To ask why there are no riots?

Where are the rioters today? If the roles were reversed and a man of colour was going out and terrorising white people it would be the number one story on the BBC and Herr Farage would be calling for action on the streets. Right now it's the sixth story on the BBC.

Similarly, with the atrocious and heartbreaking case of the baby who was abused and murdered. If the perpetrators hadn't been white there would have been bedlam on the streets by 'degenerate thugs concerned citizens'. The issue is clearly men, but rabid racists, the media and the malign agitators who whip them up into a frenzy never seem to be outraged when it's one of their own.

It's going to be really hot this week. There will be riots.

Whether they'll be focused on the issues you deem riot-worthy is another matter.

No I'm very grateful. My point is the hypocrisy of those who riot and those who stir them up. It's racism pure and simple.

Why is it breaking headline news when a person of colour person does it, but a minor non story when it's a white person? People talk about two tier policing, what we have is two tier reporting! We heard all about Henry Novak, but close to zero about the Saudi student in Cambridge murdered by a coked up white man.

It’s because intelligent people don’t riot.

What I mean is the people who want to sew division like to give it large and do the grand kicking-off gesture.

This story doesn’t fit their narrative.

The people who find this as repulsive as any other racist incident - and worse, as it’s against a minority - aren’t the people who get their shirts off and get out in the street to kick off.

The hatred, division and racism we're seeing is being stoked by the elite from well known figures like Musk to much shadowier figures like Smith who owns 55 Tufton Street. They want us to hate one another, they're especially egging on the working and under classes in the UK, to take the heat of off them. If you believe immigrants and people of colour are the source of all your problems you're far less likely to turn on the dozen men who own half the world's wealth and are robbing every single one of us while destroying the planet and our democracies. The media frenzy and far right agitators which whip up these riots and stoke the division that fuel it are all to quiet when the stories don't fit their narrative of the immigrant boogeyman.

It's not been prominently reported by the right-wing press because it doesn't fit their narrative that the country is over-run by violent immigrants.

People don’t riot based on what you might think logical though. They riot when they are organised and incited into it or where the circumstances lead to a situation that spills out of hand.
Mostly they are a march that gets out of hand. If the usual people decide to hold a march about this you might still get your riot. Often populated by people who will go to any place they can attack police or loot.
If you’re trying to draw a parallel with the Henry Nowak case those riots weren’t about a single brown person attacking a single white person. They were about policing priorities.

I do agree with you though that the media stoke division and external actors play a part.

And why does the headline not say white man or mention his religion. If he was the victim, it would absolutely mention his colour and religion

Potentially. I suspect that the man who did this is the exact same type of thug who'd be out rioting. If brown and black people were doing this, we'd be asking who radicalised them. A white person does it and the threat is ignored. Furthermore, the government will probably condemn it with a post on the very platform that is doing the radicalising.

They and their supporters see it, but they don't care. They're racist and they know it. They always come out with the well trotted out line of 'we have our own bad men, we don't need any foreign ones'. What we need is no bad men full stop. One can only dream.

Just in case you are genuinely confused rather than being deliberately disingenuous, the reason for the coverage and outrage over Henry Nowak’s death was because of the actions of the police who left him to bleed to death in handcuffs because they believed his murderer when he told them Henry had racially abused him.

But most people don’t riot? I was appalled about the situation regarding Henry Nowak, and absolutely agreed with the narrative that there was two tier policing in that particular situation. But didn’t riot. Most people who riot aren’t doing it because of one specific incident. It’s usually just because they’re unhappy about a multitude of stuff. You’re talking as if rioting is a conscious decision by the masses. It isn’t.
