To ask what's your favourite part of your body?

Seen many threads lately about women fretting over what body parts of themselves that they hate and it makes me sad. It makes me sad that I feel this way about myself, too.

Every single day I see new social media posts/articles about X celebrity has gained/lost weight and looks awful, or 'look at how great this conventionally attractive celebrity looks' then pick her apart down to bone structure and genetics, to make women everywhere race to the mirror once more and pick themselves apart for not looking like that. I'm sick of it.

So, what is your favourite body part? What do you love about your body?

I like my arms. They used to be extremely lean and toned and then I had kids and give up on myself for a while and they got fatter. They're leaning out again now that I have remembered I am a human being and started exercising/eating well again and I'm starting to like them! Yay. I also like my legs even though they're short and stubby as hell. But they're curvy and chonky and I like it.

I have to say my least favourite part would be my stomach as it is 90% loose skin and no effort. But, I'm coming to accept it for what it is; my children's first home and, well, it's just a stomach. Who cares.

I like my arms, shoulders and quads - I have good muscle definition from many years of strength training. I also have attractive collarbones according to my DH, and a nice bottom.

My face, it really makes up for a pretty average body (currently ravaged by a random neurological issue) and cankles. I have very blue eyes too. My stomach and waist are quite good for having kids although below the knicker line shows the c section shelf! In all honestly, since nearly dying you just realise how lucky we really are to be here at all 🩷

I'm the opposite 😂 Always pear shaped but now I do weights and pilates I have a magnificent tight, high ass 🍑 Proper proud of it I am, it points upwards.

I didn’t get an arse until I was about 25, and I have grown to quite like how big it is.

I’m currently in the middle of losing weight and will be very sad if it disappears or flattens.

Same with my boobs, they’re quite large and I have real concerns they’re going to end up near my knees if I drop too much weight.

I think I’m meant to be an hourglass, rather than a sphere, so hoping it levels out at that. But if not, sadness for me!

My arse. Very nice and toned. I’m flat chested and I’ve worked I do a lot of legs work out because I just can’t lose that bum. Everything else is just there

When I break it all down, there's actually quite a lot I like about myself.

• I like that my boobs look good topless
• I like my legs, unproportionately long for my height
• I like my heart shaped bum
• I like my eyes, grey with brown central heterochromia
• I like my feet!
• I love my pale skin, especially now I've got on top of my redness and hyperpigmentation. I'm proud of my blemish free, un-sundamged skin as it took a lot of work
• I like my cheekbones

I've liked thinking about this and realising there's more that I like about my appearance than I dislike!

Full lips, big firm breasts (no plastic surgery) and a shapely big bottom. My hands are small but could be smoother.

My eyes are a nice almond shape.

My legs. The only part of me in good shape!

Different to the other answers but I really like that I’m strong. 💪

My hair is a lovely, quite unusual colour - I’ve been stopped by a stranger more than once to ask where I had it coloured despite it being natural - and I have slim, shapely legs.

I love this! I also love the feeling of being strong, though I just always want to be stronger. Its an addiction at this point

Long, slim legs that are very toned from years of pilates. I have nice shoulders and my boobs are still perky at 50! I also have really great skin - I used to hate how pale I was and but now I appreciate it, as always having to stay out of the sun to avoid burning means I have hardly any lines. I'm not keen on my hair (too thin) or my stomach after 2 c sections

I have amazing pert breasts. Even after two kids they wont give up. I'm a natural 36D and they still point upwards. I dont know why, I have done nothing to deserve it but they do. You know that expression "a butt that wont quit" well thats my boobs - they wont ever quit. My butt on the other hand would quit after about 15 mins 😂

Aww those are some really great features to be proud of! I'm thinking of writing mine on post-it notes and putting them on my bedroom mirror to read when I'm having a low self-esteem day

My womb was bloody useless. Couldn’t grow anything. My shoulders are pretty good though.

You know ive just looked to see it and it's not bad. That being said i do have a very neat and contained vulva. Buzzinggg
