Shabs, will you please sit down on my hands, pile several weighty objects onto your knees and just stay there for a day or two? I know I need to walk away from it now but I find it very hard to leave it to stand unchallenged when they all start inventing things.

frasersmummy · 04/10/2010 17:35

I have been trying to get packing for my hols in 5 days time but keep getting sucked back in

next time you see me on there .. can you all point and shout .. fm GO AND PACK ITS NOT WORTH IT..please

zeno · 04/10/2010 17:39

Hello all , just popping in with some large cakes and fine wines for us all , I for one certainly could do with it .

Croup gets worse at night doesn't it ? I fear it could be a long one .

deemented · 04/10/2010 18:04

I think i could go something stronger - anyone for a Jack Daniels?

Aw, poor babe tw - has you got a... oh gosh, can't remember the name of it now - little machine, from boots, plug in and creates mist - helps them breathe easier... you know what i mean?? If you haven't then either plug a kettle in his room and keep bringing it to the boil, or put a damp towel on the radiator. Hope he's better soon and you get some rest.

Well, my views have been aired on the other thread, so i won't go rehash them here, but to say... We can survive this. We've survived much, much worse, and we're still here.

Love you all, folks x

shabbapinkfrog · 04/10/2010 18:23

Thats happened on the multiple births thread TW PMSL

Its so quiet on there that myself and Triplets are on a 'virtual' holiday to Faliraki - just for the week you understand. Grin We have been out every night and been drunk most nights. Sunbathing, eating in fancy restaurants, clubbing with just thongs and tassels on - Oh we are having a wild time. Only a couple of the other mums have come on - both LOL and went again Grin

Im beginning to think I really have lost the plot!!

deemented · 04/10/2010 18:32

Oh Shabbs, you hard nut - a madras? I can only cope with a buhna or a rogan josh - i can't abide creamy sauces, much to the manshapes amusement! Grin

deemented · 04/10/2010 18:48

Out of the mouths of babes, eh?

'Mammy... i wish i was a twin'

'You are, my boy, you are... it's just that Ciaran isn't here... but you will always be his twin'

'Yes, but i wish i was a real twin. I miss him, Mammy'

'I know baby, so do i.'

Sad
travellingwilbury · 04/10/2010 18:52

(((((((Dee)))))))

Shit isn't it ?

loopyloops · 04/10/2010 18:55

Dee :(

I know. :(

shabbapinkfrog · 04/10/2010 18:58

Dee - my Danny is always drawn to twins - he has always had at least one set of twins as twins. He says he often feels 'something is missing' which is probably what your DS is feeling?

Loads of talking and hugs my friend - will make you both feel better. Never ending talking and explanations followed by massive hugs always worked for me and my lad xx

OP posts:
shabbapinkfrog · 04/10/2010 18:59
