Ahhh happy birthday comms! And massive congrats Frank!

Madly cleaning the house at the moment and about to do big supermarket shop. Trying to keep busy!

I want a super quiet chill day tomorrow, have a feeling I'll spend the whole day in floods of tears - I'm such an emotional mare!

EmFlat · 10/03/2014 15:16

Congratulations Frank [thank]

Flumpinblues · 10/03/2014 19:13

Congratulations Frankel! Lovely name too and what a glorious day to be born :0)

I made the mistake of watching Call the Midwife last night MrsM - was in floods of tests from the outset..! I think being so close to section day I'm feeling anxious too. I'm going to dig out my hypno birthing CD to calm me down I think. Jus a supermarket shop to do tomorrow.

Supermarket shop done, house gleaming, 2 shepherds pies made for the freezer collapse

Last day ever as a twosome tomorrow! Shock

FitzgeraldProtagonist · 10/03/2014 22:08

Congrats to all new babies! Tomorrow is supermarket and school run. Yippee!

Come out baby!

Flumpinblues · 10/03/2014 22:10

Good going MrsM - Life is about to change forever in a really wonderful way ! Last day as a 3 here, plan is lunch with OH and a last shopping trip with my girl before she becomes a big sister. I'm sure all will go well for you, see you on the other side :)

Sillylass, we're in Yorkshire (although I wasn't born here) if that counts.

commsgirl · 10/03/2014 22:56

I'm in Yorkshire too :)

Lots of luck to all the c section ladies. Just keep focused on that first cuddle!

Congrats Frankel a girl, and a lovely name too.

OwlinaTree · 11/03/2014 00:20

mugoo and flumpin are you in for your sections tomorrow? Best of luck, as comms says focus on the first cuddle with your baby. I'm really recovering well and was allowed home the next day so fingers crossed for you both that you are out quickly too.

puggywug81 · 11/03/2014 01:47

Congratulations on the new arrivals.

I'm in Lancashire.

Not much to say at the moment, I'm nearly 38 weeks very stressed and very unprepared Sad

DitaVonCreamTeas · 11/03/2014 08:08

((supportive unmumsnetty hugs)) to puggywug81 and anyone else who's feeling wobbly. Most of the time I'm ok, but ever since I got pregnant I have times when I think I won't be able to cope with the birth/baby/childrearing/everything - all part of being human I guess.

EDD tomorrow and spent yesterday afternoon full of energy and cleaned out some drawers and sorted out some boxes left over from our house move a year ago

Blimey, I've just looked down and I've got a tiny bit of watery colostrum leaking from my left boob! That's a first for me, really hoping that coupled with waking up feeling a sudden desire to clean all the downstairs windows means things are starting to happen please?

mrsmugoo · 11/03/2014 08:52

Yep Owlina, section is tomorrow! Not planning on doing anything at all today, am all packed, cleaned and prepared. Just want to enjoy the day with my DH, eat nice food and savour our last day of it being just the two of us. I'm beside myself with excitement though, it just doesn't feel real that I'm going to meet our baby tomorrow!

Mummytobe2014 · 11/03/2014 09:20

Im one day overdue now with no signs at all!! We did think my bump had dropped but actually i am not sure it has, although i am having a loy more discomfort down below than i was (but i have spd so this maybe why)
Wishing all the best for those with sections tomorrow, smiling at the thought of newborn cuddles!

Hi mummyk how r u today? Any movement? Im looking forward to my bump going as i have had a bad last trimester with spd so i am counting down the minutes and seconds hours until he arrives, i am also looking forward to putting socks on etc Smile

Anyone elses edd 10th March and still modelling their bump!? Im not alone am i!?

X

puggywug81 · 11/03/2014 10:54

Morning ladies, I hope everyone is well. Thanks fir the hugs Dita, I need them! I'm not wobbly as such I'm just upset that my OH is being quite unsupportive, I've been trying to get the house ready without any help from him, whenever i try to get him to help it end in a row Sad

commsgirl · 11/03/2014 17:33

My best friend's sister had her baby girl today and I feel so jealous and grumpy about it. Crazy hormones! She's absolutely adorable though and it's made DP very excited which is nice.

pug I'm sorry you're not getting any support. I've noticed I've been nagging DP much more than usual about the house and it's annoying when I have a big nesting session and he comes in and messes things up. Not long now though and you'll have a lovely squishy baby to take all your attention.

flump and mrs hope you're having lovely last days before your babies and everything goes well for you both tomorrow.

I just want my baby now! EDD on Friday, sweep booked for Tuesday. I think I'll go mad if I go much further than that!

puggywug81 · 11/03/2014 19:40

Thanks comms, good luck for friday, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

DitaVonCreamTeas · 11/03/2014 21:08

Best of luck for tomorrow mrsmugoo and for everyone else having C-sections and sweeps. Flowers

mrsmugoo · 11/03/2014 21:41

Thanks! Super excited I don't know how I'll sleep.

Counting down to my 10pm ranitidine tablet and the process will have started!

EmFlat · 11/03/2014 22:45

Good luck for tomorrow, Mrs! Looking forward to hearing from you again once Mini-Mrs is here Grin xxx.

pixiebell79 · 11/03/2014 23:55

Good luck all having c-sections, inductions and sweeps! Hope all goes smoothly and can't wait to hear news of your luscious newborns :)

BSpice · 12/03/2014 00:18

Congrats frankel and good luck mrs mugoo & flump it must be so exciting to know it's all starting & soon you will have babes in arms! I've moved my bags downstairs to give baby hint! If that fails got sweep booked for Friday on my EDD! So here's to all of us on operation get baby out!
