I'm half Scottish (dad) so always support both. In the past I'd probably want Scotland to win if it was them against England to be honest. Although now because of the Argentina support I'm going off supporting Scotland.

I desperately want England to win this one more than against any other team.

A Scottish honours degree is 4 years. Given the number of English people falling over themselves to come up here to St Andrews and Edinburgh universities, including our next King and Queen, it must be seen as a positive by some?

I heard people saying a few days back this is why Rugby was better, because the fans/players don't bring politics into it and tend to act with better sportsmanship to winning/losing than football players and fans.
Except Argentina also behaved pretty appallingly in the England-Argentina rugby match so I don't think the type of sport played is the problem.

I can sort of understand being a bad loser. Although the turning back thing is pathetic, - teams like Mexico were absolutely gutted at going out but they and their fans acted amazingly. So it's not a "Latin American passion" thing.

But even when they won they acted really horribly which is what I don't get. Like you won, be happy.. instead win or lose it's a display of bitterness. Don't get it

NB: of course some probably the majority of Argentine football fans are likely great. They aren't the problem. But when the worst behaviour is being shown by the actual players I think it's reasonable to talk about "the Argentinians" being bad winners/bad losers

Really? I just see Scottish people having a laugh and being light hearted. Are you missing the posts about how we’re a drain to the uk? Did you miss the one about england giving us money? What about the ones saying how shit we are and now yours about us having no self belief! Scottish people have faced years of being spoken about badly by English media and politicians. There are loads of videos of English fans singing songs against Scottish, is that not just banter?
For most Scottish supporting any one but England it is really not that deep, it’s a shame you are so affected by it as I really wouldn’t give a shit if England supported us
