Thanks for the good luck wishes! Baby was having a proper dance party in there - all is fabulously well. That was money extremely well spent. SmileSmileSmile

Amazing scan pictures bangkok , what a blessing indeed!

And hurray for the good news rum , hope you'll be able to spend a relaxing w/e now!

Scan is Monday. I've had terrible nausea two afternoons in a row coupled with extreme tiredness - I don't get it, isn't it supposed to be getting better by now?! And even a little bit of spotting on Thursday. None since though so I am just going to wait until Monday and hope that all is well!

Right. It's nap-in-the-sunshine time!

Hi all

Just checking in to let you know that I unfortunately will be hopping off the bus. After some brown spotting I went to a&e on Thurs evening. Everything looked good but when I went in for a scan on Friday morning, there was no hb and baby had stopped growing at 6/7 weeks. Must literally have happened after our early reassurance scan. Absolutely gutted and really don't have the words. Really didn't think my first pregnancy would end like this. Booked in for an Eric on Monday and I'm 10 weeks and nothing has passed yet, my body still thinks it's pregnant.

Wishing you all the very best in your pregnancies. I hope to be joining another thread in the future.

Take care all x

HenriettaTurkey · 21/06/2014 14:52

I'm so sorry, OneDay.

Take time for yourself and allow yourself to grieve. Thanks

ChristopherRobin · 21/06/2014 15:03

I'll jump off with you OneDay. I haven't really posted on this thread but had a scan at 11.3 this week as light spotting. Baby stopped growing at 8 weeks. Absolutely no words to describe but I just saw the Jan bus thread and thought id torture myself a little bit :-( hopefully we can hop on a new one together xx

Pesto11 · 21/06/2014 15:22

So sorry to hear of your losses

I had really terrible cramps 2weeks ago but I also had a cold so just thought I needed to rest... Had some spotting since...
My scan is on weds ... Every day i feel less and less pregnant.
Not sure what to do... Just counting down to Wednesday scan and expecting the worst. :(

Bugaboom · 21/06/2014 17:18

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news on here. [Thanks] I hope you are all getting support in rl.

I've been catching up on the last couple of days and really happy for all those with positive scans.

mademoiselle I'm with you with the nausea. It had definitely passed before this stage in my first pregnancy. And I never got it in the evenings like I am now. My scan isn't until 3rd July when i'll be 13 weeks.

Bugaboom · 21/06/2014 17:20

Sorry not thanks but Thanks

Bugaboom · 21/06/2014 17:21

So sorry for your sad news oneday and Christopher
Hope you're able to hop back on the busses soon.

pesto fx for weds. Not feeling that preggo myself overthe last few days apart from usual nausea and gagging.

ViviPru · 21/06/2014 18:23

Oh dear what sad news. It's a real eye opener isn't it, you hear the stat but it's so rarely discussed that you never really appreciate just how many people go through such a horrible experience.

So sorry to hear sad news today. Wishing you both strength and love xx

mummyk8 · 21/06/2014 18:53

I'm also crying at everything. The Pregnacare advert just came on and that had me in floods of tears. The crying, very occasionally vaguely sore breasts and being tired all the time and needing to got to the bathroom 5 times a night I'm still not feeling awfully pregnant at all.

mummyk8 · 21/06/2014 19:04

Oh my oneday & christhoper I'm so so sorry to hear your news.

pesto I'm in the same boat. Feeling less and less pregnant by the by the day. Was bleeding for the first 9 weeks and had two visits to EPSU where all was fine. But now with lack of symptoms and pains a week or so ago I'm counting the days until my scan on Thursday. After not feeling pregnant at all really I took the spare pregnancy test I had and the positive line was almost invisible. Sad

Saraswati · 21/06/2014 19:16

oneday and christopher I'm so sorry, I hope you have lots of support in rl Thanks

Spoke too soon about not being sick anymore, ate some delicious ice cream this afternoon that I haven't fancied since becoming pregnant, went for a lie down in the garden and promptly had to throw up in the bushes :( then my dogs tried to eat it and I had to scream like a banshee for DH to come help. I'm bloody 13 weeks this better stop soon, do you hear me in there baby?!!

When's the best time to start buying maternity clothes? I've bought some work trousers in next size up to my normal but as the day goes on my stomach fluctuates so much, is 10 weeks too early? And would I just buy my regular size?
