Starting a new thread for August babies.

Just checking in - not had time to read posts yet though.

Have we had any babies yet? Dd2 is due next wed and I'm so fed up. Hear is unbearable for me and dd1 (3.5) just wants to be out!!

I wish I could give some good news lol but cant.

Pains are on and off here which is soo bloody frustrating!

Im not too bad today had lots of irregular pains yesterday

Wow due next Wednesday!! Sooo close now!

On and off pains must be so frustrating! How are you supposed to know "this is it"?!

So close but so far away. I keep thinking any day now so get a sense of disappointment when I wake every morning!!

Announcing the birth of Seth Edward by ELCS at 12.43 today. He's 7lbs 1oz and a dinky wee thing.

I've been in hospital for a week as he was an unstable breech lie, so glad he's finally here. :-)

How are you doing monsters?

I think we are at about 7 or 8 births now (including 2 sets of twins) but most of the updating seems to be happening on FB.

I had my little girl, 6 weeks early, last week. She's doing pretty well.

My 9 days in hospital has come to an end. Thank god.

Centime is doing pretty well. Still in Neonates but has just had a bit of jaundice (to be expected with premmies) and needs a lot of fattening up as she was only 3lb6 at birth.

I'm doing well. The section itself was awful but my recovery has been much better than expected.

Im 35weeks today. If theres a change with cervix on Wednesday consultant will give me a sweep. If not then at 37 weeks she will.
Ive got lower tummy ache just at bottom of bump.
Dont like feeling so shit :(
I was really moody last night. Dh didn't wake me when ds woke up. He gave him his bottle and some fruit before going to work. Just as he was leaving he woke me to tell me hes drinking the rest of his bottle.

Can I join....?? I'm 37 weeks tomorrow, due on 16th August!! due for a sweep a week Monday as he is a big baby!!! Just can't wait to have him now,,every twinge I get excited.....but probably will happen when I'm busy or thinking of something else!!!!

A bit sore but home now. Very quick labour, so a little bit of damage but at least pain over with quickly!

Waiting for DH to get dd1 from my parents. Really looking forward to next 3 weeks as a family of four!!!!
