*only applies to more mainstream restaurants, I know that kebab/chicken places will jam anything into a small polystyrene/single use plastic container.

That packaging you get when you buy cooked meats etc - you’re supposed to pull back one corner and the top peels away easily. It never does - I end up with a plastic corner in my hand and the seal still firmly closed. Could we sort that please?

YY to M&S putting the large shoes on the top shelf and the small ones on the bottom shelf. Not so long ago, I helped a 5' ish woman get some little shoes off the top shelf and then had to cram my 5'8 long legs down in the little gap between the shelves and the seat to get some size 41 shoes off the bottom shelf.

Also YES! to sorting out the size 7/8 40/41/42 mess and a single parking app or preferably just use contactless and ban 'convenience fees' for paying by card which is a fucking cheek because they don't need to go round and collect all the money and risk having it stolen. The worst parking apps have a load of hidden fees preselected then you wonder why it says on the board your parking should cost £3.40 but when the charge is shown it's £4.80. Because they've decided you not only want to pay for parking, but for a text to tell you about your parking, the option to extend your parking time and a reminder when you parking is coming to an end

I would like mobile phones to be less delicate so that we don't need to buy screen protectors and cases for them. It's ok to buy a case to personalise your phone but I wish that they didn't need them.
