I'm half Scottish (dad) so always support both. In the past I'd probably want Scotland to win if it was them against England to be honest. Although now because of the Argentina support I'm going off supporting Scotland.

Exactly! If Wales ever got the final of the rugby World Cup (come on, I can dream!!!!) I wouldn't get a monkey's testicle if people in England supported Wales or not - how does that make any kind of a difference? If they do, great. If they don't, fair enough. Why would I expect it? I wouldn't even care if Wales got that far and everyone in England supported our opponents in that final - it means nothing to me. Doesn't change what is happening on the pitch does it?

Surely if your dad is Scottish then you know how much they hate the English 🤣 I can remember going to visit my cousins when I was younger and the other kids down their street lining up to tell me and my brother how much they hate English people, it’s a national hobby 🤣🙄 I always think it must really grate on them how little time English people spend thinking about Scotland at all other than everyone with a distant relative with Mc surname claiming they’ve got Scottish ancestry!

Genuine question- do you hear of 'Anyone but Scotland'? I've not come across it, which makes it a bit of a one-sided rivalry and therefore different from the examples you listed above.
