Catherine O'Hara has died

Am not usually one to post these kinds of threads but this is so sad. I've loved her since childhood and am currently in the middle of a Schitt's Creek binge to take my mind off the usual winter bugs. She was such a fantastic actress and so, so funny.

It’s so sad. I loved her in the Christopher Guest movies. RIP

Pretty much everyone I know in real life knows who she is.

I haven't seen it, so pp is not the only one, but how crass to ask 'who'? I know her from SC and all the Christopher Guest films...she was great in Waiting for Guffman, as well as Best in Show.

Very sad to hear this today. A real part of most peoples childhood as Mrs Mcallister in Home Alone and I loved her in Schitts Creek too.
