Is it out of loyalty? Would saying anything incriminate her even further? Will she be freed if she stays silent, and if so how/why?

I also don’t understand how she can’t be encouraged to say something. You’d think she’d be raging inside to be the only person imprisoned and would want that rectifying.

The question was 'why is she remaining silent?' not what you think her complicity is in the dreadful Epstein affair. And the answer is, self preservation. What is so difficult to understand about that? You can all posture about how evil she is and that she facilitated the trafficking of women for the pleasure of powerful men. But let's get real here. She isn't going to shit in her own nest. Leave your moral indignation behind and answer the question. It's pretty obvious really. The world is still run by powerful men. If she wants any chance of getting out of prison or an easier time in prison, as she has already secured by not dumping on the global misogynist in chief, then she plays the game.

Ghislaine studied modern history at Oxford, she was a high society socialite! After her father died she could have started a career or married. Instead she latched on to a rich scammer who paid her to groom girls.

She deserves every year of jail, and given the death of Virginia Giuffre, Ghislane should have got life in prison!

Well I'm not so sure about that. There have been loads of so-called documentaries with interviews with serial killers etc. Let's face it, cruelty and abominable human behaviour can be converted into screen entertainment. It's not beyond imagination that one day she could appear on a BBC programme. and certainly an Netflix or HBO 'documentary' giving her view on how she was manipulated by the evil Epstein.

If someone actually went to the trouble of having Epstein killed, do you really think they would not do the same to her? You really think someone that power full, dangerous and cornered would take that risk?

Well I'm not G's sibling. But neither am I her hyperbolic enemy or her supportive friend. And I certainly don't advocate that she should be released from prison. Clearly there is human tragedy as a consequence of her actions that she needs to be held accountable for. But this post is in answer to the original question posed. Let's get back to that. Why is she remaining silent? I think I have explained my view on that. And as have several posters before me have said, how come she gets sent to prison and all the powerful men who actually abused the girls that both she and Epstein 'provided' get a free pass? Doesn't seem like much justice to me. We can all rage at her but if that is all we do, then we miss the main target.

I hope and beg the universe that Trump will be removed before he gives her a pardon, I think Fergie was involved in recruiting young women too. All the men rightly deserved to be punished. Apart from self preservation I would imagine that she doesnt want to incriminate herself any further. The whole Epstein saga goes so much deeper than the vile sexual abuse that took place.

For all we know she may have some sort of "insurance policy" whereby certain information would be released if she came to a suspicious end. I know that sounds a bit tinfoil hat like but after what happened to Epstein and her father it could be a possibility.

Her discretion or lack of is I imagine her currency - once that is spent there might be little left to bargain with
