Sheffield fargate m&s urgent help needed

does anyone know anyone who works there please? Someone stole an item out my hands today in a different store and it’s the only store with stock of the item which I’ve hunted everywhere for but I can’t get through to store only a central call centre; anyone know how I can before I drive all that way for potentially wasted journey please?

Just a warning - I was after some shoes from M&S earlier this year. Website showed a store had two in my size. Went all the way only to see that they didn’t have any. Employee at the store said one had been used on a mannequin and was no longer available and the other she had no idea about. So be prepared for the stock info not being right!

I'm 100% not going to buy the bag. I had one I love for Christmas with cows and sheep on. I'm not very M&S. I'm surprised they let me in.

The stock checker on the jumper I wanted said there was 1 in store this morning when I checked. Got there just after 11. Found it and bought it. The stock checker now says out of stock. It seems to work.
