A leaked French medical report from 2023 has confirmed that Algerian boxer Imane Khelif is male.

Top endocrinologists found that Khelif has XY chromosomes, no uterus, internal testicles, and a "micropenis."

The report was drafted in June of 2023 via a collaboration between the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital in Paris, France, and the Mohamed Lamine Debaghine hospital in Algiers, Algeria. This male person failed two sex tests and has been reported by a Paris clinic (from one of their coaching team AND now an independent source) to have chromosomes that are not female AND started suppressing testosterone. No female athlete ever has to reduce naturally produced testosterone.

The IOC amended a press release that related to male athletes with DSDs and kept stating merely that Khelif has female in their passport. Which of course is consistent with being incorrectly registered at birth as female despite being a male who then went through a virilised puberty.

None of this above rests on any person needing to identity male body cues 100% of the time. None of it.

Surely a Muslim woman would not allow herself (or be allowed, come to that) to be bear hugged, clapped on the back and carried on the shoulders of her male team/coaches/seconds etc?

Lots of people don't get to compete as much as they would like to - people born with physical disabilities or conditions that mean they never have a hope, people who suffer an accident or illness which rules put competition, so however shit it is to discover you have a condition that would eliminate you from the competition that doesn't mean you go ahead and cheat whilst also risking other people's lives to do so.

Initially, Khelif was going to appeal the ban, then the Paris endocrinologist (as reported now by two very different people) confirmed the IBC test results. Khelif dropped the appeal. There is a reputable sports reporter in the USA that was sent the initial two sex test results and confirmed that they were truthfully reported.

All this information is known. And yet we are still grinding away about “no one can tell 100% in real life what sex someone is”. Like it is even all that relevant when we have the tests…. The results of which have never been rejected by Kheli, Khelif’s team or the OIC. No one has said ‘Khelif has XX chromosomes’ even.

The repeated denials really do tell

It was telling, as well, when he declared he was going to sue JKR for “bullying” because she said he was male and then he dropped it.

Interesting in that he wasn’t claiming defamation in the first case (because he was male, it was true) and then that he dropped the whole thing, presumably after he was told it was better not to draw attention to his biological sex.

Btw, @Behv , Khelif said being trans is an insult and an offence in his country. He basically was offended at the idea of being trans.
