Keep seeing this mentioned on social media in videos or posts about being old 😳🤣
I have no plans to change my email but lots of people saying they hate giving their email address to people and having to say ‘@ hotmail.com’
I didn’t even realise new emails don’t still use this…

This had past me by. I have name @hotmail.combut also have a gmail email. I might have to start using that as my main one!

My DH still has Hotmail. When he says his email for shops etc I get embarrassed. He won’t change it though.

I have 2 Hotmail.com addresses, one with underscores and middle initial, so albertinaqfothersham, and one that is middlenamemotherssurname that I use to register for stuff that is likely to result in spam.

I also have 2 Gmail addresses for work, one with legal name and one with professional name.

That sounds like more of a you problem.

I’m lucky that I chose a sensible email address as a teenager, so have had the same one for over 20 years now. I have had a work email address that was gmail, but that just felt wrong. 😂

Yeah am thinking of changing soon though. Every time I try to log in recently it tells me "you've tried to sign in too many times" even though I haven't cynical me thinks it's a ploy to get me to switch to a passkey or something.

I'm so old my hotmail address is my first and last name. I recently had to get a new licence number due to being impacted by three major data breaches and am ticked I've now got a "current" number.

I keep mine out out of fondness. I have others but I know at some point it will be some old it will be retro, and therefore cool.
