Sheffield fargate m&s urgent help needed

does anyone know anyone who works there please? Someone stole an item out my hands today in a different store and it’s the only store with stock of the item which I’ve hunted everywhere for but I can’t get through to store only a central call centre; anyone know how I can before I drive all that way for potentially wasted journey please?

I didn’t ask people to search for the bag, I asked if anyone who worked there or was in there knew how I could contact the store as their number just connects to a call centre who can’t help. and I certainly didn’t ask you to read the thread or search 😊

I was in there on Thursday and I'm sure I saw quite a few of those because I was looking for smaller bag and saw those, but that size was too big for my needs.
Anyway, I'll check tomorrow and get back to you.

I think I managed to get through to a store directly a few years ago by saying “lost property” on the automated call system which bypassed the call centre. No idea if that still works though. Good luck!

A sale item cannot be reserved in any M&S store so unless you go into the actual store there’s nothing a member of staff can do for you without risking losing their job. Unfortunately it’s been years since you’ve been able to speak directly with a store but even if you could they wouldn’t hold onto a sale item.

OP, there are good people here. If you had actually posted which bag you wanted, people would have been happy to look in their local shop. But your idea that everybody is then going to want this bag and buy it for themselves is a little bit mean-spirited and you have shot yourself in the foot with your secrecy.
