Have been dying to start a thread so here goes!

Got a BFP on Wednesday so if all goes well I will be due on the 1st July 2006.

Have 1 DD who is 2 years 3 months and am finally PG again after a MC in June.

Come and join in the fun!

jersey-hope you feel much better soon. I got sciatica with DD so understand how bad it can be. Dreading it happening this time as had to have lots of time off work last time. My stupid Dr said that you have to do alot of walking to help it-doh! Everytime I stood up my leg gave way and I practically fell over. ((xx))

Hi ladies
Not been here for a while. Great to see such activity on the thread!

11+4 today.
Told in laws on Sunday. Still haven't told my family but will do on Friday when they arrive for the xmas festivities. Makes it all so much more real now that it is out in the open...

I am definately beginning to develop a little bump by now. Seem to remember that is earlier than last time. Looks more like no wiast at the moment when dressed

Hope all are well today!
Love,
Dangirl

Hi all
Had my scan yesterday and i was 8wks 4 days which makes my due date 27th July.Had scan early as i hadn't a clue of my dates.Bit of a surprise as dd aged 16 months was last baby(or so i thought).I am 34 and have 2 sons aged 14 and 10.Thought i'd introduce myself to you all and say hello.

dangirl · 21/12/2005 16:40

HumphreysCorner · 21/12/2005 19:58

You're very welcome agalch. Congratulations on your good news hun

Good to hear from you dangirl. I've heard you show earlier the 2nd time due to all your bits and pieces letting go again-lol! You ought to see me-at least 5 months gone! Really only 12+4

Wish this blasted cold would go as I keep losing it with DD and hate myself for it.

Night all

By the way-if you know your deffo due date can you put it at the end of your message as trying to compile a list and can't be bothered to look right back. Blame the cold, not lazy-honest.

Hi chaps,

Bad news here I'm afraid, had miscarriage last night. Completely out of the blue, am feeling pretty much knocked for six, don't think it's really hit me yet. Have scan arranged for tomorrow, but I know it's gone.

Wish you all the luck in the world and big strong bouncing babies next July.

GizmoHoHo · 22/12/2005 16:36

Jamiesam

I really feel for you. And I don't know what to say. So sorry.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 22/12/2005 16:37

Just seen your news jamiesam...so sorry for your loss . my thoughts are with you and take good care of yourself and give yourself time to grieve. x

HumphreysCorner · 22/12/2005 17:36

jamiesam-I am so sorry to hear your news . No warning signs either-totally not fair.

My thoughts are with you.

Jamiesam, so so sorry, how horrendous for you, and you were so upbeat in your previous posts, what a horrible shock All our love and best wishes to you poppet. xxxxxxx

Straightforward · 22/12/2005 20:36

So sorry jamiesam

Actually just logged on to say Happy Christmas to everyone as I'm unlikely to get any chance for MNing over the next few days. Sorry if that seems callous straight after jamiesam's news.

EDD 19/7/06

Hi all,

Just a quick post to say I'm still around - 9 wks today. I had my grandad's funeral on Monday so spent some time at my parents. It was actually quite comforting to see all the family together.

Sorry to hear your news jamiesam, best wishes for the future.

EDD 28 or 30 July

Cwmtydu · 23/12/2005 15:24

hallo everyone, just a message to say hallo again and happy christmas to all of you -- off to my parents' tonight.

sorry to jamiesam. best wishes to everyone.

i'm 8+4. Still not feeling very much, little bit of nausea which i could be imagining. went to see the doctor on wednesday for the first time which was completely pointless as she wasn't very interested. i'd waited two weeks for the appointment and when i went she asked if i'd seen the midwife yet. so i said, "no, the receptionist said i had to see you first".
then when i went to make the appointment with the midwife, they said she wasn't available until 9th Jan, but that was too late and she'd want to see me before that. as if it was my fault. grr.

so no idea what will happen about scans and stuff. but hey, will forget about it all and enjoy christmas. hope you all do too!

HumphreysCorner · 23/12/2005 16:52

Cwmtydu-I didn't bother with the Dr this time as the same thing happended to me before the MC, went straight to the midwife who promptly said-oh, have you seen the Dr? Noooooo!!!!!!!! Have a good evening. ((xx))

jamiesam-any news hun? ((xx))

Off to collect DD so bye for now.

Thanks everyone

Scan confirms that everything gone so at least I don't have to have any 'treatment'. All over incredibly quickly - no pain and very little bleeding already - it's almost as if I was never pg.

Best wishes to you all, have a lovely christmas.

kbaby · 24/12/2005 16:40

jamiesam, so sorry to hear about your loss.

ive been having very bad period pains all day. I keep going to the toilets to check if theres any blood. So far nothing. I remember getting achey feelings with DD but never this bad. I feel as if im only now feeling confident about this pregnancy after the bleeding before. I really hope it turns out ok.
Merry christmas to everyone.

Merry Christmas to you all!
Scan was on Thurs - all well. They thought I was 12+4 and not 11+6 (my dates) but have agreed to stick to EDD of 7 July.
See the consultant mid Jan as retained placenta and third degree tear last time....hope to avoid a repeat!!!
Our boiler has packed up so we have no hot water and no heat and 15 for Xmas dinner tomorrow! Strangely I'm fine with it all!
all the best to you and yours!
