Hello everyone!
Tink - those boots sound really cute. Great shopping (as ever!)
MMM - I'm v
of your nice long sleep! Don't remember the last time I got to wake up past 6.30am!
Smithy - glad you're back safe and sound. Hope the move into your own place goes well and you manage to keep in touch on here
Rugby - ouch at the root canal! Realy pleased that the nursery/work juggle is working. Hope the teething improves soon.
Diege - has you ov turned up yet? I'm sure mine went AWOL last month. I did find it dificult to track my temps properly though with O waking at random times. This month I've set my alarm for 6am and do it then as O usually wakes up around 6 to 6.15am. So far (on CD5) my temps are a lot more stable than last month - all between 36.20 and 36.30 so hoping this month will actually produce a textbook cycle and a pregnancy! (I don't ask much I know!)
Meant to say also, that your photo of J on your profile is gorgeous! He's got a lovely cheeky smiley face :)
Gruff - glad you're managing to keep on top of the sickness. Not easy I know!
V impressed with GC's speech. O has a few core words / sounds that only DH and I really get.
Cant - hope you're doing ok with your meds and that the sickness isn't taking over. Can't imagine having to cope with bad sickness and 3DC. I - like Giraffe - wondered if your friends are able to help out at all?
Giraffe - sounded like you were having a busy/tiring week. Hope you're having a nice relaxing weekend to make up for it?!
Hello Sorky, Moos, Bumps and anyone else lurking too :)
We've just been really busy still and O has either a virus or really bad teething related cough/runny nose. He keeps waking up coughing poor thing! GP has given me a standby prescription for antibiotics incase it turns green or he gets a temperature. I've got his room well vaporised with a plug in menthol and eucalyptus thingy. He has been suffering with teething but we now only have 4 more teeth to get!
I've also got my new car from work. It's a toyota prius and arrived with just 5 miles on the clock! I love it but it is a bit strange to drive as it's a hybrid so switches between using petrol and electricity automatically and has an automaic gearbox. I also can lock/unlock and start the engine without taking the key out of my pocket! As long as I have the key on me, I can touch a sensor on the door handle to lock/unlock and just press the power button to start the engine! I think I'll have to drive DH's car every so often so that I remember how to drive a "normal" car!!
Tomorrow we have my parents coming round for a meal. I'm cooking a roast in my new kitchen for the first time :) The kitchen isn't completely finished yet but it's almost there - just need tiles on the walls and floor and some painting. I've got a leg of lamb to roast and then going to do bread and butter pudding. Think I'll be like a beached whale by the evening!
Right I've waffled enough! Hope you're all having great weekends :)
