At least £500k and I live in a relatively cheap area, up to £1m depending on location, size of grounds etc.

The lowest is £525k and the highest is £1.1million.

Market has suddenly gone dead here. Around 1 million mark but in the summer more like 1.25

And it’s set in a quiet village 30 minutes from capital centre. Train line 2 minute walk, excellent schools. Nearest town 3 miles away

Bloody hell that's 60k less than my 3 bedroom semi detached with no parking and only 1 loo.
