwine!!!

My sis in law is an executive chef and is currently cooking something that smells amazing!

They were delighted! Although I keep getting described as 'up the duff' which takes the shine off slightly Grin

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 20:42

Aww hugs wil don't feel blue! it'll all be worth it!

Leela5 · 10/09/2014 20:51

Sorry for you ladies who are feeling sicky/hot

zyla she sounds like a tool

wil what's the matter? You in a funk?

lauren mr la is in funny mood too. Got annoyed with him earlier he made me a virgin cocktail (every else drinking champagne) and they are all eating Gorgonzola. I obviously don't mind as I'm delighted to be pg but my drink had loads of pips leaves and fruit lumps floating. I said could I possibly have it strained or something to make it easier to drink and was told to 'suck it up'.

Not impressed Hmm

Leela5 · 10/09/2014 20:52

I do sound like a princess. Sorry... Shock

ZylaB · 10/09/2014 20:55

Omg la if my DH told me to suck it up he'd we wiping the cocktail off himself. Just take him aside and gently remind him you're missing out on the good drinks, for a lovely reason, but that you deserve some care taking, or you'll knee him in the nads! ;)
