Starting a new thread for August babies.

Thats brilliant if shes fed off you first too.

Got mw coming over today to weigh him again.

Took the kids to Blackpool last night to see the lights. Was nice to get out. Did lots of walking. The 3 of them were really good

anyone know how disney is doing?

I'm fine, thanks, Monsters - sorry I have been quiet. Feeding is going well but some nights are good and some are knackering of course!

Gearing up for being back to work on Thursday . . . eek!

What time is your midwife coming? Hope the weigh-in goes well.

Wow thats quick going back to work.
Mw didnt come as she couldn't make what times I was home as baby has officially been registered today. Hes sick everyday. He looks smaller than when he was born even though im trying my hardest to feed him every 3-4 hours and hes havinf 1.5-2oz of bm and rhe same of formula. ..

doesnt make a difference if hes taking from bottle or from me directly. Mw said ifhes still tyellow then the hosp can review him for jaundice and reflux

I am so sorry, that must be very hard. I hope she is able to come and see him soon?

Sorry should have said shes coming in the morning. Have started the anti reflux milk.

Hes put on weight hes now 9lb6 he was 9lb5 then 8lb6 and now 9lb6.

Hes on anti reflux milk and gaviscon in my ebm. Had to have prolonged jaundice test yesterday so a few hours ay the hospital but that was fine thankfully.

Flymo, how'd it go?

DS also has reflux and I've refused Gaviscon as he's already bunged up. The GP said I can have renatidine for him next week if he's still bad with it. I'm also looking into cranial osteopathy for him. I've heard it works wonders.

We are doing well with anti reflux milk and gaviscon in ebm.
How did it go fly?

She's gained 5oz and is up to 8lb 14! Do pleased, mw's have discharged us! Can't believe it's taken a month....

DS had some cranial osteopathy today, to try to help his reflux out. Fingers crossed it has the desired effect. She hopes it'll sort his gunky eyes out too.

It was good. He's not cured, but is a bit better. Going back this week.

How's your LO now?

Hr was weigjed thos morning and hes 10lb5.

Still refluxy but hes putting on weight fine so more than happy. Just means extra washing atm.

Ds1 first day at school nursery. Very teary today.

I'll be teary when DD and DS start nursery / school I think it's normal. Did he enjoy it?

He enjoyed 1st day. Then had a day off due to hosp appt and hated 2nd day and loved today
How are you and baby. Have you fully recovered?

We are fine. His reflux isn't fully gone, but has improved with the ranitidine. Hopefully he will grow out of it soon enough.

And I'm well recovered, thank you. Busy trying to lose my baby weight x 2!

Did you decide whether to get a cross trainer?

I do want one but dont have the time or money for it atm.
Im running around after the kids during the day and getting all cleaned up (laundry, ironing and everything else) in the evening and then bed. So hardly get a chance tk sit dow unless im feeding dc or myself! Been told ive lost weight. Pre baby clothes fit I didn't lose weight from ds2 either1

So going in the right direction hopefully
