That’s my Friday rant.
Far right men thinking they’re sorting everything out with their riots to protect the women. Maybe women should riot about just men.

I thought the same thing. I don’t agree with these riots at all. Just because the odd crime committed by an immigrant gets loads of coverage, men riot demanding all immigrants are thrown out/deported. When there is YET ANOTHER woman murdered by her partner or son, there is no riot. The reality is that the vast majority of violent crimes are committed by men, regardless of race or class. Where are riots for that? Should we women be rioting? But I don’t see what it would achieve except more violence.

If you can acknowledge men are more likely to commit certain crimes than women, then it shouldn’t be beyond the realms of your capabilities to understand some men are more likely to commit certain crimes than other men.

Hence some countries being far more dangerous.

I told my partner in a mega rant a few months back that when the menfolk have sorted out Simon, Graham, Michael and Bob, they can come back to me about immigrants.

I also really, really resent random bin throwing thugs telling me they’re “protecting their women and children” like we’re under private ownership of them and they’re saving the day.

It’s not ‘the odd crime’. Over the last week we’ve had an attempted beheading, 5 men on trial for rape, and the jailing of another for raping a woman in a park. That’s in 1 week.

(Although there was a thread on here this week about a girl who was trying to behead Jews and Muslims, and last year another girl was jailed for planning a mass murder on school children in Edinburgh, and a girl was charged this week with attempted murder in a seriously violent case, and the Brianna Ghey main killer was female..)

These were all asylum seekers. Asylum seekers make up a small minority of men, so it’s very concerning every week there seems to be a rape case, and often far more than 1, if not an attempted/completed murder.

We need proper stats from the government to put an end to this debate.

The proportion of asylum seekers carrying out seriously violent and / or sexual crimes is significantly higher than the proportion of men who do the same, but apart from that the OP makes a good point.

Today I read that when the England national team play, domestic violence rises by 38% if they lose. Shockingly, it still rises by 26% even if they win. Given that women are five times more likely to experience domestic violence than men, this is a massive increase in violence against women, that will largely be perpetrated by men. Presumably English men. I am so sad that we still live in this kind of world.

A woman from my local area has just been convicted of murdering her disabled child using methadone and morphine in his juice.

I’m a SENd parent, her son had very similar needs to mine, he was even the same age. Thus far nobody has smashed my windows or rioted outside my house.

The rage seems very… selective.

We can not ignore these evil attacks that keep happening all over the UK because some white men also rape women that's fucking ridiculous. You don't know who is marching, just because they are white doesn't mean they are far right, they probably, unlike your husband, give a fuck what is happening in this country and care about thier daughters.
