AIBU to wear a white print dress to my brother’s wedding & dressing my DD in white too?

I plan to wear a white dress with a nature print on it for my brother’s wedding in August. Picked it out with DM, she thinks it’s definitely fine. The thing is my toddler DD will also be wearing a white. Do you think anyone would take offence? I’ve added a picture of a similar dress on this thread because I don’t want the actual one on here if I wear it.

A floral pattern on a white background is very different to an all-white dress, though, @NewGoldFox.

Do people honestly care what a little girl of 4 wears to a wedding? When my brother got married my sisters little kid turned up in an actual bridesmaids dress and everyone said she looked cute. Nobody cared at all. It didn’t mean she was in bridal party wedding photos, wasn’t on the top table- she was just with her parents. It was like playing dress up. People need to chill. My dd is getting married soon. A couple of family members have asked if their dd can wear a fancy frock and the answer was a big yes.
As for your dress op- a chiffon floaty number with nice accessories will be perfect but if you are still unsure ask your brother.
Weddings should be a joyous occasion. They shouldn’t cause this much angst.

All white/mainly white - yes, @lovescats3 - but one with an all-over floral pattern, like the one the OP posted, doesn’t look at all bridal to me, and should be fine, imo.

Ditch the white background dresses. There’s loads of lovely floral print wedding guest dresses, on Vinted for your budget, that don’t have a white background. These 2 are more dressy and appropriate for a wedding compared to the original dress though, which is quite casual
