Depends on the total square footage, but about 800-900k for this in my area.

Willsnbills · 26/10/2024 18:33

500-700k depending on a few other factors

SquirmOfEels · 26/10/2024 18:34

Probably at least £2.5m

(London)

iamtheblcksheep · 26/10/2024 18:34

1.2-1.5million but it depends on the village and garden

ForeverPombear · 26/10/2024 18:34

3-4 million at a guess, there's one not too far from me similar to this (London) and it's about £10k a month rental.

Doggymummar · 26/10/2024 18:35

About £900,000 as a new build. Just saw the garden maybe £1.5m

gocompare · 26/10/2024 18:35

500 - 600k

PurBal · 26/10/2024 18:35

Probably £1.2m in our town. Possibly £850k in a neighbouring and less desirable one.

RandomMess · 26/10/2024 18:35

At least £500k and I live in a relatively cheap area, up to £1m depending on location, size of grounds etc.

IdWantThatManInMyLifeboat · 26/10/2024 18:35

The lowest is £525k and the highest is £1.1million.

PurBal · 26/10/2024 18:36

I have to ask though: what's the square footage?

MarkingBad · 26/10/2024 18:36

Around 900k-1 m if it was in the district and more if it was in the national park

Leonarda89 · 26/10/2024 18:36

400-500k

Tristar15 · 26/10/2024 18:36

850K possibly more, desirable North East middle class area.

Beansandneedles · 26/10/2024 18:36

In my area probably 900k-1mil

In the area I'd like to move to probably £550k.

PrueRamsay · 26/10/2024 18:36

About £1.8M

RichmondReader · 26/10/2024 18:37

3-4milllion. Richmond upon Thames.

TickingAlongNicely · 26/10/2024 18:37

Depends on which village... 300k-1million

Some villages are posher, some are in the better school catchment, some have more land...

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 18:38

Trying to figure out the square footage.

the prices here are insane.

the house was sold for £340000

Market has suddenly gone dead here. Around 1 million mark but in the summer more like 1.25

DieDreiHexen · 26/10/2024 18:39

In our village, about 1.5 million.

Thunderpants88 · 26/10/2024 18:39

And it’s set in a quiet village 30 minutes from capital centre. Train line 2 minute walk, excellent schools. Nearest town 3 miles away

Bloody hell that's 60k less than my 3 bedroom semi detached with no parking and only 1 loo.

AgileGreenSeal · 26/10/2024 18:40

£475,000
