Re night feed watching I have all 15 seasons of ER, all 10 seasons of Friends, all 4 seasons of Prison Break - Love Wentworth Millar he's yummy Grin, Both seasons of Glee, 5 seasons Greys Anatomy, & all of 24, so plenty to keep me going lol x

LittleMissHumbuggery · 27/11/2011 13:23

I am sat cursing myself as I desperately want a tube of red Pringles now, but the wind is evil and I just cannot bring myself to get us all dressed and out again for something so silly. I forgot to buy fizz as well. Must do emergency junk run tomorrow!

It will have to be a Brew and both packets some of the choc chip cookies I acquired on the way back from church. I think I earned them after being well behaved for an hour. For those with youngish ones or still-gestating ones, beware uniformed organisations! They steal the odd Sunday from you, and entice you to buy biscuits!

LittleMissHumbuggery · 27/11/2011 13:24

Night feeding, I have a comfy chair and the ability to maintain a zombie-like trance stateWink

msbuggywinkle · 27/11/2011 13:29

I am thoroughly enjoying feeling sorry for myself! Well, I have to be interesting and engaged all week so I allow myself to wallow in how daftly sensitive and emotional I am at the weekend.

kri5ty exciting!

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 13:30

ooooo 24 is a good one! I saw them on offer recently actually
tries to engage baby brain to remember where

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 13:32

msbuggy here here! You deserve to be sensitive and emotional at the weekend... like you say you are engaged all week and are always helping us lot out!!!

plupervert · 27/11/2011 13:33

Mind you, despite the exciting tech available (we now have a tablet), I'm hoping to be able to feed lying down, as I might have overdone it with the sleeplessness last time, and don't want to go through that again. My relationship with poor DS might never recover!

Now, a load of laundry has just finished. What shall I do? Rush to replace it or get dressed? Hmmm....

LittleMissHumbuggery · 27/11/2011 13:40

I have just served the kids fishfinger sandwiches and ave made a cup of tea. Unfortunately I can't indulge in biscuits as the kids will see and expect a share...

Wallow on folks. I intend to do as little as I can today, as I have a list for tomorrrow >_

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 13:43

Hmm plu im also struggling on what to do next

I have done 3 hours of coursework..
Should i do an hour more, then go to the shop and then tidy... or tidy and then the shop... hmmm i also need to get dressed!

Then there is also ebay listings to do!

DarciesmumandBump2 · 27/11/2011 13:54

Kri5ty Try play.com they normally have good deals on boxsets.

LMH LOL! thankfully Rainbows haven't yet asked us to provide biscuits - means I can eat them to myself later hehe.

plupervert · 27/11/2011 13:55

Maybe delay the eBay listings, kri5ty in case you go into labour (sorry, that's my thinking, anyway).

I have done laundry and read about a mobster in the Guardian Weekend, but am not dressed yet.

msbuggywinkle · 27/11/2011 13:57

I compromised on getting dressed and am in yoga pants and the matching top. Thanks kristy home edding and doing the bfing work (I was having total mat leave from it, but we're short on helpline counsellors so I'm just doing the helpline rather than the usual home visits and email stuff too)

I have the weirdest feeling that my waters are going to break. It is a really specific sensation I had with both DDs. Does anyone want my water-brewing vibes?! I don't want to have a baby just yet...

DarciesmumandBump2 · 27/11/2011 13:58

Msbuggy I'll take your vibes pls. Got bad cramps but they are NOT turning into contractions Angry

fusam · 27/11/2011 14:01

Congrats to the cheeps what fantastic news. Can't wait to hear all about your new DD.

Seven please do keep posting, it's great to be reminded on what to expect in the early days. And personally, it feels nice to feel like we are helping in some way rather than this god awful waiting.

Yesterday was my birthday and it was absolutely brilliant went out for breakfast then had friends over for a thanksgiving supper (Tyel the food was fab). I am absolutely knackered today and have so far spent the day in bed or lounging on the sofa reading the bad science book.

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 14:04

Yes please msbuggy I'll have them!! :o
You're honestly superwoman! I really admire everything you do!

plu good idea lol... I didnt think of that, just saw "free listing" and thought I'd go for it!

POA... jacket spud with philly, get dressed, go to the shop (hopefully walk it, its only a mile each way but I get painful after 5 mins!), then tidy and clean a little

LittleMissHumbuggery · 27/11/2011 14:04

Darcies they haven't asked for biscuits. I just got attacked by the shop on the way home from the service at church that the scouting lot are involved in once a term. If I'd been home I would have been good, but no, we had to pop in for some juice and I ended up with biscuits too. They leaped off the shelf. Suicidal biscuits. They'll all get eaten now:o

In other news. I am close to defenestrating the iPad. It is irritating me beyond belief today, so I am going to put it down and go fondle one of the cats to calm down!

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 14:05

Belated happy birthday fusam :o x

fusam · 27/11/2011 14:18

Gosh this thread is moving so fast I don't mean to ignore people. Sorry to those that feeling emotional, people should read "thread with care, explosive hormones on board" when looking at our bumps.

Msbuggy I am like a couple of weeks behind you and am tempted by your water breaking vibes! Although, there are a few things I would ideally like to get done in the next few weeks, I am so ready to just sit here and cuddle this baby.

DarciesmumandBump2 · 27/11/2011 14:29

LMH Grin @ suicidal biscuits

DP made a lovely roast beef dinner, got Apple Strudel & cream for pudding shortly Smile

BluebellsintheSpring · 27/11/2011 15:46

Msbuggy I will also gladly take the water breaking vibes!

Kri5ty - v exciting. At least you know your body is progressing towards labour.

The gales/rain passed through in the night and have left a lovely crisp Winter's day here. I washed the windows/frames earlier which I'm hoping is a sign of nesting behaviour and imminent start of labour but is more accurately a sign of boredom! DH and I just about to head out for a walk along the shore - my walks always seem to bring on bouts of braxton hicks but they never progress beyond that!

kri5ty · 27/11/2011 15:59

bluebells that sounds lovely :) enjoy your walk!

I haven't had any BH, guess there is still time though Hmm

Xiaoxiong · 27/11/2011 16:15

Lovely weekend here - yesterday managed (god knows how) to shave my legs, then walked out to watch DH's boys play rugby against my brother's old school (divided loyalties!!) Then drove into London to see my parents and two aunties who were all here coincidentally on Thanksgiving weekend - so we had a nice dinner and watched the traditional scene from Addams Family Values.

Today a long walk in the sunshine, bought a christmas tree and now listening to the advent carol service from John's on Radio 3 - feels properly christmassy! We're saving the tree decorating for Wednesday so the boys can have some christmas fun with mince pies and hot choc and candy canes.

All this walking has yet to bring on anything though...grr! Spicy food for dinner tonight though.

DarciesmumandBump2 · 27/11/2011 16:17

Just heard some shocking news, a friend of mine & my sisters had a baby boy at the weekend but didn't know she was preggers Shock both mother & baby are doing okay and docs worked out baby Logan is 4 weeks early so she was due the same week as me! She can't stop crying but I think that is shock as her & her partner were used to being a family of 4 and now become a family of 5!

Xiaoxiong · 27/11/2011 16:18

Arrgh I missed your news kri5ty, how exciting!!

Can't wait to start seeing baby pics - so lovely hearing news from seven and the cheeps...

Xiaoxiong · 27/11/2011 16:21

Darcies whaaaa?? OMG I can't even imagine the shock she must be in!! Even 9 months preparation for this baby will still leave me in shock - but to not even know she was pregnant! Shock
