Liquid you're not alone, yesterday I watched two flash mobs on youtube and they both made me cry, doesn't seem to matter if something is happy, sad, funny.... any emotion = tears!

Trying desperately to move around a bit this morn, doing squats and jumping jacks as can't face the cold for a run, but argh, the boobs are sore! Anyone else managing any inside exercise?

ohcluttergotme · 08/11/2013 09:47

Really sorry for those still feeling so rubbish, hope the acupuncture works.
I had oatcakes with jam and banana for breakfast and has helped with constant feelings of feeling sick.
Wishing everyone a lovely Friday, my little boy is off for a play this afternoon so really looking forward to a few hours of peace! Smile

jaykay987 · 08/11/2013 10:27

Sorry to hear about the tears.

I've not really fancied any food, only thing Im craving constantly is non alcoholic beer. Very odd. But it hits the spot! Only thing that quenches my thirst.

Im off into London shortly for my scan. So being at home - I treated myself to a bacon sandwich. Yummy! I've been off meat but that was gorgeous!

Can anyone tell me how to get a bob badge from tfl? May as well while Im there.

MTMD · 08/11/2013 10:31

I just asked and got it from the ticket counter. Good luck!

MarlenaGru · 08/11/2013 10:35

Jealous of the peace clutter
Lol to the Chinese theme last night!
snowlet I made it to my desk... Does that count?

ohcluttergotme · 08/11/2013 10:40

I hoovered house and sofa's snowlet, does this count as exercise?
Smile

Emmazers · 08/11/2013 10:43

Exercise?! It's a good day if I get dressed around here Wink

noseymcposey · 08/11/2013 10:45

Woke up in the night for the toilet and had a bit of bleeding mainly brown but a bit pink. Then more of the same this morning. Feeling a bit worried as gone from feeling really sick to absolutely fine as well :( was sick four times on tuesday and then nothing since. I've been trying not to worry about that as kept getting in a atress about 'not feeling pregnant' when pg with DS and that turned out fine but combined with bleeding its making me very nervous. Phoned EPU and need a GP's referral so have a GP's appointment for 11.35 I hope they refer me as I'd rather know one way or the other asap. I'm going away tomorrow and couldn't feel less like it.

wispaxmas · 08/11/2013 10:50

Like MTMD said, you can pick up the badge from any ticket counter or info point on the tube, jaykay!

Emmazers · 08/11/2013 10:50

Oh it is a worry isn't it? I had bleeding with my first pregnancy too but that didn't stop me worrying when I had it again this time too. I'm sure your GP will refer you. Good luck! X

ohcluttergotme · 08/11/2013 10:54

Good luck for today nosey, I had lot of bleeding with my 2nd and it's such a worrying time. Hope you get early scan down so you can relax when you go away.

jaykay987 · 08/11/2013 11:21

Hope you get the referral nosey.

I had the same...started yesterday morning. Stemmed to finished last night. Nothing since. I happened to have a private scan already booked in for today...FX we both get good news this afternoon.

hackneybird · 08/11/2013 11:27

Happy Friday everyone.

FX for nosey and jay.

I asked the office earlier 'so what's everyone having for lunch today' - at 10.00am.

superlambanana · 08/11/2013 11:40

Haha I think I was the first to mention Chinese food last week but I can't stand the thought of it now!

Still in bed. Third day now. Anti sickness tablets don't seem to be doing anything. Sad

Bezzabelle · 08/11/2013 11:56

Super- I'm on my third different type of sickness tablets as previous two didn't work at all so don't be afraid to go back to GP.

Good luck for scans today.

GinandStripes · 08/11/2013 12:04

I've been to the Royal London this morning, to do a self-referral - not sure why you can't do that online but hey ho - it got me out of the house.

Also lovely views of The City up from the 8th floor.

But now I'm back on the waiting game again but this time for a phonecall from the midwife... I'm going to be ever so jumpy!

noseymcposey · 08/11/2013 12:22

Been to GP and he didn't refer me as he said its really really common to get a small amount of bleeding at 8-9 weeks as the placenta takes over and implants into the womb. I guess that would also explain why I'm feeling better, as far as I remember you often start to feel better once placenta takes over.. Think its something to do with not making so much HCG that might be rubbish though as digging it out of my memory.

If it gets worse or carries on for long I'll go up to emergency docs and see if they'll refer me but do actually feel quite reassured by GP which is unlike me without being able to see for myself!!

Good luck today jay - the fact that we've both had the same is reassuring too I think!

SarahAnderson · 08/11/2013 12:36

Oh my god I am VORACIOUSLY HUNGRY. I have been eating all morning solidly, including leaving meetings to go and get more food because my stomach was growling like I hadn't eaten all day. Just had a huge lunch and

My desk is covered in food, and I'm still having to go out and buy more. This is bankrupting me, I work in Central London and I've already spent £15 on food today (and eaten it all, and still hungry)!!!

superlambanana · 08/11/2013 12:39

Sarah. You need Aldi. Grin

MTMD · 08/11/2013 12:58

Sarah, I'm totally with you on this! Second day of all day eating here and yes I'm spending crazy amount of money on it (SE1).

And they're about to open pret literary next door.. I cannot afford this everyday! :)

clairesmiles · 08/11/2013 13:51

I know what you mean i cannot believe how ridiculously hungry i have been over the last couple of weeks!

I'm eating every half an hour, it's actually becoming a chore to eat! I hope it calms down soon!

xx

MyNameIsWinkly · 08/11/2013 14:11

My favourite part is where I'm hungry as I'm throwing up. WTF?

Bezzabelle · 08/11/2013 14:34

Winkly, ha! I am at my most hungriest immediately after I have thrown up and have to eat in that small window of opportunity before the nausea sets in again. I have also been known to be eating a jacket spud, throwing up halfway through it and then returning to the jacket spud!!! DH stares at me in disbelief!!
