AWCH I refuse to be in labour Xmas day lol. I know my DD will love it but I want her to have her Christmas morning. Besides DD was born exactly 39weeks so hoping this baby follows suit.

Jo Hope your exchange goes alright.

Well DP treated me to a Chinese takeaway last night to make up for him not being here today and tomorrow.

Will be making some more of my wedding invites later so that will be good Smile

I look like I've put on a few pounds in the last week Blush ESP in the arse/thigh region maybe I'm eating to many skittles hehe

darcies I really hope I'm not still pregnant on Christmas day, I'm really looking forward to some smelly stilton and a very large glass of wine!

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I bought a nest of tables earlier to replace our massive coffee table, now we have room for a second toybox if we need one.

Can anyone tell me if I've somehow missed any bad new from strawberriesandscream? I've noticed she hasn't been on for ages, hope she's ok.

I've knackered my back decorating yesterday! We only moved in here 6 months ago and the third bedroom had been a dumping ground, but we want to get the house totally sorted before DD3 arrives so we're tackling it this weekend (just having a rest and a cuppa!).

As only DD1 has her own room at the moment we're using our 3rd bedroom as a playroom. We'e painted it a very light bluey-grey (called Seagull), it has dark wood flooring and we're going to have 'washing line' style displays for the girls to put their own pictures up. We haven't needed to buy much for it, did indulge ourselves in a giant town map rug and are getting tiny chairs and tables too.

Our living room seems enormous now all of the toy storage has gone!

msbuggywinkle very Envy of your playroom - it sounds gorgeous! Also impressed with all your hard work.

sevendwarves - don't think you've missed anything from strawberries - she just seemed to drop off the thread. Hope all is okay there.

I can update the stats thread later with boys/girls/didn't find out. Will give me another reason to procrastinate read back over all the lovely news. Just need someone to tell me a)where it is (don't think I'm on it) and b) how I update - is it a simple cut and paste manoeuvre?

Hi all, the seagull nursery sounds lovely! Love the idea of home-made bunting too. :) that's on my list of crafty things to do.
What is the stats thread?

msbuggy I know what you mean, we've also been here 6 months, thankfully we have a 4th bedroom/office so I've moved most of the junk into there!

oimissus it's just a list of everyone who's on the thread and details of other DC's with our due dates on it. It's somewhere in antenatal clubs and is just called December 2011 the stats or something similar.

bluebells you should just be able to copy and paste then just add as necessary.

I just thought I'd be organised (which is very rare at the moment!) and start a new thread as we're nearly full and Monday mornings are usually pretty busy.

Hey everyone, had a great weekend and really enjoyed my rhubarb bellini on Friday :)

This weekend was given a free pram, car seat and sling by a friend, SO pleased! saves me loads of money and don't have to bother about a buggy now until the bean is 6 months old.

scan at 1pm - excited and nervous ...

Hi All

I have been asked to pass on the following from MrsXstitch.

She is very sorry to have not said goodbye, but she has had to deregister due to personal reasons. She wishes each and everyone of you good luck with your new babies.

Thanks for passing on the message honeydragon - I've posted your message on to the new thread that had replaced this one - (link above in my past post). I'm sure that I speak for the rest of the girls on the thread when I say that we all wish MrsXstitch well and hope she's OK and that everything goes well for her. shame she's had to deregister.
